It’s a genuinely horrible bank. When u call they ask for all types of personal information beyond checking acct # and card #. they placed the check I got from irs on a 11 day hold. It’s $250. Called to attempt to get it released and they were no help worse customer service I’ve ever had. I will be continuing my relationship with chase. If I could give 0 stars I would. Receipt said 2 days lucky me they pushed it back 12 days lol. Will be closing my account. Cause don’t play with me ain’t ever cashed a bad check.

Such a hassle to cash an escrow surplus check. The teller told me I couldn’t cash only deposit the check into my account and would take 5-7 business days to clear. Ridiculous
