The service was friendly and attentve, thanks to Andrew. We received our meals quite quickly but they were less than expected. We ordered the home made bread with Goats Cheese in oil and Olives. There was plenty of all but the bread, which was a very small portion and no where near enough for the large serve of olives and yummy cheese. So not too bad ?despite being too crisp and more charred than it should be. The main course was a great disappointment. We both ordered the Eye Filet Steak done medium rare, with Tiger Prawns. Fantastic large prawns, and a delicious sauce. BUT, the steak!!! My husband's small serve of 100 gms or less, was very well done . Mine was 4 tiny pieces of meat that were heavily charred, tough and far more than medium, let alone medium/ rare. It was as if they had gathered up some left-overs and thrown them in the microwave. The potatoes were very nice, but I can't comment on the "baby" brocolli as it was far too undercooked to cut with the giant steak knife, that I dared not break my teeth on it. When asked if we had enjoyed the meal, my husband only said that the steak wasn't medium-rare as we had ordered, but the cashier made no comment. Not a sorry, NOTHING!! At more than $120 for one shared starter, two inadequate main courses (@ $47.50 each) and two drinks, I would expect something better. We are not ones to complain as we are in the hospitality industry ourselves, but this was a poor performance.

Nice staff Friendly atmosphere especially nowadays a I heard couple of years ago not like mangers are running this place good these days the Security guys especially Iranian guy who work at night makes this place safe and also he and other security guys have good communication with all types of gaming and gambling customers and it’s really hard in sunshine area especially late night time and weekends. Other specificity of this hotel is that start early in the morning around 8am!!! Good for breakfast and early morning coffee I did not tried food however drink /beverage are good and also this place provide accommodation

Have been coming here for a few years now, but i do have to mention this week's interaction specially, after umming and ahhhing where we were going for dinner for our wedding anniversary, we decided to keep it local and head to the Derrimut Hotel - and we were not disappointed, the service was attentive and friendly (even after our 2yr old wheels fell off). The food was outstanding and very hot and flavorsome, the drinks cool and tasty. All in All was a very enjoyable experience, I look forward to coming back.

This is a response i was given to the negative feedback, i wrote for these types of venues. ---->>>>> I can assure you we do prioritise the wellbeing of our staff and customers. In addition, we like to ensure all patrons feel respected at our venue, as we aim to create a positive experience for them. OK, fair enough, yet that customer is no longer in a r/ship with and has lost his son for god knows how long. Looks downhill for him actually. Yet you guys aimed to create a positive experience for your customers did not say? All A Part of the Fresh Food People scheme I guess.($$$)

This hotel has female manger who thinks she can rule the the whole world.she is super bitchy arrogant and tried to make her own rules.Just a piece of advice to that female manager if u be nice to people im sure they will come back but if u be a cocky and bitchy to ur customers they will tell 10 more people and soon ur workplace will shut down and then u will have to go back to ur jungle where u came from and then try making rules over there. The food in this place is quite nice along with its other staff members although we had to wait a bit to give our order.

It's been 12 months since my wife and I were here our daughters and partner had their first and we were staying in the units across the road. The staff made us feel like family understanding our away from home time and our daily travel to see our darling grandson a few miles away on a daily run. The food and service are pretty damn great. We probably won't be travelling back for some time as our daughter and family live close to us in WA however if we are in the area we will certainly be calling in for a meal and a chat, and possibly play the pokies

Ordered our office take away lunch - six meals in total. We had ordered something where the ingredients hadn't been delivered that day so one of us got a free upgrade. The call to update the order came only minutes after placing it and the manager was friendly and helpful on the phone. The food was good (chips were really nice) and value for money was great. We'll definitely be back. Hopefully, next time to dine in. The space looks quite comfortable for groups up to 10ppl (I saw private rooms for larger groups, as well).

I find this place a bit of a disappointment. They have taken the free coffee machine away and they don't offer free soft drink beverages like the other pokies venues. It's a place that I don't like going to anymore. A lot of drunks hang around the the venue and carpark which gives it an unsafe feeling. Can't comment on the bistro as I haven't eaten in. But what I have seen of the meals dished out does look kind of amazing but I guess I would need to try before I comment.

If you are in the west and want a nice pub grub, this is the place for you. They have nice and clean facilities, friendly staff and a great menu. Now, If your up for a Parma! This is definitely the place to go to. This place has a " global" selection of Parmas. I strongly recommend the American inspired parma that has the JD sauce. We also has their porterhouse steak with mushroom sauce and I must say, it was on par. I also recommend their cheesy garlic bread.

Steak was over priced & overcooked ask for well done because that's All you get anything else you will have to send it back and get filthy looks for all the staff that you know what they will bring you back your not want to eat

great food great service if I could rate this place higher it would be 10 stars best dish of the night was my lemon pepper squid wish I took a photo for you all too see but the camera wasn't fast enough lol but if your feeling hungry come down to the derriumt pub you won't be disappointed

Partner and I enjoyed a delicious pair of steak dinners. The vegetables on the side were amazing as well. Mel was our waitress and she was brilliant. The dining room and atmosphere were good for a local pub. Suggest locals support this place. Great value, food and service.

Manny, Andrew and the team helped our function run ever so smoothly. Great communication, very accommodating and fantastic food, including 10 (yes TEN) different parma's from around the world (The Irish parma is brilliant!). Thanks Manny & Andrew!

Wouldn’t recommend going to eat there. Unfortunately it was that bad I couldn’t eat my meal, no offer of replacing or not paying for it. Prices are top dollar but meals are substandard and seems like everything was cooked in the microwave,

The Dirty Derry has always been a reliable Pub Feed in the heart of the ‘wrong’ side of Sunshine. Been going there for years, good spot for a cheeky beer in the sports bar as well. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great experience on Sunday for our Nunna's birthday. The staff were very efficient with our party of 40. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. Would definitely return.

Don't want to tell the reason as the manager and staff didn't told me the reason putting me on barred list for a week. Anyways they are on my barred list for whole life.

Large servings, fast service, amazing staff. It’s NYE and we were served by Jen who was so lovely and caring. Will be coming back.

May look unassuming on the outside but great meals and very good service! Will definitely return if I am in the area.
