Terrible receptionist. I never got the chance to speak with an attorney at this firm since I could not make it past the receptionist due to her condescending and inappropriate tone. When she asked for my name, she made me repeat it 5 times and then laughed as she butchered my last name. If the first person you speak to at a firm is unsatisfactory, it should be an indicator of how the attorneys will also treat you. There are plenty of other firms in this area. Update: Business owner replied with a blatant lie stating they don't have any calls from me so I attached a screenshot showing I DID, call and speak with them. Nice try and now others can see you're lying too.

I was given clear insight by he and his partners regarding said issues and they were very attentive. I would highly recommend this firm for any/all employment law issues.

I called about a legal problem. Was treated imo unprofessionally, in rather glib fashion by Derek Smith. So I did some checking. Of the 175 or so gushing 5 star reviews they've received, 110 are from reviewers with only one review. Coincidence? Perhaps however 3 of them, by David Merlin, A N, and Good Guy are identical! (See attached photos) Phony reviews?? Read even just a few of the others yourselves to see if they strike you as sounding exactly alike, contrived, and written by the same person. If so, avoid!!
