Hello I live above these apartments and we would like to ask the owners which are constructing two more at present to acknowledge that the contruction noise they generate and impose upon our family has caused today a collapse of one of our family members having to be taken to the emergency ward on police recommendation due to the high level pressure we are forced to bear. We live here and work here and if we do not pay the rent we will be evicted and our apartment would then be transformed into one more of these luxury apartments. Please speculation cannot be at the risk of others health, Noise can be like been in the sun to long when you have overimposed the exposure you can suffer collapse, headaches, ect. This can be nasty, Please help us pay you our rent as you also own our apartment.. Thomas Lorenzo

We were in Barcelona for 4 nights, and really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was very clean, and incredibly spacious, with lots of natural light. It was very nice to have a laundry and dryer machine, as we were able to get some laundry done during our trip! Check-in was easy, the host was friendly and spoke excellent English. There were also complimentary chocolates and wine at check-in, which was a nice touch. The elevator didn’t work a few times during our stay, which might be a problem if you are a few floors up, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The only complaint was the water kettle in our room was quite old and worn, and needs to be replaced (there were bits of what looked like plastic floating around inside). Other than that, the location was super convenient, with tons of food options close-by. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed at DestinationBCN during the Summer of 2022. Excellent apartment. We were on the 1st floor apartment. Lots of space, light, and walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. Three full bathrooms + laundry room. Kitchen well stocked. We were a family of 4 touring Barcelona during the Summer of 2022 and could not have selected a better place. Some noise from the street but not a big issue. Thats what you get by been near Plaza Cataluña. Pictures describe it perfectly. DestinationBCN, the property managing group, has a small office downstairs where they can keep your luggage if you arrive early or are leaving late. Def recommending this place.

Went in mid Apr 2023. Perfect location, walking distance to Passaig De Gracia (shopping belt) and Placa de Catalunya. Airbus direct from airport to Univesitat, which is less than 5mins walk from the bustop. But walk to placa de catalunya to go to airport (less than 15mins). Nice breakfast place just beside the DBCN. Rooms are clean and an interesting indoor balcony! Nice shampoo soap provided. Bring your own toothbrush/paste. Friendly staffs will tend to you and walk you through when you arrive. One old small lift (operational) traditional europe kinda lift.

I was not expecting this place to be as nice as it was! The girl that walked me around was very friendly and before I was leaving I even got an email asking me if I would like a taxi ordered to the airport which was very nice of them. The room was clean and loved the coffee machine in there and the Apple TV as you could watch YouTube or Netflix on it in the evenings. The shared bathroom was also very clean and nice inside and loved the shower gels/shampoos used in there!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. we felt at home. the apartment has everything What is necessary for life, including some small items, for example, you can squeeze water from lettuce leaves. you will live In one of the most beautiful areas of Barcelona within walking distance a huge number of restaurants please consider two points under the house passes the subway and you will know about it. there are no windows in the bedroom.

A small room, but stylish and comfortable, with a great location. Poor noise insulation through the door was noticeable, and metro rumbling was too, but noise from outside was quite minimal despite the busy road. I'd definitely stay again.

Just returned from a fabulous week in Barcelona. Destination BCN delivered more than we could have hoped for in an apartment for our vacation. We rented the Reial apartment, above Plaza Reial. Central location. Great apartment. Fully equipped for all one could need or want. Great property manager/owners! We can't wait to come back!!!!

This place is beyond amazing, this is my third time and will definitely come again and again. The apartment is just so clean and comfortable and near most of landmarks and in top of this the hostess is super friendly. I do recommend DestinationBCN for any families that want spacious clean place …

보이는 사진 그대로 굉장히 깨끗하고 세련된 공간입니다. 발코니방이였는데 좋았어요(그만큼 밤의 소음은 감수해야함) 리셉셔니스트가 아주 아주 친절해서 스페인에 좋은 호감 획득. 사실 아파트는 처음 묵어봐서 리셉션 장소가 없고 미리 전화를 해서 리셉셔니스트가 맞춰 나오는 시스템이 좀 불편할까 걱정했는데 큰 문제 없이 할만했어요. 추천합니다

정말 좋아요~~~!! 매니저도 친절하고 위치도 매우 훌륭합니다. 까탈루냐 광장에서 도보 3분정도 걸리는거 같아요. 조리시설도 잘 되어 있어 매일 맛있는거 해먹었어요. 다음에 바르셀로나에 또 온다면 여기에 묵을거에요. 숙소에서 비치한 설명서에 나온 맛집도 강추입니다.

Rooms are fantastic - well appointed and situated ... however, odd reoccurring "rolling" noise all day/night....may be situated over metro.
