Keith responded to an urgent call re a serious leak with the basin taps dripping underneath the sink in the Gents Toilets at Granfers Community Centre. Keith fixed the original leak and then turned his attention in rectifying a new separate problem in the adjacent Ladies Toilets. Keith proceeded to check and double check every sink, tap and toilet fixing until he was satisfied that everything would stay dry over the weekend. Next visit Keith had researched and suggested replacement taps. Keith ensure that every water outlet had been checked and was dry. His attention to detail and consideration whilst the water supply was turned off was second to none. I would certainly recommend Keith and Direct Plumbing to anyone.
