I have been with Derrimut Gym for a decent amount of years now (different locations). The ambiance, equipment, vibe, people (except for Caroline Springs), etc are good and thus I have been loyal. Shockingly my new iPhone 14pro was stolen from the gym! (I understand members' personal belongings are their responsibility). In any case, I expected a business would never tolerate such incidents on its premises. But, it seems gym management is favoring the offenders. I am going around in circles in search of CCTV footage for my visit to the gym (I was in the gym for only 10-15 minutes before I realized about the incident). No reply to any of my emails, nor have I had the chance to speak to anyone from management (called multiple times!). I am not sure why I cannot get access or if someone from management can look at the footage and give me some feedback? I have also made police compliant and they have also confirmed that management has not shared any footage with Vic Police either! It has been 2 weeks since the phone was stolen and still 0 feedback from the gym! Not sure which side they're on. It's just a simple CCTV video that should be able to clarify what happened. What is the point of having the premises closely monitored, if it is not used to create a safe environment for members?

This gym’s atmosphere is just something else. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful with newcomers especially the staff, they’re very easily understood and very direct and simple with what is said so that anyone can understand. My father of foreign tongue was having a little trouble understanding English wanted to get a membership so the staff helped him, gave him simple directions and were very patient and kind with him which was nice. Now the inside gym is huge! Anything you could ever need to train any muscle in your body. 5 sections filled with machines and Benches allowing anyone to train despite the amount of people within the facility. The people inside are very nice, friendly and are always open to help if needed, especially for beginners. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Good gym, and affordable membership. Admin fee would make more sense if they added that into the full price of the membership instead of the fine print at the bottom. Gym is the size of 4 warehouses combined, a lot of equipment. Big basketball court. Lots of cardio machines. Lots of dumbells and benches. It is common for the equipment to be broken or out of order. Lack of attachments for cable machines. Not much car park space during busy periods. Male toilets are unhygienic and smell pretty awful, but I understand it is hard to maintain the facility with so many visitors every day. Overall, it is a really good gym and could be much more if it were better managed.

I have had a worst customer service experience here. Firstly they scammed me with a very high price and did not even mention the upraise of the amount after 6 months. They did not explain the cancellation policy. And on cancelling the account they kept deducting the amount and when I stopped the auto debit they charged me an extra collection fee. I have tried to call them continuously for 3 days to discuss this and not even a single team member has courtesy to answer the call. Pathetic contract terms and team. I would never suggest anyone to this gym.

Hi, I go gym Derrimut Gym Caroline Springs many times. Gym good, but something not good. Basketball place no work for a long time. I like basketball, so I feel not happy when no play. Gym has many things good. Lots of machines and places for exercise. But without basketball, I feel something missing. I hope gym people fix basketball soon. I talk with other people at gym. They also like basketball. They say same thing: without basketball, gym not same. I think fixing basketball will make gym better for everyone. Thank you for listening to me.

Love this gym, definitely huge variety of equipment. Just a few point outs though - a raise of concern in the women's section. There is no medical assistance. No medical necklaces, buttons or defibrillators. (Or I can't see them?) How is downstairs ment to be reached if alone and in a emergency? Just take that into consideration - needs yoga mats upstairs as I don't think it's vacuumed much and the floors a bit yuck - and watch out for paying extras in the membership, it definitely works out more than what you are paying for..

Hi, I canceled the contract sep 23,2023. But today I asked from receptionist about my cancellation date. she didn’t help me to find the cancellation date , She told me that she can’t find my cancellation form. Her name was Mia. It’s bad customer service. She told me that I didn’t cancel the contract that’s why she can’t find it. But when I checked my emails I found cancellation email. She simply said there’s no any cancellation form instead putting effort to find the cancellation form. I’m really disappointed.

When I discovered reformer pilates, I loved it so much and all of my family members signed up. I love Claudia and Rhyana's classes because they carter the class for all age group and so caring. I am 51 and very petite and found myself hard to keep up with some of other new teacher's classes as they only targeted for young people l came home with sore body in a wrong way. I hope the gym could make classes based on the levels. That would be great

Let's get everyone and anyone in for a cheap $200 per year and then never maintain the gym. They are behind on maintenance with broken and dodgy equipment. There's been no hand sanitiser for the last 2 weeks. Drink taps were previously broken for weeks. Parking has been a huge problem because the gym is way over capacity because of trying to get as many memberships as possible. Air con does not keep up. The place is fast turning into a dump.

Sad to see there no support from the GYM where a phone has been stolen from the GYM Members bag (Surya). It has nearly 2 weeks and GYM management is not corporating with Member or Police to provide evidence who has stolen. Not sure why management is not coming out clean and support fair investigation. It’s a great place for all age groups to workout. There are a lot of weight options and a huge range of those. Multiple options for different machines saves a great deal of time. The washrooms however are not well managed and the sauna has this weird smell all the time that needs maintenance. If they can introduce steam room along with all the facilities this could work out in favor of this location.

Stay with them, support them to go through covid lockdown, pay money for the gym when i didn’t use because the lockdown. Then turn out they asked you to pay more when things go back to normal and they offer the new customers for lower prices. I was very upset then when to talk to them hoping to find a solution then they asked you to cancel the membership! What’s the service.!!! Very bad experience.

I love this gym! My family and i have been coming here for years. Naturally we're not the only ones and it's busy more often than not at any time of the day or evening. The equipment is fantastic and everyone obviously appreciates it. Huge area and classes upstairs. Great apparel at decent prices. Helpful staff...ok so i might be a little biassed but try it for yourself... you'll see

Derrimut 24/7 Caroline Springs is massive! Fully decked with machines and free weights, no wait times. Has an indoor basketball court, rock climbing wall, an octagon, and a boxing ring. Clean facilities and well maintained. It has a shop where you can purchase gym apparels and supplements. Great vibe all out and it is 24/7. VIC's best gym ever :)

Largest gym I've been to and spread across 4 warehouses. Staff are nice and there's always cleaners around cleaning surfaces maintains the physical appearance of the gym. Just don't go during peak hour on a Monday to Wednesday as you might struggle to complete a workout if inflexible with your workout plan as it's very busy.

The gym is absolutely equipped with enough machines and gym equipments to accommodate large people at a time. It is open 24 hours and hardly you will find it empty. The price is worth to what you get in return. They have even a special offer going on until 31 January 2020 of $365 subscription for a year.

Better than it used to be. Parking really needs to be upgraded. No way near enough parking for the amount of people that use the gym. I recommend that staff take new members of a tour of the gym. I didn't get that and it took me a while to find machines. Spent most of my time looking for things

Great gym and facilities, been coming here for almost two years however finding a car park is still a major struggle. As peak times are usually after work, it would be very beneficial to all gym users that there's more parking available not just in the streets and using bunnings carpark.

I was under the misconception of the gym being full of meatheads but I was wrong. Friendly staff that are always there to help. All machines are in good working order and maintained. I've lost count of how many years I've been a member, but still going and really enjoying it.

Because I’ve traveled a lot due to my job, I’ve got the chance to visit all the derrimut gyms. This is NOT the best one. It’s number 3 for me. It’s still good an all, some machines I would recommend to get rid of, but overall, you can sure get your workout in.

I go to this gym because of the dope mum of 5 who takes the Step Class. At one point she was 8 months pregnant and still stepping like a boss. Her hype is on point, she is encouraging, she's all kinds of sassy but I'm also scared of her in a good way. …

I have raised a safety issue with Derrimut gym staff members, also messaged them on facebook messanger but did not get any response from the despite giving them two reminders. Apparently, they don't bother addressing the complaints of their members !

Great gym aside from the lack of ventilation in the ladies gym. There is an old lady that keeps turning the aircon off when other patrons turn it on and tell her it too humid. She shouldn’t be allowed to be turning off the aircon at her convenience.

Not as good as pre-covid. Tons of old classic equipments are gone. Those are the key to separate Derrimut to others. Now it's just a huge gym with equipments giving no edge. Not saying the gym is not good, just not as good as it used to.

I’ve been going here for almost three years, and am very happy. they have a lot of gym machines, and in the ladies gym after the renovation, there have put in a lot more equipment! Their Pilates class instructors are all very kind -

I'm really happy with Derrimut. I go to Ravenhall, and it's enormous. It has a ladies only section, and several rooms for classes (which are included in membership). They often have great deals, and I love that you can get a year's

Absolutely Massive gym. Staff are really friendly, cheap casual rates. The equipment is a little dirty, some of the rowers are actually rusted up, the treadmill handle bars feel greasy to touch. But not bad considering the price.

If I could give a negative rating for this business, I definitely would. They are so quick to take your money but make it impossible to cancel your gym membership even though your contract has ended back in August 2020. They

Every time I go to Derrimut CS the parking is shocking, the members definitely don’t have hygiene standards and the reception staff appear to be bothered if you ask them a question. I guess you get what you pay for.

Nik Solomos please sell ur lambo to invest in ACs. This gym Needs air conditioning, even when it is 25°C it’s gets way too overheated. Especially when exercising this makes me consider finding a new gym.

I really enjoy coming in for Czarina’s pilates classes! She makes every session fun and engaging, and encourages everyone to push themselves harder. Definitely one of my favourite pilates instructors!

I’ve been told countless times that the rings will be fixed, and each time I am evermore disappointed. Shame towards management for leaving these rings unattended and leaving hooper’s hearts broken.

Popular gym, lots of good equipment and well designed. Can't go wrong with Derrimut. I train at a leisure centre since it's more convenient for me in terms of travel but the gym at CS is very good.

Best Gym in all of Australia, never have been to a better gym in my life. It has been equipped with what ever machines you can imagine of, literally has machines for any type of workouts !!

Great place to keep Fit, the Caroline Springs location is one of the biggest I have been to, some machines do need to be upgraded, but there is plenty others to help achieve your goals.

My home gym . Awesome new equipment. Only 1 ski erg and no air bikes . Staff are welcoming . Only 3 toilets , very tightly spaced . Not much storage in showers to hang bags or towels .

Car park area is full of empty bottles and sports drinks . It's only take 1hour to clean all that area.
