I usually don’t write reviews but I was so impressed with Matt’s service I wanted to ensure others looking for an electrician use Dernancourt Electrical. From my first enquiry Matt was responsive and professional. I required a new power outlet and an antenna to be installed. He arrived on time and came prepared to do the job on the spot. Matt did a great job at explaining what was possible for my particular property. He ensured the work was completed to a high standard and was approachable to ask follow up questions to. I sought two other quotes for the same work and Matt’s pricing was very much competitive but I believe he completed the work with exceptional care for the job and accomodation of me as the customer.

Got three sheds wired up for power and lights and a new exhaust fan and light combo for the main toilet. Matt was very professional, friendly towards me and my three dogs (one of whom is a rescue and timid). The price was very reasonable and Matt worked hard and quickly. He phoned me to arrange a time to do the work, then he was in regular communication with me in-between time and called about 20,mins before arriving. The work was done neatly. No messing around like you get with other trades. Would definitely use him again! Don't bother looking around, just go straight to Dernancourt Electrical.

I don’t often leave reviews but Matt’s service has been exceptional. I have hired him twice and have been thoroughly impressed with his high quality of work, professionalism, advice and down to earth nature. He’s incredibly kind and has helped me with multiple electrical jobs around the house (I.e installing a Eufy security floodlight camera, replacing power points, downlight dimmers etc). Matt recently installed our external up down lights along the front of our house updated our ceiling fans in the bedrooms, installed a few powerpoints internally and externally. He gave us an honest price and as a women I found him to communicate well with me not just my husband. His availability was flexible and was willing to travel from Dernancourt.
