As I do every year, I was seeking quotes to compare insurance policies. The goal was to choose the most cost effective policy getting the most "bang for the buck". State Farm Acct Manager Hector Roman provided superb and professional customer service. He provided quotes, explained the details of the policy that were applicable to my situation. He provided details on how "bundling" the home policy with the already established auto policy would decrease the overall cost. In the end, I chose a bundled Home/Auto policy and am very happy with the numbers and more importantly happy with the amount of coverage provided. Hector's patience, knowledge and responsiveness to the needs of his new customer was noted and much appreciated. I have appreciated the superb service provide by my previous advisor Melissa from this office and now glad to see the same level of service provided by Hector. My experience with State Farm has far exceeded my expectation in dealing with an insurance company. Mr. Hidalgo was a complete professional and I would recommend him to anyone with their insurance and financial services inquiries. We initially made contact via telephone and I was very confident that I was dealing with the right person who tailored my auto/home insurance based on my needs and explained to me in simple details what my premium is paying for. Requested a cancellation on my policy sept 28 and up to now they still didn't cancel it!! And they haven't cancel the automated payment to my bank!! Never have this problem with my other insurance it usually take a day to cancel a policy!! They still didn't cancel the renewal and still schedule to take $900 from my bank.

I was looking to save money and got so much more. My policy coverage is better and we now have an agent we can call on when we need to. Not someone in a call center somewhere far away.
