Incompetent and arrogant. 1. He asked that I request my own medical records from my previous treatment provider (likely to avoid any copying fees and to have myself pay for them) 2. You will wait hours to get in for your appointment 3. After my first MRI they called me to make an appointment to review results. I came for the appointment, waited well over an hour, and when I finally got in, they didn't even have the MRI results yet! 4. After my follow up MRI, I was never contacted by the office. Made multiple phonecalls and finally was notified that the results have been in but I could not make an appointment for the next month. And these are serious MRIs. There is no excuse. I would recommend anywhere but here. I am now leaving this practice as a patient and am willing to drive 3-5 DAYS if necessary to see any other doctor in the world! Turn. And. Run.

Dr Dhalla and his receptionist Barb are the worst people I have ever met. The doctor is always late, misdiagnoses, is arrogant and doesn’t know anything. I’ve heard patients complain about how he misdiagnosed cancer and how many have died due to unproper care but I didn’t believe it. However my dad had been complaining about chest pain, went over 5 times to see the doctor and he’s kept insisting that it was acid reflux. However he went to another doctor who referred him to a heart specialist and he had major complications in his arteries. If he didn’t go when he did, he could have died. If you care about your well being don’t see this doctor. He is the worst!!! The receptionist is also rude and clearly hates her job. She gives major attitude to everyone. STEAR CLEAR!!

This doctor is the worst doctor, i think he should not be a doctor. He essentially misdiagnose the patient, although he is not the specialist, keep insisting it shouldn't be a problem. Guess what? he is 1000% wrong, so now, the patient life cut short because of him. So, go to this doctor at your own risk. So, if anyone read this, please avoid this doctor, at any cost. If you love your family, friends, don't go to this doctor, please. I beg you. See a real professional instead.

Worst service ever. I was going to go to a walk in clinic and called the clinic to tell them this and they told me no and that that would be a waste of time so instead go to the pharmacy at 5:30. I went to the pharmacy and they told me to sit down and wait. I then waited for over 20 minutes for them to call me in and talked to the man behind me as he proceeded to tell me he has been waiting since 3:15. Horrible service and a waste of time.

This is very empathetic and a kind person. Very much patient oriented . Explains well and takes time in examining and asks questions . Very obliging doctor. I have known him over 15 years. I would recommend him to any one who needs a proper listening doctor.

Dr.Dhalla took both my grandparents as patients who are very ill and a big handful. They keep him very busy but he still gives them the best quality of care. Whatever we need him and his team are super accommodating. Great Doctor

This guy's a QUACK in every sense of the word. Stay far away. If this doctor actually did his job and listened to his patients, I have no doubt that someone near and dear to me would still be on this planet.

1 star because there is no 0 star option. If you want mutual respect between you and your doctor, do not go to this guy. He is a piece of work. V unprofessional.

The receptionist is extremely rude, arrigant and unprofessional. If you can't handle talking on the phone then don't apply for a job answering phones.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR ! He is very judgemental and rude and he makes you feel very uncomfortable. If I could give him 0 for a rating, I would.
