We called Nick as our elderly neighbours had no hot water, Nick came out twice to our neighbours and sorted the issue out. We can’t thank him enough for his quick response and help. He was so friendly, professional and patient with them and their questioning of what he was doing. Talked them through everything he was doing and explained in detail what the issue was and ensured they understood and were happy before he did the job. Such a genuinely lovely guy! Would highly recommend him. We will certainly be calling Nick if we have any issues ourselves in the future.

I had a complete power outage and house alarm going off at 5pm on an late October's night so it was getting dark very fast Nick came out within the hour and got my electrics back on and stopped the alarm from going off and ll for the agreed call out price Which was very reasonable Thank you Nick you really got me out of trouble especially with the wife and neighbors Nick was very professional extremely competent and a very nice guy, I highly recommend Desa electrical & property improvements and I will definitely use there services again

Simply fantastic tradesman working to a very high professional standard and efficiency. Nick and his team arrived bang on time and worked so effectively as a team. making sure they tidied as they went and nothing was to much to ask of them. i was amazed at how efficent they actually were. Everything was per quote and payment was simple, that same evening all the paperwork and receipt was emailed. They will now be my frist port of call with electrical work i need carrying out.

After my boiler failed I needed my back up immersion to provide hot water. I could not fathom why it wasn’t getting power correctly- Nick came the next day after my call and found the issue in a junction box hidden under the water cylinder - I didn’t even know it was there ! Brilliant job - sorted in under an hour ! He is my only choice of electrician from today until he retires !! :)

DESA are brilliant. Nick stopped by this morning after a different electrician had let us down and did the job and for a great price too. He also did extra work by moving a light so all-in-all we're very happy. Professional, tidy and responsive; what more could you ask for. Wil be using DESA for all our electrical needs from now on.

Nick and his colleague from Desa Electrical were brilliant. They came out on short notice, fixed a faulty (and dangerous) fixture, were very polite and tidy (even picking up small bits off the carpet while working). Would highly recommend and I'll be using them for any electrical work in the future, without a doubt.
