I went here in January for an annual exam and cleaning and thought the service was mediocre. They didn't even polish or floss my teeth after cleaning. After my insurance coverage, I paid over $300 out of pocket for everything. Then they said there was a pending cleaning charge so they asked me to wait while they processed it. While I waited they wanted to book me in for my next cleaning, but I told them no because I didn't have enough insurance to cover it. So the lady offered me options which I declined and she was nice enough to tell me that she would waive the rest of the charge that was still pending. This gave me a better impression of the place, but then 4 months later I get an email from them telling me I had an outstanding account balance for the cleaning and I needed to pay them as soon as possible. I called and explained what happened back in January, but I obviously didn't want to go back and forth with a manager over $50 so I just paid it. Honestly, if they weren't going to stick to their word, they shouldn't have said they would waive the fee as I was ready to pay it while I was in their office. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here.

Dr David Michaels is the best dentist I would say in the world hands down he is great at what he does if you have fears of going to the dentist Dentistry on Wilson is the place you want to go all those fears will just disappear I mean gentle as they come he doesn't work like he's above his staff he works alongside his staff and speaking of his staff they're just as great as he is polite, friendly it's an atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back and I got to send a shout out to my hygienist You Know Who You are. got my wife to switch to my dentist because she was afraid now she says she could sleep through all the dental work it's so easy and not painful and speaking of sleep they also do sleep Dentistry. sleep while you get your dental work done I've done this it was great .

I have been a patient of Dr. Michaels for 15 years. It is always a pleasure visiting his office. He is a very experienced,friendly, calm and confident doctor. My comfort and being pain free as possible is his main concern. He will always explains the procedures before treatment. Although a busy man he always has time to laugh at my weird jokes. I have met many of his hygienists who are as good as the doctor. Always smiling and making sure I am always comfortable. The front staff led by Joanna makes my visit pleasant and I always leave with a mile. To add to all these they even give me one or two of those delicious chocolate cookies. I have no hesitation in recommending the good doctor and his excellent staff.

The best Dental care you can get so far . I feel I made the best decision ever about my dental issues . My Root canal ,my tooth extraction where done successfully by Dr David michaels ,I recovered so fast , no pain at all . I still have more teeth issues and again am gona be stuck with them for life there team work is so organized, The customer service is so welcoming and safety issues well observed . The follow up after treatment is such an amazing feeling that they still care even after you live the clinic . Am so moved by this Dental clinic .thank you for the great work .

The best dental office I've ever been to; Dr. Michaels and his staff are all incredibly friendly and professional. I've had several procedures done at this office and Dr. Michaels somehow manages to make the scariest parts of being at the dentist completely pain-free. He has frozen the inside of my mouth with needles on several occasions and I never once felt it. They also provide a great selection of TV shows/movies to watch while you're in the chair to help the time pass by. Would recommend to everyone, especially people afraid of the dentist!

Dr. Michaels is simply the best dentist you'll ever go to. The ENTIRE staff are professional and friendly. I've had a few different procedures done and I have never had a bad experience(7yrs of being a patient). Anyone who has ever asked for a dentist needs to go to Dentistry on Wilson. More importantly if your the type to be scared to visit a dentist there is no need to worry, you feel comfortable and relaxed when your at Dentistry on Wilson. My personal best feature is being able to watch a movie while getting work done.

I just came home from my first appointment with Dr Michaels, what a great experience! I was greeted by his friendly staff the moment I walked through the door. I then met Dr Michaels who took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing. He very patiently answered all of my questions. He was extremely gentle while working and asked me several times if I was okay during the appointment. I was thrilled with the end result, my teeth look the best they ever have.
