Been going to this clinic for a few years now. Since COVID I had been iffy about going in for my regular checkup, but I was experiencing sensitivity and soreness so I had to go lol But aren't I glad I finally went! The clinic was meticulously cleaned, all the staff were wearing layers of PPE (so much respect for front-line workers. Can’t imagine working all day wearing such heavy duty gears) and they invested in high-end ventilators to ensure air circulation. I thought this was really thoughtful and I felt safe the whole time. Dr. Grace was extremely patient and helpful, as always. I had gum soreness and toothache and Dr. Grace did a thorough check-up. She explained to me what was causing it. Turns out I had overgrown gum that covered part of my tooth which caused cavity. Dr. Grace took the time to show me the cavity and explain to me, step by step, the possible remedies. She scheduled me for a removal of the overgrown gum. I was initially really nervous about it because I hate surgeries (I mean, who doesn't?), even the small ones. But during the procedure I realized I had nothing to worry about. It was the least painful dental procedure I’ve ever had. Dr. Grace was gentle and precise (and I say this because I've had dentists before that made me feeling like I was being butchered getting my wisdom teeth removed) and the anesthesia injection didn’t hurt nearly as much as I had anticipated. The whole thing was done very quickly and she was checking with me every step of the way to make sure I was ok. The wound healed pretty fast following the procedure and I had no infection whatsoever. On my next visit, the hygienist did a thorough cleaning and Dr. Grace filled the cavity. I can always count on this clinic and Dr. Grace to provide the quality dental care I need, and this kind of safety and care come in especially timely in the middle of a pandemic. I only wish I had gone in sooner than later so I didn’t have to suffer unnecessarily lol

Ever been scared of going to the dentists because all you hear are the whirring sounds that sound like a drill? No, that's not this clinic! It is a great office located directly outside the RT Line. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. A fantastic experience that is super easy for anyone.This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to get my teeth sorted out, extractions, root canals, Invisalign and routine cleanings. Dr. Grace with the help of her very talented team, explained the treatment plan for me, answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. They did an amazing job, I felt that I was in good hands! All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. I used to be very insecure about how my teeth are. Now, I get complimented on my teeth and feel very confident about my smiles!

I wish I could leave more stars! I have not had the best experience with dental offices before Dentistry and Equinox, and was resistant to give it a go when I needed treatment. From the very first visit until now a year later, this dental clinic has truly transformed my experience into a positive one, and I cannot be more grateful! The receptionist team (most notably receptionist Grace) always greets me with a warm welcome and not to mention the entire staff is incredibly professional and friendly. This dental office has a cozy family environment and truly has a way to make you feel at home and comfortable during every session. I cannot be more grateful for this dental clinic, and would HIGHLY recommend to any first time visitors! Thank you so much for your services!

This by far has been my favourite dental clinic. Ive been to other places but this one is one of a kind. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, from the moment you enter the clinic, the lady at the front desk will greet you with a big smile. Amazing staff from the dental assistants, hygienists, and to the dentists! Love all of them! This place is not only good for their hospitality, but also for their exemplary service, professionalism, and cleanliness of the clinic. It has been nothing but a superb experience every time I come here, it is definitely a win win. I've recommended this clinic to a few people and they have all loved it!

I've been here with this dental office since 2009. Dr. Jaura is helpful and knowledgeable, he's helping me to get better about my condition and concerns about my teeth. Receptionist is very patient and considerate about my appointments even though I'm always late. They gave me an option, because i dont have insurance, and their payment plan is very flexible. I'm very comfortable and happy in this Dental Office. I will highly recommend Dentistry at Equinox to all my friends and family members. Now i feel better and confident, thank you so much!!!

We've been coming here for years, and we've always been treated very well. The staff and assistants are all nice, and the dentists are very attentive. Also, the place is clean, which is a plus. Front office calls every few months to remind us that we are due for a cleaning. Only minor downside: sometimes, the wait is long if they're squeezing in patients, but I just call when we're on the way to ask if they're running on time, and all is good. They treat us like family. Always a good experience here, so I highly recommend this place.

I love this clinic because I am well satisfied with the service especially with my regular cleaning :). They really have a high standard and excellent knowledge for oral health. My favourite hygienist takes her time cleaning my teeth. I never felt pressured nor embarrassed which is what I really liked. Staff are all nice and warm. You feel welcome every time you come for an appointment. They always greet you with a smile on their faces. Facility is very clean and well maintained. I am a regular client and I have no complain. :)

I highly recommend this dental office. I choose to go and get all my dental work here because every time I go here it's always a great experience. They treat all their patients like a family. They greet you with a pleasant smile once you walked in. The dentists are amazing. Dr. Grace And Dr. Jaura has the gentlest hands. I love the hygienists and the dental assistants too. They are very friendly and they will take good care of you. Go to this place and you'll experience the same thing I did.

Friendly staff and professional hygienist. I had my teeth cleaned here and the hygienist was very gentle and kept asking me if I felt pain during the cleaning process. She also showed me an x-ray of my teeth and what the problems were and advised me on what should I do to take care of my gums. She also showed me the proper way of flossing my teeth and the importance of flossing once a day and brushing twice. I would always come back to this place for my dental care.

I've been seeing Dr. Grace for over 10 years now. Since I was in high school! And I've always had such a pleasant experience. I remember chipping my tooth on my vacation and the friendly front desk staff was able to accommodate me right away. On top of that, Dr. Grace did such a great job it's like it never happened! I love the fact that they treat everyone like family and make you feel so welcome. I highly recommend this clinic.
