Very disappointed in this store, i called and explained that I would like a quote we are assisting in rebuilding homes for the KZN floods, the woman I spoke to said I should send an email with the list and they will give me a quote, 5 days later and still nothing. I chose this hardware because of its history and this project is going to take some time, and about 1000 homes. The only thing this woman kept on saying is 'YES MYLOVE" send me the email and I will send the quote. I wish they just did not waste my time nxaaa.

Extremely efficient and helpful. Answered every question I had and my delivery arrived earlier than expected. If there's a product they don't have in stock they tell you and also let you know when you'll have it. Very patient as well as they waited while I called my contractor to verify some info because I'm not clued up on material. Absolutely recommend them. I also got the best price as I was comparing quotes with another hardware. They also call before delivery.

Desai Hardware is a growing establishment its still small and it doesn't have your big machineries but you will get most of what you want and the staff is very friendly. I just wish they could hire South African guys or just stop hiring undocumented foreigners.

You get every thing you need in a short period of time. If tgey don't have what you are looking for they don't waste your time instead they tell you where you can find it

Deliveries never on time. Always excuses. Delayed our project big time. Even when we asked for a delivery first thing in the morning, mid day there is still nothing.

Best hardware in marianhill. Please ask for Joice to receive best service. Of course other staff members are also great but Joice deserves a promotion ☺️☺️
