Highly disappointing experience. We went for Sohor on a Thursday night in Ramadan, the wait times weren't too bad, and we were seated within 30 minutes. We sat down and ordered Foul, Falafel, Eggs, and Juices. The food arrived cold and the bread was stale. We complained a few times and they kept taking away the bread and bringing back more stale ones. Also, the juices were served very late, even though we could see the drinks on the counter over at the kitchen end. It was left there and some frozen drinks melted to the point it was not enjoyable, they only brought them over when we complained. Even the soda cans were not cold! We paid our bill in disappointment and didn't stick around much longer. Overall experience was terrible. The positives (just to be fair): the staff were polite and friendly, and the restaurant itself looks gorgeous. Too bad for the quality of food and service, if only they would fix that then this place would have been perfect. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon unfortunately, and I wouldn't recommend it (for Sohor at least).

رحت المطعم ده بعد توصية من صديق إنه من أفضل مطاعم التجمع، وشكله من الخارج لفت نظري كذا مرة.. وحبيت أجربه .. فقررت إني أزوره... في البداية كان فيه طابور انتظار قبلي.. بالإضافة للزحام الشديد للمطعم نفسه.. وبعد الانتظار دخلت وطلبت الأوردر.. الأوردر جهز بعد حوالي تلت ساعة تقريبا بعدها لاقيت جودة الأكل عادية إلى حد كبير.. مكرونة بالسجق.. عادية جدا طعم أي مكرونة ممكن تتجاب من محل كشري.. والسجق طعمه أقرب لسوسيس مش سجق بلدي.. شعيرية كباب حلة.. الشعيرية عادية زي اللي بنعملها في البيت لكن المميز كان كباب الحلة.. الصوص بتاعه كان طعمه حلو فعلا كومبو السندوتشات.. الكفتة أفضل ساندوتش.. والكبدة والسجق غير مميزين الطماطم المخلل ظريفة.. البطاطس المخللة اختراع ماعجبنيش انتظرنا كتير عشان ناخد الأكل تيك اواي وانتظرنا أكتر عشان نحاسب وفي النهاية قررنا نحاسب ع الكاشير التجربة ممكن تكون مرهقة جدا للأشخاص اللي ما بيحبوش الزحام.. لكن ممكن تكون مميزة للي بيروحوا يقضوا وقت ظريف مع أصدقائهم في مكان يحسوا فيه بالحيوية ويقدروا ينطلقوا ويعلوا صوتهم براحتهم

Though a favourite for the best fetter, today's experience at Point90 was the worse. Too slow with everything: ordered kids meal first thing before fetter and rest of order, kids meal came last. Not only were they last but very late; how can someone fried and crispy strips take longer than fetter, sausages, and vine leaves!!! When asked for the cheque, another delay. I don't understand why would I ask for something and be told to hold on a second in 2 difference instances. Sorry but not coming again.

This resturant was our favorite breakfast resturant for the past 3 years, but yesterday was a very disappointed experince. We were expecting that the prices were higher due to inflation, but the quality was much lower!!!! We couldn't figure out the reason of reducing the quality with the price increase which was almost doubled compared to one year ago. That was our last visit to any branch of this resturant.

Was surprised to find this bistro at Point 90 Food Court, Tip: waiting list sometimes, so you have to register n go shopping ;)) Dunt miss their fresh juices moreover savory plates, all of them r amazing, however I didn't like sausage as much.. Their appetizer place is super, the crunchy strips were way better that Kentucky himself! However meat sambosak were not good! Ambiance n shisha r great Get window tables overlooking AUC fel outdoor

Came here for breakfast was my 3rd time. Everything thing was very good from foul plates to flafel and of corse the feteer Meshaltet was out of this world. The bread was cold and not enough for 7 people had to ask for more and came cold again.(that’s why I gave 4 starts). Make sure you order it first as it takes up to 45 minutes to make. Service could be a little better. Prices are very affordable. Definitely coming back.

Surprised from the poor control over the whole factors - All Staff must be trained well on how they should deal with us (expect one or two are very professional ) - If you think about special meal or order, I don’t think you will be satisfied their - Food very tasty and well presented Specially Konafa Nutella with Ice cream ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . . Unfortunately I love Desoky & Soda but this branch may change my mind

الأكل مش مميز خالص بالنسبه للسعر. الفطيرة مشكل لحوم مثلا الحشو بتاعها تمام سواء ككمية لحوم او خضار بس ملهمش طعم و مفيش اي تتبيلة تخليك تستمتع بطعمها و نفس الكلام في المكرونة النجرسكو عادية جدا و الفراخ اللي فيها مش متبلة و الصوص مش متعوب فيه مش مميز أكنك بتاكل عند حد لسه بيبدأ يتعلم طبخ. الأكل بشكل عام كحجم و كمية كويس بس كسعر مقابل طعم ف صفر صفر صفر. بنفس اسعارهم تاكل من اي مطعم تاني و هيكون افضل بكتير

I ordered a Lentil soup because I am. I Vegetarian. Turns out they put. Meat fat in the soup. When I wanted to return my order. And ask. For. Refund they refused. On the menu it clearly says the ingrindients only contain vegetable. So. They misguide people. There service is really bad. Please never eat here! Go hell with your management!!!!!

AC is not working great. Food is ok, but it’s kinda expensive for what you’re getting. Pasta with chicken is basically plain pasta with few little hard to find chicken pieces! Gotten worse over the years.

Nice food with tasty flavors. Atmosphere is. Very poor no air condition and no non smoking area although they have a spacious restaurant on point 90 mall. I had to literally help my boys -who are above 10 years old- to eat in order to leave the place asap as we were soaked in sweat and dying from the smoke! Food wise it is very tasty!

The place is good, I liked the food so much but as usual they have a problem with the stuff.. They weren't fast at help. We ordered: Kabab Halla with Mozzarella pan which I really recommend you to try Sojouk with melted cheese pan which was good but they could have done better with it.

Offffff the service there is so bad (except for one or two people)! I was sitting outside (in front of the entrance) with a friend and everyone except for the supervisor is slow and they don't smile. The food is excellent but I really hated my experience there.

Nice place with a welcoming staff ,good decorations , traditional plates were average , but the cheesy plates is a must try ,If I repeated my visit will only order these , so I advise you to try them , they are very delicious and worth paying for.. …

They do have good melted cheese on pretty much everything, oriental food and shisha. But their drinks were not good and service was so slow it was painful! And I'm not saying the food arrived late, it was the drinks, the refills, even the check to leave!!

The place is so good and nice view and high quality food. I recommend it so far. You’ll enjoy at most. Sisha also was so good. Staff are so friendly.

Great spot for traditional Egyptian breakfast .. They have more than one branch in Cairo .. Go for Foul, Eggs, Cheese with tomato .. I didn’t like their Falafel !! For dessert, The Desoky Butterwich is to die for !! (حلّي بقك)

Unprofessional staff and service and not tasty food .They were talking about people in a bad way with us as if it’s funny and my clothes are wet and dirty because of them

Food quality is nice , food portions is great , you can only find liver , sausage & some oriental food choices, but you cant get half grilled chicken or grilled meet for example , the atmosphere is very nice
