Through the years, I had developed a phobia of dentists and I would avoid visiting one for very long stretches of time. I first went to Dentists on Enmore following the advice of a friend who is also very anxious. The staff is all so nice, and I especially appreciate my dentist Dr. Sawsan; she made me feel comfortable from day one, understood my fear and my shame, and never made me feel judged for them like so many other dentists have. Also for the first time in my life, her approach is to check and maintain rather than planning extensive, expensive and traumatizing work. I have since never skipped an appointment and I don't dread in fear my next visit. I appreciate her approach to dentistry and the value she put on the dr - patient relationship so very much. I wouldn't go to any other dentist and I highly recommend this practice, especially for anyone who has anxiety around dental treatment.

From Salams warmest welcoming manner to Nishma's relaxing speech and of course Dr Sevda who is the only reason I have been able to start my journey in getting my oral health back on track. In the past I have been scarred with many other dentists but at Dentists on Enmore my phobia my anxiety all the fears which lead me to have bad oral health was left at the entrance of the clinic. I truly felt so safe. For the first time thanks to everyone who works there I am now not scared of a dental visit. Not only is my teeth being treated but they have helped me overcome my fears. I recently had the pleasure of re-visiting Dentists on Enmore and as always, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience! First and foremost, the customer care is outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and really take the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I have been a patient for over three years with nothing but good experiences. The calming environment of the practice really makes a difference for me. I always feel relaxed and comfortable, nothing is rushed. Also reassuring to see that the practice adhered to strict hygiene protocols. The equipment and facilities are spotless. Overall, I can honestly say that visiting Dentists on Enmore is a joy! It's not often that you find a practice that provides such great value for money, could not recommend enough. Positive, stress-free experience every time.

I absolutely love these women. From booking the appointment all the way through to the follow up phone call the next day, you are made to feel like family. My experience at this dentist my first good experience and I must say it was an amazing experience. I saw Dr Sawsan Shiyab and shes an incredible Dr! I have real dental phobia and she was so empathic and thoughtful in explaining everything to me step by step. She was also very thorough and explained everything to me in great detail! I found out so many things that I never knew before. She looks at your teeth holistically to your body including how your sleep can affect your teeth, your diet, acid reflux etc etc I would say that this dentist experience was a really good experience and I feel like I didn't even go to see a dentist because she was so lovely. The receptionist was also so friendly! I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Would recommend especially if you have dental phobia.

I had my first appointment here today with Dr Sevda. I can't recommend this dentist enough. Every single person in the team I interacted with was absolutely lovely! I was made to feel comfortable and cared for. Dr Sevda took the time to explain exactly what I needed to get my teeth into a healthy place in clear detail and provided further reading on the procedures to choose from. The urgency and cost of each procedure was made clear so that I can now make a well educated decision on the steps I need to take in the immediate and the future to maintain my dental health and over all well being. Really impressed. I don't have kids but I noticed they also have a "kids room" to make children feel safe and comfortable which I thought was a really thoughtful touch! Go here, its fantastic! :-)

I had my wisdom teeth taken out today after years of being anxious about it, and it honestly was the most pleasant experience! I was completely calm throughout the procedure, was constantly checked on and asked how I felt. All the dentists here emphasise on patient comfort and trust. Not to mention, the dental assistants who were absolutely amazing and proficient with her work. Everyone works from their heart and they give you their time and attention. The receptionists are also very warm and inviting from entrance to exit. I wouldn’t think twice booking again. Definitely no regrets!

I took my 3 yr old to see the dentist today. What an experience! From the get go, the staff member who welcomed me was professional and friendly, the clinic was exceptionally clean and well decorated, the toy room is out of this world and then my son saw Dr. Shiyab for treatment. He is not the easiest of patients to treat but she calmed him down, got him desensitized to the environment and eventually managed to look into his mouth, which he had thus far refused to do for any dentist. Dr. Shiyab treated him like he was the only dentist she had to see today, and I cannot thank her enough. He is now happy to go back next week. For a professional dental service delivered with compassion and care, I would highly recommend Dentists on Enmore.

I don't know anyone that is overly happy about a trip to the dentist, let's be honest, but since my first visit to Dr Shiyab a couple of years ago I feel I have not only been looked after when I visit the dentist but guided to ensuring I know how to look after my teeth and mouth in between check ups. I have had problems with Jaw clenching for a very long time and Dr Shiyab has given me great exercises to help relieve the pain in my jaw and release the tight muscles. The practice is always lovely and clean and it is such a delight to be welcomed by a big smile from Salam (Practice Manager) every time I walk in! I almost... almost look forward to my dental check ups =)

I've been a patient at Dentist on Enmore for a couple of years. They've seen me through all 4 wisdom tooth removals but most recently was the best experience. I had an old root canal in my front tooth and the tooth was dead and a horrible/grey brown colour. Over the course 3 months, Dr Shiyab proved how amazing she is at her job and got the tooth back to it's normal colour and I'm so excited I can smile again!! I was ready to fork out for a veneer but so happy that I didn't have to. It looks great and I can't thank her and the whole team enough. Beautiful and kind receptionists, talented and skillful assistants and an absolute pro, hilarious dentist. 10/10!

I recently swapped clinics as my previous dentist was so rough that I developed anxiety even for a cleaning visit. The team here reassessed my whole mouth and gave me a thorough and informative walk through and explanation about all the procedures they were recommending and why. I had a cleaning and felt absolutely no pain for the first time in years. I was also nervous to get fillings but the entire team were so patient and caring with trying to make me feel comfortable. Dr Sevda is so knowledgeable and provided me with so much insight that I never would've received from my other dentist. Everything about this place is 5 star! I highly recommend!!

It took me a long time to find the perfect dental surgery, but this is it! Dr Sawsan combines absolute professionalism with keen empathy, and an ability to put patients at ease. She is thorough in her approach and extremely insightful in her interpretation of symptoms and how to treat them. She is methodical and scrupulous in her attention to detail, but she also creative and humorous, which is a plus with nervous patients like me! Dr Sevda Aslan is the best dentist I have ever seen. I have major dental anxiety and when I came in to see the team at Dentists on Enmore I needed a lot of work done. Dr Aslan has always been extremely patient and kind with me - and always takes the extra time to talk me through my concerns and answer my questions. I now find going to the dentist to be a joy (as much as visiting the dentist can be) and recommend Dentists on Enmore to anyone who will listen. I'm about to move interstate but will continue to travel to Sydney to see Dr Aslan. If you have dental anxiety like me you will never find a better dentist!

This dentist is awesome. Sawsan has expertise way beyond the average dentist. She prides herself on her work. Sawsan simply tops other dentists because she cares. Things like being given juice and bisciuts if she thinks your blood pressure is low. She put balm on my dry lips, it felt wonderful. Sawsan has an accute understanding of how what she is doing feels. Another thing ive never known a dentist to do....its $180 for an extraction. If that extraction has problems..the dentist will not charge for following up appointments. Ive had a couple of good dentists in my life. But Sawsan is in a league of her own.

Dr Sevda Alsan has the warmest heart and splendid dental work. She is thoughtful, intuitive and most importantly a professional. Accessible, accommodating and able to charm the eldest in the family - 70 year old - very traditional Chinese Dad to the youngest cheeky one my 8 year old. You have to trust your good health and dental needs with the best - trust Dr Sevda :) We adore her. No job is too little or too big, she knows how to ensure you are in good hands and to also settle those jitters about dentist visits. The clinic is immaculate and all facilities are well thought out and impeccable.

Went in with a pretty badly chipped/cracked tooth and left my last appointment with a super sweet gold tooth. Prior to my first appointment I probably hadn’t been to a see a dentist in something ridiculous like 10 years, but it couldn’t be out off anymore. I had heard great things about the place so I made myself an appointment. Dr. Sawson and the rest of the D.O.E. crew are all fantastic, super professional and all genuinely great people. As someone with a fear of dentists I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. The receptionist is warm and welcoming, the fees and charges are affordable, and Dr Sawsan Shiyab is kind, funny and had me feeling safe and in control in the chair. She listened and responded to my concerns and took the time to fully explain her recommendations and the reasons for them. She was gentle and took things slowly and I didn’t feel any pain or fear during my treatments with her. I’m genuinely so grateful to have found her.

I've had my top wisdom teeth extracted here by Dr Sevda Aslan and im super happy with how everything went. The extraction was quick and painless, I had no pain at all after the numbing wore off. The whole team was super professional and friendly. I felt really comfortable in the chair, Dr Sevda was patient and caring. Been going here since it open up. Moved from my old dentist (which was closer to me) based on a recommendation. Travel is a little longer for me but worth it for the professional staff and modern facility set up. Your comfort is place first on the list when dental procedures are done. Questions are always ask to make sure you are in no discomfort or in pain and the all questions are answered professionally no matter how mundane they are. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

Dentists on Enmore are best dentists I have been to on my life. I can't recommend them highly enough, they are incredibly sensitive and gentle and caring. Dr Sevda does an incredible job technically, but is also so alive to the human dimensions of the experience. They are wonderful with kids too. My needle-phobic child had a tooth extraction with them and not only got through it without any pain or anxiety, she is still talking about how nice the dentist was a year later!

I received a very warm welcome for my consultation. Everyone there were very friendly and the dentists are really attentive and give great advice on dental hygiene and the best care for your teeth. I find sitting on the dentist chair when I have dental pain quite nerve-wrecking but Dr Sevda Aslan made the entire experience a lot calmer. I appreciate that they also make an effort to check up on you the day after your appointment. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Professional, beautiful set up, child friendly and very easy to get to. The dental surgery is very clean. The playroom area is the best idea ever where it keeps the children distracted while waiting. Dr Aslan was so calm and dealt with my children with such ease no matter how many questions they had or how afraid they were. They cant wait to go back and get their teeth cleaned again. If you are anything like me, you have bad memories of visiting the dentist, and make a point of not going. Well the Dentists at Enmore dental actually changed my view of that. Walking in the door you are greeted with the kindest face possible (not to mention the best smile). All the dentists there are amazing and truly know their stuff, not once did I feel pain during my procedures. I highly recommend them.

Sevda is caring, gentle, thoughtful, experienced and charges very reasonably if not generously. She has a custom built kids entertainment room and lets little ones watch Netflix while they undergo treatment. I've been coming here for a couple of years now with my kids. Both my kids have no fear of the dentist because of the friendly way they are always treated. The facilities are so clean and beautifully decorated. There's even a gorgeous kids room with plenty of toys. My treatments have always been painless and perfectly done. I can't recommend them enough. I travel an hour to get here but it's worth it!

Just saw Dr Sawsan Shiyab for a filling after I cracked a lateral incisor. She was extremely knowledgeable and her work was fantastic. The filling isn’t noticeable at all which I was worried about since it’s one of my front teeth. I’m so glad I saw her! Salam at the front desk is so welcoming and has brilliant customer service. Had a great experience at Dentists on Enmore. I went for a check up and clean for the first time a few weeks ago and the whole experience was wonderful especially Dr Aslan, she was extremely knowledgable and was more comprehensive than any other dentist I have been to before. The service and quality of work is 2nd to none. they treated me like royalty , I I never wanted to leave, and dentist give me anxiety., but they made me feel at ease and even rang the next day to see how I was. I'm from Brazil and I was wondering which clinic to go to here in Sydney for a check-up and routine cleaning. I chose Dentist on Enmore because it was close to my home and cheaper than the other clinics nearby. I had a very good service from all the team, especially Dra. I can't recommend this practice highly enough, they are amazing! My 5 year old now loves going to the dentist. The staff are so welcoming and so good with kids, engaging them in the process and making it fun for them. When I first saw their great reviews I wondered if they could all be real, but after going there I completely see why.

I have never been the biggest fan of dentists and try to avoid them at all costs, but from the moment I met Dr. Sawsan she put me at ease with her knowledge and great sense of humour. My family and I happily travel from Campbelltown to Enmore to visit Dr Sawsan for our dental treatments. Dr Sawsan is a professional who treats her patients with the highest level of care and personalises treatment to suit their individual needs to the highest standard. The office staff are always polite & professional.

Dentists on Enmore is an extremely welcoming and warm environment. Dr Sawsan is great and takes time with her patients, and is especially great at working with anxious patients (or so I have heard!) The practice seems genuinely committed to preventative dentistry and you can be confident in the treatment you get there.

I can not recommend this practice enough! Dentists on Enmore have been such a pleasure to visit. I have always had a fear of Dentists and have actively avoided going, but Dr Shiyab has gone above and beyond calming my nerves and making my experience pain free. This is an excellent clinic with kind and amazing staff!

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to!! Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and after a bad experience previously at another dentist I was a little anxious. Dr Aslan was fantastic!! I immediately felt comfortable with her and the whole process was quick and 100% pain free. I highly recommend.

Had a really good experience at this dental clinic, staff are really friendly and Dr Sawsan was really informative. Highly recommend everyone to get their dental treatments done here. There is also a council carpark just behind the clinic that you can park in when you visit which is very convenient.

Honestly the best dentist I've ever been to - the location is clean and bright, the staff are lovely, and Dr. Aslan is always considerate of your needs in the chair. I've also received far better advice on general oral care here than anywhere else, right down to tips on picking the right toothbrush!

I've been seeing Dr Sawsan for almost 10 years now. I've never liked going to the dentist but I always enjoy seeing her, she keeps me comfortable and we always have a laugh. And Salam is a pleasure to speak to on the phone and at the front desk. Somehow they make going to the dentist a bit of fun.

The nicest most professional team of dentists I've been to. Super knowledgable, caring to take the time to understand everything and skilled as well. A+ support from outside of the dentists chair as well with appointment reminders, post work checkins, and accomodation of anything where they can.

Such a friendly dental practice, I usually get really anxious and hate the dentist but Sawsan is excellent. I previously had really sensitive teeth & needed gas just to get through the clean, but now I can withstand it on my own, thanks to Sawsan!
