The worst experience ever!! I went to the pharmacy as I needed an antibiotic cream for my son. One of the assistant there told me that I needed to wait about 15min to have it ready. So I sat at the cafe next door. 20 min later I come back and the assistant tells me that they are out of stock and that I could use a gel instead. I told her that’s fine and if she can pass me the script back. All of a sudden the pharmacist started to speak rudely to me asking me to be patient and wait and that the cream is out of stock and that she can see that I checked at another pharmacy first. How is that her business! I did not interrupt her or even speak to her at any point. I don’t know why she felt the need to talk to me!! I do not appreciate the way she spoke to me, very bad attitude, and worst customer service. I definitely won’t be back and I do not recommend anyone else to go there. Worst customer service ever!!! I don’t know her name but an old lady with glasses. YOU definitely need a lesson in customer service and treating people respectfully!!

A review from a customer is great but a review from a past employee sheds more insight as it shows all the ins and outs, all the behind-the-scenes and all of the things the customers may not see. Diana’a pharmacy is hands down the greatest most hearty pharmacy I have ever been to and the best Job I have had yet. The support and care that every worker shows to other employees and customers as well as the level of respect that is help at Diana’s pharmacy is beyond compares I highly highly highly recommend shopping at Diana’s pharmacy and am very sad to no longer be apart of this incredible business

I have been going to this chemist since moving to the area a year ago. They are always been extremely helpful and offer a family like service. I was there last month with my 2 year old picking up a prescription when he started having a melt-down due to him not feeling well. The staff instantly came out and gifted my son a little bear and even entertained to help comfort and settle him. Sometimes it's the small things that create greatest impressions. Thanks guys, I'll be back.

Mark and the team at Diana’s Pharmacy truly are by far the most friendly, helpful and informative bunch of staff. They understand the shortages in antibiotics right now but still manage to assist us regardless. They also stock dymadon for babies (which is so hard to come by at places like Chemist Warehouse). They also remember the names of their regular customers for that extra personal touch! Thank you for always helping our little family, team!

Although I don’t reside in the area I had to attend Diana’s Pharmacy to obtain some medicine that been recently discontinued but was still in available stock here by chance. Despite not being a customer, Mark and his team we extremely helpful, friendly and polite. From other interactions I can see Diana’s Pharmacy really care about their customers and treats everyone as a real person. Mark and the team are 5 Stars in my book!

I visited This pharmacy and from the second I got in I was greeted by the lovely smile of the male pharmacist with glasses. I was looking at numerous Chemist prior to arriving at this pharmacy for a product that I could not find the pharmacist found the product for me and there was one item that he ordered in specially for me which came in the same day in the afternoon ever since then this has been our family pharmacy.

A conveniently located Pharmacy in the Mortdale Plaza. Stocks most things you need from a chemist. You can leave your scripts here, do your grocery shopping and pick up your medication when you are done. They also stock gift ware, handbags and accessories. Handy if you are needing to buy a gift for someone and don't want to head to a larger shopping centre. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Mark and the staff are very caring and go out of their way to help everyone. It's so nice to be acknowledged by name when I enter the pharmacy. They let me know if there's a cost effective alternative and if they don't have what I need on the spot, they'll order it in asap. I genuinely feel this pharmacy has my best interest in mind.

Diana’s pharmacy provides excellent customer service. All staff are so friendly and polite and keen to help, it is always a pleasure to visit. The owners and staff are so very obliging and they go beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and its fantastic services.

I don't shop here often but historically they used to be quite competitive with chemist warehouse. Today however after telling me my medication was sold out all over Sydney they happily charged me a 35% premium for it.

Absolute joke. Will not stand behind any product in their shop if it’s faulty and say issue lies with the supplier. Buy at your own risk as no refunds will be given on products. That was made perfectly clear!!!!

Really appreciate the price matching from large chain stores for medicines during these hard times. A few dollars makes a difference. Thank you. Some pharmacies are being predatory in their pricing practices.
