Orange Line is an automated rapid transit line in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan and the first driverless metro in Pakistan. It is operated by the Punjab Mass Transit Authority and forms part of the Lahore Metro system. The line is Pakistan's first metro train. The project feasibility study was done in 2007 for 27 km route and updated by NESPAK in 2014. The orange line starts from Ali Town on Raiwind Road and terminates at Dera Gujran. The alignment follows the Multan Road corridor from Thokar Niaz Baig up to Chauburji, then via Lake Road, Mcleod Road, Nicholson Road to the main Railway Crossing to reach GT Road and follows GT Road till interchange of Lahore Ring Road. The service is very well maintained with over the counter as well as automatic ticket coin issuing and card recharging machines. Apart from peak times the journey is very comfortable and seats are easily available. Separate portions are available for males and females. The service is used as a regular means of transport providing Park & Ride facility to daily commuters. The next train arrives no later than 5 minute time difference. The service is very clean and stations are properly guarded and well maintained. Wonderful work done by relevant authorities and appreciate commuters keeping the trains clean. Recommended to travel if part of one's commuting route.

Useful for everyone who travel daily ,this station is firat station so some rush will be there and specialy the policy regarfing infants are very disgusting instead of age they measure the kids height and there is no scale instead a red tape is placed on wall .wow claping for the management for such a brillant solution.nobody knows what height is allowed instead of scaling on duty boys argue call on these numbers .

Good, cooperative and clean environment. The train is very very clean and cool. The environment is nature friendly. The train is so wide and the space is well distributed that passenger almost get seat everytime. Getting crowd in the train is like once in a blue moon. The fare throughout the track is 40 R.S. You can travel whole Lahore in 40 R.S. Very good and excellent experience.

Best project by Punjab Masstransit Authority. It has helped many travelers to travel across the city. Fare is almost reasonable. It can accommodate 100 passengers per block and train has 5 blocks. Stations and train environment is amazing. Customer service is also good. Although it was an expensive project but it is helping thousands of customers on daily basis.

Can take the rikhsh ride from here to visit wagah, a family hangout .. Anyway, that why I visited, the metro I self is, I have to say very well maintained, I was actually surprised to see the cleanliness & the facilities, I can definateky compare it to what I havw seen abroad, So, worry not, have a ride. Runs on time & is practically free (40pkr)

Orange line train traveling is owesome. I mostly travel by it. It is totaly air-conditioned.It is more comfortable and time saving traveling source than others. On the other hand anybody can travel in this train in very cheap fare. Thanks a lot Pakistan Government for this amazing source of travel. Salute u.

1st station of Metro from north side of route. As it is suburban area of lahore there wasn't much commuters there. Train is usually empty and seats are easily to occupy than other stations. Station is well managed, staff is cooperative and excessive. There are atleast 12+ guards on station

One of the first only in Punjab Metroo train station i enjoyed ride on orrange train,it 8s a must requirements of Mega city But in Karachi largest city of Pakistan no metro ,no planing no ring road,PPP govern in karacji last 18 years but they build home in Dubai rather then improve karachi

I went there just to explore and have dinner. The options were not too many to begin with. The overall orange train experience was extremely nice. The elevator were working and their staff was working hard to keep things easy peasy for us all. It was neat and clean.

The lahore orange line metro train is a mass transit project started in 2015 and finished in 2019. This is very comfortable and easy traveling source. Dera gujjran is last station from one side and first station from other side. All stations so beautiful and clean.

Pakistan as developing country needs to learn from other states and specially the literature that have been produced. There is a dire need to move step by step towards mega projects by understanding what has been missed and must not be taken for granted.

Very nicely built.. Clean and maintained... Proper markings all around the place providing the required guidance.. Quick note: Keep coins with you to get tickets from automated machines, otherwise you will be in long queue for getting a ticket..

Dera gujran is Situated at GT road Lahore, this Area is going to develop side, Orange Metro Train station No 1 here, Quaid E Azam Interchange is famous Point, Mostly Gujjar,s had baffllos in this area and provide milk according to need in city.

Dera Gujranwala metro station is the best station for who people that live in out of city of because it is the corner metro station of Lahore people not afford local transport that is why some people pay some money on Metro and inter Lahore

It is the last station of the Orange line train, where the last station is Ali Town Station. This station is near Harbanspura and surrounding areas. The elevators are working as per this day. Well maintained and cleaned.

I travelled on the Orange train. enjoyed it a lot. it reminded me of the Dubai metro. fare is quite affordable. for the people, who have the route favourable to them, this is such a great convenience.

It was quiet crowded. Well furnished , clean and decent environment. Security and staff was ok. The lift is available and the electric stairs are also there. Overall it is good.but it was crowded

Don't buy from them! They sell stamped tyres at higher rate and if you have any puncture then just go for the puncture. Beside that the owner of the shop is a total non professional person.

Nice enclosure and has a controlled waiting line to get the tokens but if you are planning to stay for a while due to calling in a car so do note there is no place to sit and relax at

Neat and clean facility with active services This station is not rushy as being at tail end Wait time at this station is 10 to 15 min as train has to change the route direction

Its government good initiative to facilitate the peoples but due to lot of stops its not fruit full as it can be. The train cant traveled more than 3 minutes it has to stop .

Last time I went to sozo water park by orange train. We dropped the train on dera gujjran . Dera gujjran is one of the largest station.after Every 5 min train go.
