Absolutely disgusting and lazy service . Drugs prescription made my partner feel worst , not even help and contact during a treatment. Appealing conversation with a doctors over a phone ?! And NHS asking for pay rise . First start doing your job properly.

The service here is fantastic - from the polite, kind reception staff, to the fantastic nurses and doctors, to the friendly pharmacy. They take bloods here and do a number of other services that sometimes aren't available at GPs these days.

Really really Bed service on phone when you call to make an appointment, they don't have an appointment available. They tell you to call 8am morning to book an appointment when I do call they never give me an appointment I've been trying

Ridiculous to book an appointment in this place, no call queue in place, line is always busy and cannot even get one online. Other GP use a queue system to avoid the frustraction of making over 20 calls and always getting a busy line.

Been trying to get updates on results and they never answer the phone. Good luck trying to see a doctor, you either get cut off, no one answers, or theres no appointments. The staff have bad attitudes too!

This is the friendliest doctors I’ve ever been to, I’ve moved around quite a lot and find typically doctors receptionists to be quite cold/rude and the receptionists here couldn’t be any nicer!

A wonderful surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Green and Dr Sutcliffe. I have left Merseyside, otherwise would have stayed with them in the long term. They are an excellent surgery.

This GP Practice is excellent! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment is so easy. As a family we love our GP practice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Doctors are fine, but trying to get through is a joke I either get cut off, get the answer ma hine saying its closed when it's not, you get the stupid engaged tone all the time

A really excellent practice. Every time my partner and I have needed them they have been easy to access and responded quickly.
