Dr. Bruce Todd and his team have provided the absolute BEST dental service possible to me in the last 10 years. Dr. Todd is extremely knowledgable, insightful and is NOT out for your dollars. You and your health is his best interest. He will do everything in his power to help you health in a minimally painful, affordable and sustainable way. Carlee at the front desk is extremely kind and organized. She remembers such finite details about you and your life, showing that she truly listens and cares. Cindy, Dr. Todd's assistant is incredibly kind and warm and makes you feel at ease no matter what. Dr. Todd's other team members who I haven't gotten to know as well as Carlee and Cindy always treat me with respect and have a positive energy about them too. This clinic has saved me from some of the most excruciating physical pain I've ever been in and I will always, always appreciate that. LOVE this practice, the people, all of it. 10/5 Stars! Our family has been going to this office for over 20 years. Dr Todd is an amazing dentist and person. He is very patient, esp with people with anxiety. He listens and does the work necessary. I never feel I’m getting something done that doesn’t need to be. He is trustworthy and kind. Carly who did work at the front desk but is also doing the behind the scenesis amazing! Friendly, understanding, efficient and kind. She puts a smile on my face when I see her or get a reminder for my appointment. Today was my first time with the newer hygienist, Kaitlyn. I am usually nervous and have a lot of pain with scaling... much to my delight, Kaitlyn’s technique was great! And she didn’t keep talking to me... cause we all know we can’t answer with those tools in our mouths my adult children continue to go here and I recommend this office highly!!

Fantastic dental clinic and all staff from reception and hygienist, Rose and Dr. Todd. Dr. Todd is so kind, takes time to explain what his plan is and why - even down to a diagram on paper! I could have went with the much pricier option for some of my teeth with him (as told by other dentists), and he said I did not need the procedures and he could fix a problem without having to spend a fortune, and he did! I have never had care from a dentist like this before. Not all about the money. Most dentists I’ve been to always say you need a crown, you need a crown and I have. I wish I would’ve found this place 30 years ago! Please don’t retire, Dr Todd!! Many thanks.

Have been seeing Dr Todd for probably 20 yrs and have never had any problems. Have even partially slept through a root canal, they were so gentle! Started bringing the kids at 3 and 4yrs old and neither of them have any fears about getting work done, they are 14 amd 15 now. Have recommended friends come here for 2nd opinions, which saved one 10yr old from root canals on baby teeth. Have suggested people with severe dental fears come here and again they reported zero problems following visits. I can't recommend the Dentists at Beddington Heights enough, all the staff are super friendly and fully explain the work being performed.

Dr Todd has been our family Dentist for over 20 years and we would prefer not see anyone else. He is the best. The whole Team are friendly and professional. Karly is one of the friendliest and most accommodating receptionists I know. I have just had some work down by Dr Hwang and I am very impressed. He explained everything that was going on and I felt confident I was in capable hands. Thank you all for your kindness to my entire family through out the years. A true testimonial is now my Grandkids are now coming to see Dr Todd. Says a lot.

Best dental experience in a long time! Dr.Jack Tan and the team are welcoming with a smile, making sure to take my anxiety away associated to dentist offices. It definite helps when everyone seems to be happy at work. The services provided at this office felt above and beyond the norm. They genuinely care - truly a different experience than I was used to. Leaving the office after a treatment with comfort, complete clarification and future prevention is the best feeling. Highly recommend this dental office.

The best dentist ever. Before i use to hate going to the dentist, but after my first emergency visit with Dr Hwang ( they were closing and Dr Hwang did a big favor and took me in) and did an amazing job. Both Dr Hwang and Dr Tan are amazing, very smart and they are very gentle. They don't bother you like other dentist office that keeps calling you. I have and always will refer them to other people. Thank you Dr Hwang, Dr Tan and of course the ladies at the front they are awesome and make you feel at home.

My brother had recommended me to come here for my wisdom tooth extraction. I was really nervous before coming into the clinic because I’ve heard many painful stories. But overall I had a good experience. It wasn’t too bad after the numbing injection and the dentist was very patient with me. Thanks to the team at Beddington Heights for a good experience. Highly recommend to anyone that needs their wisdom teeth pulled out! Just made an appointment here for next month to get my teeth cleaned. Can’t wait! :)

After a lifetime of traumatic dental experiences I thought to try a new clinic. I am SO glad I did. Everyone in the office here is knowledgeable and kind. The Dr and assistants I saw were AMAZING. This is the first time I've ever been to a dentist and didn't experience pain. I am over the moon happy my appointment was pain free and didn't take all day. They were efficient, kind, patient and discussed all of my options with me. No anxiety attacks for me anymore ❤ Highly recommend.

I have been Dr. Sung Hwang's patient for the past 3 years. He has performed several dental procedures on my teeth including root canals, fillings and extractions and I have always had a very positive experience. He is very caring, gentle and knowledgeable. The receptionists and staff are also very welcoming and happy to assist in any possible way. Please note that I am 75 years old and have been to so many dentists over the years.

I hadn't visited a dentists in a while and was a bit apprehensive about checking a check-up and cleaning but after visiting Dentists at Beddington Heights all my concerns were alleviated. Had cleanings from very skilled hygienists who were efficient and smooth with no pain. Dr. Tan also was a very professional and friendly dentist who made me feel at ease. Great little clinic they have here, I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to this dental office since before I can remember! Carli is the lead receptionist and is so kind and caring and will always go out of her way for you! The hygienists, especially Shirley, as well as the dentists are all super thorough and great at explaining their process and making sure you only feel most comfortable. I use to be afraid of the dentist but now I look forward to all my 6 month check ups!

Came across this place about 12 years ago cause I was looking for a new dentist and I'm very glad I found it. As soon as you meet Dr. Todd you'll know you're in good hands. The staff is friendly and professional. It seems like they actually care more about doing the right thing rather than trying to push an expensive dental procedure upon you. Love it. Dr. Todd has always been a very good dentist. My family and I have been patients for 23 years. He has always made sure we are comfortable and that the procedure was done correctly. We appreciate the extra care and consideration given by him and also by Carli, (an exceptional receptionist) More recently we have also seen Dr. Tan and Dr. Huang, and have found them to be very pleasant and good dentists.

I had a filling done and it was executed to a tremendous standard. The Doctor and his Assistant were both very professional, efficient and extremely good at explaining their process(Which as a first timer to fillings is really important) The very kind lady Carly, who I booked in with was super ! She is definitely a great asset to the team, as she puts you at ease with any doubts you may have.

I am beyond happy with everything in this dental clinic specially Dr. Hwang!! It was our first appointment for my 7 year old girl, and Dr.Hwang was very respectful and friendly. I dreaded my hygiene appointments until I started coming here. I always ask for either Erika or Kaitlyn. Both hygienists are really thorough and will always try to be as gentle as possible which is great because of my sensitive gums. Overall, this is one of the best dental offices with the best staff!

Dr. Tan and Dr. Hwang are wonderful dentists and the rest of the staff are very friendly as well. I recently had a tooth extracted and Dr. Tan made sure I was doing okay throughout the procedure. I felt at ease and the site is healing up nicely.

Having spent some time here, you get the sense that Dr Sung and Dr Jack really love dentistry. Their passion for the subject is unparalleled. Jess is such a great assistant as well - she's just so upbeat and full of life. Would highly recommend!

I visited 2 dentists before I went to see Dr Todd. They both examined and X-rayed me and found nothing wrong. Dr Todd took the time to find, explain and fix the problem. I am now pain free for the first time in 4 months. Highly recommended.
