This place is a dump….. no security…… lack of management they lady shows up when she wants leave when she wants good luck catching someone in office ……… but anyway about a year I had to change storage units at this place due to being broken into…… they got every high dollar item I had!!!!!!! I moved to another unit and over the course of a year I have built back what I lost but low and behold I have been broken into again this time all I was left with was a sofa !!!!!!!!! They even took my family photos I had in there refrigerator, washer and dryer, stove, skillet grill, pellet grill, tool box, power tools…….. every damn thing right down too bags of cloths we had in there and it was empty when I found my unit not management I found my unit like that …….. so I really agree with another review mangment is definitely in on the break ins without a doubt so if you value your things stay the hell away from this place…… Update three months after the robbery of my unit!!!!! I have been evicted and told I get 8 hrs to remove my belongings or they are locking my unit and keeping my belongings my name has been slandered by Brenda the on site supervisor I have photo and audio conformation that this women is a liar and slandering my name hopefully this women gets fired for her behavior because no supervisor should act the way this women does it’s kinda sad when my 5 year old understands more about respecting someone and treating people with respect then this so called supervisor Brenda shame on you Brenda and shame on you Devon self storage for condoning this so called supervisor actions!!!!!!!!! Another update I have tried several phone calls and left msgs too the email they provided I also called and left a voicemail on the cooperate answering machine and well I still have no response I guess my next move will be too blast this place with social media and I’m sure once the area hears and see’s just how inappropriate and unprofessional this place is maybe that kinda negativity will help them to open up their eyes!!!!!!!!!

I would leave a negative 5 but it won't let me... Look if you are looking for somewhere to store your belongs, do yourself a huge favor and don't go here... my unit has been broken into twice now. At the moment they have no power,the gate says open after they leave for the day... so there's no cameras, no one security wise watching the property since there is no power... I think the fire was an in house thing, I believe the property mangers are in on these break ins... So if you have a unit on this property I highly recommend you hustle down there and check your unit. My locks were picked twice now. The first time they conveniently didn't have any cameras backed up. They said they went the the footage but I wasn't there so I don't if they were honrsy.. my guess is no... I never had any problems when it budget rv and storage... there are people living on the property now... And again I fully believe management is behind all this or they know about it...

Mark was incredible. After the staff calling out, Mark, the manager from one of the other local locations came in and made everything a breeze. Oh, this is my third time trying to get set up with this company and I was extremely frustrated before today. The office staff were not attentive. They were never on site even though they were supposed to be and I’m really glad they sent in to get their operation straightened out. I’m really pleased with what happened today and the communication and follow through. If I hadn’t had my interaction with Mark, I would’ve left a one star review. But I am really impressed. I’m a business owner myself, and he came in an executed the way every manager should. While also training a new replacement. This place is going to be in good hands. I’m glad I have chosen this facility now that I’ve met the management team. Danny S

Horrible customer service! My unit (along with several other units) caught fire at the beginning of February due to unknown reasons, and all of my property was destroyed. Every time I called the location or the corporate number, I could only leave a voice mail. I left around 10 voice mails and wrote 5 emails, and the only response I got back was from corporate telling me I would not be pro-rated out on the rest of the months rent that I paid. I have been bombarded with collection calls and letters to my house, saying I still own rent for March, April, and May. I tried calling the location again and still never got called back. Devon Self Storage employees have been extremely rude through this whole experience. If you value your property and appreciate communication, don't do business here.

If they had zero stars I would give them zero. HORRIBLE PLACES TO STORE YOUR BELONGINGS. I had the absolute worst experience with this storage company. Not only did they steal from me, but they also refused to honor their insurance policy. When I discovered that my belongings were missing, I immediately contacted them AND THE POLICE, hoping for some resolution. To my shock, they brushed off my concerns and blamed me for not having enough insurance coverage. I spent 4 months calling the insurance and the facility. Jason the store manager did not help me with anything instead he refused to talk to me and my husband about my lost items. THE CAMARAS DID NOT WORK WAS THEIR EXCUSE.!! please don't bring anything to his place.

Simply Movers from Moving Help strongly recommend for the obvious reasons relating to storing but moving as well. They offer clean well lit cam secure,clean bathrooms, water always cold. I've actually been a customer for a couple of years now. Im satisfied with the deal they offered me off top. First month free and access to a free truck. Yeah so with the friendly customer service. I've never had a problem getting someone on the phone for over the phone payments. All and all their flexible. I've went up and down multiple times in size of my storage. No problem no extra fees. They prorated and had me tooken cared off as fast as a customer was moving out I'm moving in. Making my day.

"Rob" skinny Caucasian boy came in cussing away. And was trying to talk all tough. Said I had to leave. Even though I am a customer there. And was unloading my goods. When confronted he tucked in his tail between his legs. Got mad and went to go tell. Then another small Caucasian with glasses came and said I was evicted. Cool. I found a cheaper rent and only paid 1 dollar for first month rent. And got a lower price on the same exact size unit I currently renting at. Which I'm very happy I found. This place is a joke. Stuff broke all over this establishment. Even the buttons don't work. I'm glad I was evicted to a cleaner, cheaper place. Deuces.

Didn't notify me that you were even taking over the facility try to make my payment for a week and a half no answer no way to get through couldn't leave a message even with your corporate office went to go make a payment to see what was going on no one was even there finally able to make a payment but I will be moving out of there next Saturday you raised the rent without telling us telling us didn't appreciate that had to get a new lock because my keys were stolen charged me to take the lock off and get a new lock as a courtesy you would have thought you would have done that free of charge

I've been a customer before they became CubeSmart and I really appreciate that CubeSmart let me keep the pricing plan from the previous owners. The guys that work in the office are very nice! CubeSmart is very flexible for your account if you're not able to pay right on the bill due date which happens to me quite often and they always call and email you of your upcoming bill and if you're late--not annoying calls but very courteous calls which I definitely appreciate because sometimes you can forget about these things with life happening so fast. Thanks, CubeSmart!

Now, I've never got a storage unit. When I went over there Wednesday morning, I discussed all of my options on renting the storage unit with Aaron Rodriguez. This man was very informative and professional. I know I was a but agitating with the abundance of questions, but Aaron was very patient when it came to answering my questions. I then rented a storage unit that day. Aaron also assisted me in giving me a few numbers to some movers that use CubeSmart. Everything was clearly explained to me that day thanks to Aaron.

Do not go here save ur money and time gate is always broken so no security, somone is always in my unit parking space, no one is ever at the office and no one ever answers the phone have been trying to cancel and never answer or call back but they always say they call when I don't ever ha e a call from them Update 4 week later and this company is still trying to charge my card even though I called and canceled with them they never answer the phone are are there to service

Parking my RV at this storage units was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with at any business ever. And I should’ve just taken my business elsewhere but I really needed to park my RV. The ‘manager’ screamed at me but called me belligerent. And I booked a spot online only to be told there wasn’t a spot. What I booked online was different than what they are trying to tell me I owe. I can’t get anyone on the phone ever! This is just a horribly run business.

No power, no climate control. Gate seems to be open to anyone and security doesn’t know what he’s doing. Do something about it. People, don’t rent here until something is done about it to improve the services, security, customer service and please do us a favor and get that power back on for the people. For crying out loud, amp up security, get them cameras working and please hire a security guard that speaks English. Unintelligible. Please.

Both guys in the office were very helpful and explained everything very well. My only complaint is that when I took a load to my storage the next day there was a lock on it that wasn't mine so I had to wait until following day. However, they called me the next morning and apologized and explained what happened. That's great customer service in my book. Oh and they laughed at my jokes big plus for me. Keep up the good job.

I had to move in a trailer and an old pickup relatively fast due to my step father passing away. Plus I had to fly out of state in 3 days. They helped me with what I needed and allowed me the time to get my paperwork in order going through what I had been through personally. When I get back ill be able to relax knowing my personal items are safe locked up and secure. And btw, this is the indian school location in Phnx

I just rented a large storage from these guys. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. I get storage units regularly for my auction stuff. Its hard to find managers of storage facilities that are kind and don't try to rip you off. They have the best hours of any storage i have seen yet. Gate is 6am to 10pm. Just wanted to say great job and I found my storage place that I will use from now on.

I opened a new unit in this self-storage and Ciara worked with me directly. She made the process very easy and painless. She also took me to all my units we have and showed me directly where they were. Ciara and Adrian both are excellent I would recommend using this facility if you are looking. They truly take customer service to the next level.

Natalie was great she helped me walk down and finally perfect unit for me she was very professional helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone and I definitely would recommend anyone to speak with Natalie not saying it's a bad place but she's very awesome and helpful and friendly and all of the above.

Edit...they changed ownership and over charge. Go somewhere else. They we're so nice and helpful. They provided help hints on what not to do when renting storage. They let me know if I needed them, they were there to answer all questions. I felt comfortable and that my possessions would be safe there.

We never had a problem when Cubesmart operated this location, but Devon Self Storage is truly terrible. We ended up moving out of our unit due to the lack of customer service, and terrible conditions. Do not rent from here. It is not worth the headache (it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone).

A very special SHOUT OUT to NATALIE at Devon self storage!! Natalie helped me resolve a reoccurring charge that was taking place for almost 4 months. She was so helpful, kind and patient in helping me get to the bottom of the issue that was stressing me out! My angel and hero for the day!

Clerk was nice. Units are old and the garage door is a challenge to open. They were supposed to place a light inside and they did not. The only reason I chose this place was cost, it was half the pride of the units near my home. I should have spent the extra on a nicer place.

This would have been a great experience except for Mindy on the phone. My prior experience with the storage agent in 2022 was great. Nathaniel is great however Mindy has a bad way with clients. She is rude and abrupt. My property was mostly well kept. One mattress has mildew.

I went to get pricing and Omar the general manager was able to accommodate me in all my needs from sizing of my unit to pricing that I was comfortable paying for my unit thank you so much Omar your very awesome at what you do I will be referring more people to you !!!

Customer service is rude. The area is trash in and looks run down. My storage unit ceiling is falling be down. I'm moving out is five days and they charge me for the full month. I would think twice before renting a storage unit at this location

We had some challenging circumstances with an elderly family member's storage unit, but Natalie and Jason were extremely helpful and sympathetic in closing out our account at the end of the month before any further charges were applied.

Seems to be under new management. The new manager was very helpful and got me set up and out the door pretty fast. However, the price I was quoted was not the price I got. As well as having to purchase their insurance and their lock.

My wife and I are moving to a new place and needed to store our stuff. As it turns out the Movers didn't show up on time. I called Cube Smart and they found our Movers for me! It relieved a lot of stress and they went the extra mile!

Shady people working for this company I reported several managers stealing stuff from tenants that were cut open by fire dept and I was the one they fired.

They seem to have security up a bit but the air conditioning in my air conditioned storage keeps going out we have had some stuff ruined by this so beware
