I called in on May 16th to book appointments for my daughter and I, made it clear what we needed to get done & preferred to be seen by a female dentist. Got booked for Wednesday May 24th by Deniqua. I got plenty reminders via text & email I thought to call in to confirm what we were booked for Monday May 22nd spoke to Athulya she called me every name possible but not my name which is multicultural. I even spelled it out for her 3 times. She said we were booked with a male dentist not Dr. Kandala who only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays which is wrong since I made it clear on my initial call. She scheduled me for Thursday May 25th instead. I called on Tuesday May 23rd to make sure since Athulya wasn't clear or helpful. I spoke to Mariyam who confirmed we were booked with Dr. Kandala and a female hygienist. Got there at 3:55pm on appointment day, we were given forms to fill & they were rushing us into the rooms when we weren't even done completing the forms. By Maryiam, who took us a room where a female hygienist was waiting, she asked my daughter to come with her to another room where a male hygienist was, which is wrong when I made it clear over and over again to Deniqua, Athulya and Mariyam on the phone prior to our appointments. I told Mariyam this was wrong and very unprofessional and she did not even bother to apologize just kept arguing instead. We were about to leave when the female hygienist Dezi said she would see us both. We both had our cleaning done which took 3 hours. I even got text message reminders of our appointments while sitting in their office. Dr. Kandala came in the room during our cleanings briefly to see us but did not do any work on either of us and after 3 hours I was tired and wanted to leave not wait another few hours. I asked to speak to Deniqua about all the mix-up and how I felt disrespected by Athulya constantly changing my name. Deniqua kept taking us in and out of a small office and told us we both would need to see a specialist and when I asked her how much the cost would be she said not much around $1400 just for me (money doesn't grow on trees) booked us both to meet with the specialist on Tuesday May 30th but I cancelled, if it was so mandatory why didn't anyone call me to reschedule, since Deniqua made it sound serious. I called in on Monday June 19th and spoke to a different receptionist and booked an appointment for myself to have my cavities filled and made sure I repeated Dr. Kandala they wanted to book me for the next day (they had no patients and free schedule I guess) but I said Thursday June 22nd instead and got an appointment for 5:30pm got plenty of reminders again via email and text. Got there at 5:30pm on Thursday. I was taken into the room by Mona and again after waiting over 20 minutes was told Dr. Kandala was not able to see me it would be a male dentist I got very upset and went to the reception to ask what the problem was and how unprofessional they were and if they had time to repeatedly send out reminder emails and texts why not be nice enough to call and reschedule if the dentist is busy or running late. I was called back to the room and was seen by Dr. Kandala finally and had my cavities filled. This dentist office has too many receptionists and all of them are extremely unprofessional. We have been here twice and have seen more staff than patients on both occasions and also it is new people sitting at the reception never the same faces. The people I truly appreciate that were kind and helpful are Dezi (dental hygienist), Dr. Kandala (dentist) and Mona (dental surgeon assistant) The following need coaching and need to stop providing misleading and false information Deniqua (office manager) Athulya (seems confused and destroys people's given names) and finally Mariyam (isn't compassionate or understanding at all) I will stay with this dental office only because of the amazing dental team as in Dezi, Mona and Dr. Kandala who are actually very compassionate, friendly and professional and it's not like I need any services provided by the reception team.

I am not one that is fast to leave negative reviews(as you can check my page to confirm) but this past year has been alot, and today just pushed me over the edge so here I go. I have been suffering with issues now for half a year, because of past negative dental experiences, because of which I have been hesitant to go a dental office for my wisdom tooth extraction for months now, but decided to try and trust this location since the pain was getting to much. I called on Thursday Morning and was told to come in that same day for my tooth extraction. I had asked on the phone if I would be seeing a licensed oral Surgeon or a general dentist, because I have had issues with general dentists recently. I was told that I would be seeing a general dentist if I came that same day. I asked to be booked instead when the Surgeon was available, and was told that I would need to wait 5days and come on Tuesday to see the Surgeon. When I had called again to confirm that there would be enough time to remove my tooth I was told yes, and also told that since I have pain and throbbing in the area that I should start taking antibiotics days before my tooth extraction. So I did. And when I arrived on Tuesday I was already half way done with my antibiotics so I felt ready to go. I got in the office, shook the hands with the person and said "Are you the Oral surgeon I will be seeing today?" and was told yes, and was then told by the dentist I met AFTER I got sharing all my information that he was not a licensed oral surgeon, but a general dentist who does oral surgery. And he advised me to go take care of this issue somewhere else by an oral surgeon. So now I have put my body through pointless antibiotics that might cause further issues down the line, and have not even gotten my current issue taken care of. This year has really made me lose faith in the dental work field.

Absolutely recommended. Especially if you are nervous about dentists. Every dentist I've seen here has been kind, compassionate, and extremely capable. I had to go in a couple of times for emergencies and was seen very quickly and got treatment. Once I had to get a root canal which I was very nervous about. The dentist took me seriously and was very reassuring. I really appreciated that my anxiety was taken seriously and that I was heard. He checked in frequently with me throughout the procedure. The root canal went fine and my tooth is great now. The dentists take time to explain every option to you and will allow you to make decisions for yourself without pressure. Never any unnecessary work or charges. In fact they will help you out any way they can to make sure that you can afford the treatment. The office staff is incredible. They are warm and friendly when you arrive. My insurance situation has been complicated and they were patient and thorough helping me get it sorted. I can't say enough good things about this team. The office itself is clean and modern with up-to-date equipment. You will not have to wait long to be seen. They will take excellent care of you here! Highly recommended.

My experience here has been nothing but perfect! For the longest time I did not prioritize getting any dental work done. I was in Cadillac Fairview when I popped in with a few general inquiries when Mina the receptionist (I love her!! She is the sweetest more warm hearted receptionist I have ever met) so kindly answered all my questions. I was concerned about direct billing via insurance. As a young adult I can admit that some of my questions had me feeling insecure because I assumed they were things I should know yet each question was answered throughly and kindly. The prices at this clinic are awesome and definitely equate to the quality of service and dental work provided. My dental hygienist is Alex and I promise you she is the best! Also so KIND, thorough, and always makes you feel taken care of. She will go the extra step in explaining whats going on so that the patient ACTUALLY understands. I love going in to get a cleaning from Alex. Lastly, my dentist is Dr. Wes! Not only is he relatable but he also will actively listen to all your dental concerns and take his time with his work to provide you with the best results. 10/10 would recommend this dental office. They will NOT disappoint.

Last weekend, suffering from a dental emergency, I found the dental office at Fairview Mall online and made an appointment. I was in pain, concerned about my finances, and also very hesitant about impending procedures because I struggle with CPTSD and I have a lot of triggers surrounding medical professionals (and let’s face it, dental work is not fun to get lol). I had several concerns and stressors walking into the clinic that I did not have walking out. I would like to go on record as saying that my experience with the dental office, from start to finish, was accommodating, professional, respectful, considerate, quick, and often hilarious. When I learned that the clinic was about 20 minutes out of my way, I kept the appointment because the staff were so lovely on the phone. I’m so happy I did, because I had such a tremendous experience and I walked out of a dental office, smiling. I think that’s testment enough to the calibre of the staff, who are amazing people that are great at what they do.

I have never enjoyed my experience at a dental office more than this one! I have been undergoing pretty major dental treatment for the last year so I am there every few weeks. The front office staff always has the kindest welcome for me and seem genuinely happy to see me! Dr. Doris is the best dentist I have ever had. I have had quite a handful of dentists in my life, and as someone who has pretty bad anxiety around dental work, I have never been able to feel more comfortable in a dentist chair. She has gone out of her way to help me calm down when I have panic attacks, and even suggested that I bring in ear phones and listen to music/podcasts during procedures of that could help me calm down (which it has!) The whole staff is so amazing. Even thought I have moved to downtown Toronto, I am just going to commute back for dentist appointments because I am not willing to shift away from such an amazing dental team!

This is the first bad review I've ever left. I visited in November to get an x-ray and discuss the removal of my wisdom teeth as one has started erupting. I was referred to another location to get a more detailed x-ray, which I completed the very next day. I emailed them to let them know, and they said they would get back to me when they received the scans. 2 months later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent a follow-up email, and they said they would review the scan and get back to me by the end of the day. 2 weeks passed, still nothing from them, so I sent a follow up email trying to set up an appointment. It's been 1 week and I've heard nothing from them. I'm frustrated that so much of my time has been wasted and that I've had to delay the extraction of my wisdom teeth, which have been consistently bleeding whenever I brush them (which I informed them of in my email). Extremely upset and disappointed.

I went to this dental clinic for routine checkup and teeth cleaning and am deeply concerned with their services and how they work with patients. So, this is about my second appointment the second cleanup, but they actually booked me for tooth extraction. Both the receptionist and Doctor (Marco) were confused about what the exact appointment was for. I was like Are you guys really serious about the work?? come on!!!! I was very concerned with this and then escalated this concern to the management, but they didn't even bother to reply even after a month. They for sure don't value patients time and money. I believe they are doing just a business with no sensitivity toward patients!!!!! I am highly disappointed with their unethical act. IT CAN BE NOTICED THAT THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO FIX THE PATIENTS CONCERNS AND JUST REPLIES TO THE 5 STARS REVIEWS ONLY WHICH SEEMS EXTREMELY FAKE!!!

The dentist was good very professional, unfortunately the staff handling payments for my visit have not been very professional and have been ignoring my emails. I am a student and they offered a payment plan gave me a copy of said plan with 10 payments which I signed and agreed to.. Next thing I know another $400 is added to this payment plan without my knowledge, consent and I keep being continuously billed. I have 3 or 4 discussions with the staff that I should have only 10 payments and we came to an agreement regarding services rendered, yet I am still receiving a statement of a balance with an additional $276 more than what we agreed to and no one will respond to my emails. I am not happy with this service and how they handled my situation without being transparent with the fees they continued to incur on my account... would not recommend or go back to this clinic..

In a few words: Amazing service, 10/10 experience. I went there without an appointment and luckily I got a free spot, the receptionists were so sweet and professional in helping me with the things previous my dental cleaning service. I want to highlight the work of Asmma, she was my hygienist and made an amazing job. I had a lot of build up because my last cleaning was almost 2 years ago and she cleaned it all up in the most efficient and gentle way. She’s a warm girl that really gave me one of the best dental services I’ve ever gotten, no kiddin. My dentist was Dr. Mahdi and he made sure that everything was perfectly done. So no problem there. I don’t write reviews usually but I had an amazing time and service. Highly recommend it. Tips: Make an appointment (so you secure your spot) and if they have their promo still of $99 CAD, then it’s totally worth it.

Have been here for the $99 check up and cleaning. Before everything started, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about the procedure. When I was called to the room, the hygienist introduced the flow, we started with x-ray, check up and then we will clean the teeth. Everything went smooth until she started the cleaning. She suddenly asked me which left side or right side of my mouth I want to clean today, because we are out of time. I was shocked so I reconfirmed again with her, “ do we only clean HALF today?” She said yes so I could only choose. As I was new to Canada, I thought it might be a normal thing here. After half of my teeth were cleaned, I was sent back to the receptionist and they asked me to book for the next appointment for the other half with $188. One star for the X-ray. Won’t go back. That’s it.

Had two cleanings here, which were fine. Then they started telling me I needed fillings replaced and all sorts of other procedures. It took them three needles to freeze my mouth where any other dentist I've been to before and since has been able to do it with one. They would tell me "Come in on the 17th and we'll replace that filling." Then, once I was in the chair, it would suddenly be "So we're going to replace those three today." This happened more than once. Dentist #1 tells me to come Thursday, it should only be half an hour. Thursday with Dentist #2 and I'm there for an hour and a half, late for work. It's like the car dealership of dentists. Constant changing of what they said before, no bedside manner, and taking much longer to accomplish basic tasks than any other dentist I've been to.

Horrible service. I have been referred by one of my friend there and i was not satisfied from the service. I was told by so called manager , that I am booked for exam which I never booked. I only wants to have only cleaning done. The manager took me to her office and charged my insurance $300-$400 and said to me that this is the way we are doing everything here. I have never been charged before like this. They were calling me to book appointments for my cleaning and other treatment. Once I booked they just charged my insurance and never explained anything. I was there only for 15 mints and charged for almost $300 plus. This is very unacceptable and it’s insurance fraud which manager knows. I am going to report this clinic and manager to RCDSO. I would never recommend anyone to visit there

Went to get my wisdom tooth extracted which was bothering me for a very long time, but I was extremely nervous to get it done. When I entered the office for my appointment I received such a warm welcome from front desk which already made me feel less nervous. The assistant Nona took me in right away and answered all my questions, she was very kind. Dr.Poorsina extracted my wisdom tooth and he was amazing!! He periodically asked me how I was doing and before I knew it he said I was all done. I am so happy to have found a Dental office where all staff genuinely care and have your best interests in mind. Big thank you to Dr.Poorsina , so grateful. And Thank you to Maryam, Mina and Kyrylo for helping make an appointment I was so scared for a great experience!!!!!

Dr. Marco, dentist and dental hygienist, Anna were so kind and patient throughout my appointment. It was my first time visiting this dental office and the entire staff was very professional. Upon arrival, I completed a first time patient’s application, then I was taken to a clean and sanitized room to do my x-ray and exam. Following, Anna did my scaling and polishing. She was gentle and offered numbing gel to ease the pain. She ensured that I had a pleasurable experience throughout. Following my check up and cleaning, I mentioned to Anna that she made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the experience. I definitely recommend this place. It’s not often you enter into an establishment and leave feeling confident! Great job, team.

I got two fillings as well as got two wisdom teeth extracted. The two fillings were okay. I was told the sensitivity will last for a few days after the treatment but it is lasting me more than a month which I don't feel too comfortable about... but the extraction was perfect. The doctor made sure I felt no pain in the process and after the process. I only needed to take 1 pain killer tablet on the day of and didn't need to take it. The dental assistant held my hand during the process seeing that I was getting really scared and nervous. The front desk person also called me the day after to check in which I thought was a very kind gesture. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and already recommended my friends!

Very unprofessional business. I booked an appointment for today to get my consultation and wisdom teeth removal done. My appointment was at 5:30 and I didn’t see the doctor till 6pm. When I made the appointment I made sure and confirmed that I will be getting both wisdom teeth removal and consultation done at once. Today I called and re-confirmed that I will be getting both done with the receptionist. After 45 minutes they informed me that I won’t be able to do both because THEY'RE FULLY BOOKED. I booked off 3 days from work to accommodate to my surgery and won’t be able to get reimbursed for this. If you want a unprofessional and unprincipled dental office then these are the people you should trust your time with.

The entire staff is very friendly, kind and welcoming. The place is extremely clean and hygienic. All staff are experienced and knowledgeable. During my most recent visit I asked about some pictures they took of my teeth; the hygienist sat down and walked me through the pictures explaining what they showed and offering some fantastic tips for oral care, specific to me. I have been coming here for 2 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. They continue to strive for excellence and are always updating equipment with cutting edge technology. They have gone over and above to meet all COVID-19 protocols, creating a safe atmosphere for both clients and staff. I could not recommend this place enough.

Been coming to this location for about a year now. Just had my wisdom teeth removed. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Dr. Amir was very kind and proactive throughout the process to ensure I was feeling comfortable before moving proceeding with the extraction. Mona and Marjan were also fantastic assistants, very kind and assisted as much as possible throughout the procedure. Wasn't scared nor nervous due to their genuine desires for treating patients. The front desk staff were also highly energetic and super nice. They made everything clear to me before the procedure and helped contact my insurance providers and arranging quotes so I didn't have to. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend.

Dr. Kurji is a great dentist and the hygienist there are extremely wonderful and caring as there tell you everything they're doing and hold your hand when you need it; especially during my extraction and said positive words thoughout the whole procedure. The hygienist that was cleaning my teeth and doing the x-rays tell you everything step by step and because of them, it made me feel comfortable. The receptionist there was very generous as well and did everything to make it a comfortable environment and also is understanding with the dates for school assignments when book am apportionment. Also, it was nice to have the TV as a distraction as well. Definitely recommend this place 10/10

Dr. Jeff is the best. Unfortunately, I needed to get 2 teeth extracted, seperate incidents and appointments, and he saw the pain I was in during both incidents and made sure to get me scheduled in that same day. He explained every step and stopped every little while to see if I was comfortable and ok as well as explaining the progress. My teeth were very stubborn to come out, and Dr. Jeff realised that and yet he took his time and patience to get the job done perfectly. Thank you for being a true professional. The support staff from the front office to the assistants were amazing as well. Very welcoming polite and professional as well. A++++

The office was very clean and all of the front desk staff were friendly greeting me on arrival. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr.Amir and he was SO good. I hate going to the dentist so he made sure I was comfortable and was very informative the entire time so I knew what was happening. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. The cherry on top was Marjan, she was the sweetest lady angel ever! Love her. She was so nice and calming and she helped so so much with my anxiety. I would personally like to give her a forehead kiss. Together they made my experience AMAZING and I don’t hate the dentist so much anymore. 10/10 would recommend.

I was extremely scared to do my wisdom tooth removal. I was terrified with the daunting process. Kid you not Dr Onur did the whole process in less than 5 minutes. I did not even feel pain or discomfort. He was extremely professional and kind. Marjan and Maryam were the best nurses in the world. They were extremely kind and cooperative. They even joked around me so I don’t feel uncomfortable about the process. They also gave elaborate dental care routine and trust me I felt really less discomfort even after the procedure. You should totally get your wisdom tooth removed before it becomes a problem and what better than Dr Onur

Be very careful when booking with them. They are not upfront with fees and will tell you it's only x amount so that you will book with them. Once you're done, you will see all these fees on your bill which is way more than what you were quoted. On top of that, they'll add $25 on top of your owing amount claiming that at the beginning of every year, $25 gets charged. Then they will give you a card that says $25 off your next session to try to get you to book again. This is a one time stop for me The dental cleaning was alright though. She did her job, but doing an xray wasn't what I asked for. I simply needed cleaning only.

I booked an appointment for cleaning and pain was told by 5 different receptionists that it would be all done on the same day and during the same visit not multiple visits. I had to wait over an hour to be seen then it took over an hour for x-rays and cleaning. They didn't address the pain and just wanted to make more money. I noticed over 30 people working there so I'm sure the 5 star reviews is all written by them. I do not recommend this clinic the receptionists are cunning and try to convince you to get services or treatments that you probably don't even need just to make money and commission. Avoid this place.

I went to this dentist for the first time yesterday for 3 wisdom teeth extraction. Excellent customer service. I was very pleased with all the staff from the reception, assistants, and dental coordinator to the dentist. I was pretty nervous about removing 3 teeth in once. But, the procedure was very smooth and quick because Dr.Ramez Salti was fantastic ;) The bleeding didn't stop for 10 hours, which was a bit hard, but I experienced almost 0/10 pain so far after the treatment. At last, this place offered me the most affordable price. I couldn't have been happier with the service at this dentist. THANK YOU !

I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and the experience with the staff here was amazing. From the day I did my initial consultation, to the bedside manner of the nurse and dental assistant on the day of the extraction, to the follow up courtesy call the following day, everyone was lovely. Very friendly and courteous staff. I use to live in the area and moved quite some time ago, yet I make it a point to come back because of how warm and welcoming the staff are. I have been seeing Desi the hygienist for years and as always she was lovely that day too.

I have been coming to this dental practise for over 25 years and this practise only keeps getting better and better. Dr. Wes and his associates are a fine group of dentists. I have had work done by Dr. Wes and his assistant and he did a fantastic job. He is very good at explaining each step of the procedure and is very patient. The hygienists there are also amazing. From the moment you talk with the very nice receptionists you will know you are in good hands. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Wes and his team. They are the best!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the dental clinic. Athulya Anna who was part of the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which helped ease my nerves. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being called in. The dentist was very patient, thoroughly explaining the procedure and addressing all my concerns. The treatment itself was surprisingly painless, and the dentist's gentle approach made me feel at ease. I left the clinic with a brighter smile and a positive outlook on future dental visits.

Such an amazing and friendly staff! I had such a great experience with this dental office. Dr. Doris, Dr. Swaida and Dr. Alex were so kind and professional. However, I believe the stars of this office are the front desk staff. They were phenomenal and really made me feel welcome. I have never been to an office in my whole life where my appointment gets changed multiple times without my consent or permission. If this was a one time mistake, I would let it go but multiple times? I was told by the front desk that a new manager keeps changing appointments without notifying patients. Absolutely unacceptable and will never be coming here again and will retract my recommendations of this place to my friends, family and colleagues to make sure they don’t have a horrible experience here as well

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. She displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my entire visit. She efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork and ensured that my appointment was smoothly. I am really happy with the service they provided.

I recently went to Dentist North York and it was a fantastic experience. Mina the receptionist was amazing - friendly, accommodating and made being a new patient a breeze. Simone who did my cleaning was excellent- quick, friendly and efficient. Dr Kurji is amazing! Found out that I had a big cavity and she performed magic and fixed it. Her sense of humour, professionalism and skill fixed it right up. I am super happy with Dentist North York - I am no longer so worried about going to the dentist.

I have had a chance of meeting athulya when I went to the dentist North York clinic in order to do a root canal for my teeth. She made all the initial process very easy and managed all the work professionally including claiming my insurance. She is so friendly and really comfortable to talk. I was really worried about the root canal process and helped me calm down and explained me the whole process. I would definitely visit this clinic as they are really professional. I had my wisdom tooth removed at Dentist North York by Dr. Amir, a super experienced professional and a very nice person. I am normally super anxious with all kinds of tooth related procedures, especially with injections, but Dr. Amir made the whole thing go so smoothly and painless, I did not even realize he removed my tooth before he told me we were done with it! I can't recommend him enough, definitely will book all my appointments with him going forward!

I've been with this dental care team for years and never thought about leave even there are some offices newly open near my house . The staffs there are very kind and efficient, they always welcome clients with warm smiles. We 've had several dentists over the years in this office, and they are all patient and focus on details of patients' dental issues. My family feel comfortable every time seeing them, and have confidence in their professional services.

There isn’t enough space to write how happy I am with this office! From the front staff, this lovely lady Mina, to the dental assistant to the dentist Dr. Kurji. Extremely friendly, and sensitive. I have always been afraid to go to the dentist, anxious and nervous, but they made this experience phenomenal, the level of professionalism is outstanding! Amazing service!! My husband got his teeth cleaned here and the staff and doctors were really pleasant and knowledgeable. They took real good care while cleaning the teeth and did a thorough examination to eliminate any possible cavities or problems with teeth and gums. Really professional and pleasant experience. Dr.Onur was the one who extracted my wisdom teeth and honestly couldn’t ask for a better dr. so nice and professional,highly recommending everybody to book with him .lets not forget the staff omg the are soo nice especially the receptionist I forgot names but she was from afghanistan ,love them all ,I already told two of my friends about my experience they said they will be calling to book right away

I have nothing but great reviews for this dental office. The entire team is very professional and very friendly. My dental hygienist, Anna was very kind and caring with how she conducted my cleaning. I also want to recognize Dentist Doris for her amazing work and dedication to making the trip to the dentist office a comfortable experience. Great place, great people, I highly recommend this dental office.

The dental office do direct billing and made sure they discussed finances before the procedures which helped me to have a trust in them. Hats off to the team, especially Athulya for being very welcoming and caring to all the patients. She’s not just someone with a beautiful face, but also with a beautiful personality. Dr. Mahdi did my treatments and I got back my beautiful smile. Thanks once again!

I never have used up my entire yearly $1500 coverage in just 2 visits. I'd had 2 fillings in my life so far and I was told I needed 3 at this clinic after 1 cleaning visit. It hurted during the filling and I am left with a lot of sensitivity in my teeth even after 3 months so I feel compelled to leave a review. I came purely based on location convenience and my regular dentist is busy from covid :(

Had my cleaning with Alex. By far the best hygiene experience I’ve had at a dental office. She had an eye for detail and was thorough. Front desk/admin team were very kind and welcoming. Special shout-out goes to Mona, Mina and Maryam. They took great care in ensuring a safe and pleasurable experience. Definitely made the trip from Newmarket worth it. Looking forward to my next next hygiene visit.

Horrible attitude and horrible service. They are just there to rip off people and insurance. The new manger is the one who is promoting this as she booked me and I have asked her before booking that I want $99 promo but she said if you have insurance and it’s covered so you won’t get this and she billed my insurance for $200 +. Very unusual. Insurance fraud. Never recommend anyone to go there.

During my recent visit to this dental Clinic in North York, I found the experience to be highly positive. A huge shoutout to the team, especially Athulya, who demonstrated attentive customer service and made sure I was comfortable and addressed all my needs. As well as Dr. Mahdi's professional expertise was evident and contributed to an overall pleasant and comfortable experience.

Im really scared of needle. But the doc here made everything very easy! Dr. Mahdi and Dr. Marjan are the best! I have been here twice and for sure going there with the same dr for my future treatments. They make sure im doing ok. Moreover, they take the utmost care that im not in pain. The front desk people are welcoming too. Don’t worry! They’ll take care of you.

I had a worse experience in Dentist North York clinic. The Doctor stopped the treatment in the middle and the Office Manager brought the POS machine to do the payment otherwise we won't complete the treatment. This is such a rude and disrespectful behavior never seen anywhere. Unprofessional, Inexperienced & Disrespectful Team. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Dr Amir and his team were amazing and very accommodating. They made sure the environment was very calm and was kind enough to do a last minute extractions and filling. They were also considerate about my exams and prescribed medication that would help my pain and make sure that I can still study during the period. I’m glad to try this dental office out!

I highly recommend this place for anyone that's nervous about going to the dentist. I had a great experience. The doctors, nurses, attendants and front desk managers were all nice and comforting. They managed to elevate the stress I was feeling. The Doctor did a great job with treating my tooth and helped me achieve a bright smile.

Changed to NY dentist on sept 8 23 and was extremely pleased with the hygienist Asma who was very patient and calming. Dr Mahdi did my 6 cavities in 1:30 hours and was so professional in his approach. I am glad I switched to North York Dental at Fairview Mall. Referred my son and neighbor already. Left the clinic with a big smile

All this office and manager cares about is your money and they are constantly calling me even after telling them that i will call them myself when i am ready and yet they book an appointment anyway even though i never agreed. I find this so unprofessional to be forced an appointment you do not need or want. Will not be returning.

Based on our first visit, it was an emergency dental and they have accommodated us even if we dont have any prior appointment. Concerned issue was addressed and we are very glad that this clinic is just a step away from our home. Receptionist were all nice and knowledgeable. Dentists were all professionals. Recommended.

Keep pressuring me to pull out all my wisdom teeth for no reason at all. I asked them to fill my wisdom tooth which has a cavity but they wouldn't do so and keep telling me I should just have all four wisdom teeth pulled out. It it's not necessary, please stop pressuring. Heidi is a great dental hygienist here though.

Fast, friendly, cared about how much pain I was in and managed my emergency filling flexibly. Assistant was precise and careful, and dentist used any opportunity as a teaching moment.
