I have autism and can't read numbers properly and struggle with telling amounts of money. I went to pick up a prescription and thought I might have been overcharged but wasn't sure. It said i have 2 items but there was only 1 in the bag so i got very very confused and thought i must have been charged more money. My mum walked in to ask if I have been overcharged and the whole staff was very rude and I cried when I got home because of how they talked to me. My mum and I were never rude or aggressive in any way and never raised our voices because we simply wanted to check if the money was correct but everyone spoke to us as if we were mean people. The manager lady said in a very nasty way that I should have gotten a receipt and i tried to explain that I have autism and forget things like that and im just trying my best to be independent without my mum and that I am sorry but she said we were rude and told us to leave. I am very sad but my support dog is making me a little better. Will not be coming back.

This pharmacy advertises price match so why do we have to remind pharmacist every time we get repeat scripts done to price match with Chemist Warehouse. My husband’s regular repeat script is always $5 cheaper at Chemist Warehouse. Every time they try to charge the higher amount so I have to Google Chemist Warehouse and show the staff on my phone, one time they even said they couldn’t find it on Google !! then I request for it to be recorded in his notes, which they assure me they will. Finally today after 4 attempts and having to repeat and go through the same process every time before they refund the difference , we are taking our business to Chemist Warehouse. Everyone beware before you get your scripts here. All you have to do is google name of your medication and you will see price at Chemist Warehouse which works out much cheaper in the long run. I really wanted to give this place a go, but do not advertise price match if it is too hard .

Giving 3 stars because the pharmacist and most of the staff are great except for one girl that I was served by for the first time a couple of weekends ago. She was at the front counter facing the exit while I stood at the perfume section waiting to be served. A lady came from behind the pharmacy counter and helped me. She was great. She walked over to the checkout counter with me and handed the girl the perfume I was buying. The girl behind the counter turned around and didn’t look at me, scanned the perfume, said the amount owed, said “Do you want a bag?” And started picking her nails and turned away before I could even answer. No smile, no eye contact, just served me at the checkout like she’d rather be doing something else entirely.

Useless mob. I was prescribed 30mg vyvanse. In october they ran out told me won't have any to December and to change my script to 40mg. So I did. Paid $500 in psych fees to change. Went in today to get them and they said they've run out of 40s but have 30s. But because it's a government script I can't get them and need a new referall. Should be charged with harmful advice and reimburse me for my psych fees absolute disgrace.

Rude and unhelpful customer service, spoke down to my wife and I with a terrible tone. Employees make up their own returns policy, they will not send items back to suppliers, if they can’t resell it, you can’t return it. Not a good way to treat unwell customers… Update: just went to the Somerville store and they were more than happy to swap the correct item for us with no stress or issues with great customer service.

Went in for a brace only to be told that you cant try on the brace.. every other chemist does this because how can you buy a piece of equipment designed to help the healing process unless you try it to determine if it will be effective or not first. Not happy, customer service on this matter was terrible too

Super easy store to navigate, and the staff are always easy to approach and knowledgeable, I was having trouble finding the right magnesium powder, and Julia directed me to Ethical Nutriants. It was a great suggestion and it's been working so well for me! Keep up the great work

Met an incredibly condescending pharmacist, who's never heard of person-centred care. Giving 2 stars because other pharmacists here have been very kind. Not going back since I do not want to even face the person after spoken down to.

Asked if I would like a bag with my purchase and when I accepted I was told I didn’t need one. After a 5 minute argument with her I was finally allowed to have my bag. Concentrate on keeping customers happy not arguing with them.

Amazing service. When ever I go there for my sons regular meds and webster packs. Always fast and efficient. Everyone is so friendly. I have nothing but praise for all the staff at this chemist. Thank you guys for being amazing!

This Direct Chemist is the best. Polite and friendly staff, scripts dispensed in a timely manner. Really like their hours. They look after my scripts and text me when they need dispensing. A really great service

Tried to overcharge me on althea cbd oil. $389 after 3 days of waiting .I went to another chemist and it was $245 for same product. Shamefull
