I’ve been a loyal customer since they have opened in Gawler , approximately 15 months normally for a beard cleanup and number 1 haircut, considering I’m mostly bald, the guys, even though they’re different , every visit , Did a pretty good job I was happy , after my last experience, and now today, I won’t be going back again. I went last week there. Waited for 45 minutes with their staff member (Barber) out front, as their business , it wasn’t open. The business opens at 10 o’clock am ,so they say on their door ,I Waited with their staff member. I must admit he did apologise and was embarrassed. The business doors were still closed. At 11am I Left at 11:30am after waiting with other customers, as I had things to do . Very disappointing …went back a week later got told the price Im paying was incorrect. I explained , I have been paying the same price since the business opened over 12 months ago, showing him my last receipt, I could understand a price rise but not double the price it was explained that (I’m the manager ) (he told me 3 times, I reckon ,) we don’t do discount here ( I was the only customer in there ) and the price is the price … Go somewhere else , he was pretty rude and arrogant. I won’t be going back ,I’ll be letting everyone know what an amateur league rude and poorly run business this is , they wanted to charge me double what I was normally paying, that’s just criminal in this day and age. its not so much about the money it’s the principle I don’t recommend them. also the high turnover of staff as there’s always someone else there. Never the same face is obviously not a good place to work.

Came in on a busy day and the barbers were under the pump but they held it together perfectly, were extremely friendly, and gave a real clean hair cut. These guys really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Ask for Rob if you wanna have a good yarn and get your hair cut by a pro. I walked in looking homeless and walked out looking a million bucks. I won’t go anywhere else.

Staff are not welcoming at all and when offering children’s cuts they need to remember that they are tiny humans and need to be gentle. The young guy cutting my sons hair was so rough then he was almost crying and when I asked him to be a bit more gentle because he was hurting him he just said that he was. It was not a very pleasant experience and we will not be returning.

The guy who cut my son's hair was nice but he seemed that he was just waking up for a nap. He left a bold patch in the back of my son's head which it looks horrible. I told the guy and he didn't say anything. Also the other guy who was there was sweeping and was very dusty and he didn't care that me and my daughter were sitting next. Won't come back horrible place.

@hmzblendz got me looking fire. Wanted to take off the burst fade mullet but didn’t know what to do. He suggested the cut and was definitely what I was looking for. He took his time to perfect the small details and even went a step further and lined me up with a white pencil. Good chat and definitely recommend this bloke.

My son got a cut -also skin fade and scissor cut- by Mohammed (sorry for spelling!) and he feels the same as I do. Top effort, mega care, and a very chilled out space. Top marks, bravo

These guys are amazing, I had my hair severely messed up by another barber. I will never go to another barber shop, they are all friendly and approachable. Not to mention how amazing the hair cuts are. I have had quite a few of the guys cut my hair and I have never been less then satisfied.

First time visiting after moving into the area a year ago. Will definitely be back. Guys are really laid back and chill and you can tell they take pride in their work. Had to prepare for a wedding and I am really pleased with the result

I was trying to find i good barber suitable to give me clean fades and no barber I went to quite did the job for me. No barber could deal with my curly mess the way dimentico barber lounge did 10/10 experience will come again

Arrived 30mins before business close. Sat down for 10mins while only 2 customers getting hair cuts with 3 barbers to then be told they stopped taking customers for the day. I give this place 6 months. Not a great start

0 stars - if you can’t open your doors at the time you advertise you should be looking for more reliable employees! Website and front door states 10:30am Sundays yet 10:45am and no one in sight. Disgusting service

My son's enjoy coming to the salon. The senior members of staff are always friendly and we'll mannered. Hopefully this attitude feeds down to their junior staff. Some very talented barbers
