Invoice No 08434 dropped off at 08h30 Thursday 25 March and said to collect 17h30 26 March. When I arrived on specified date and time laundry not ready - Sorry we did not iron, come back tomorrow. Cost me petrol money to travel to and fro, not impressed will not use this service again unprofessional. Had to wait 15 minutes while they searched for my laundry.

I wish i could give 0 stars, absolutely unfriendly, rude and unpleasant staff, for a first time laundromat user to have to pull teeth to find out the process was embarrassing to have to deal with.... Instantly took my stuff elsewhere. and with a quicker turnaround time than what i even spent trying to get info out of this pathetic place.

The washing machines are great but the dryers don’t function unless you put a tiny amount of clothes in them. I was also told that they don’t work for winter clothes so definitely don’t go in winter also there is a small cockroach problem …

Commercial machines for washing and drying. Helpful staff. 2kg Maq washing powder usually for sale or you can buy a scoop or 2 for your wash. Easy to get to even in a wheelchair.

Staff patient and helpful. Self service available for R30 / load. The cycle is 45 min. Enough time to stop in and browse at the charity shop in the same centre.

Only 2 machines for customers to use and the rest were used by the shop on Saturday when most people have the time to do their washing. I will never go back!

We have to use a laundry while Jobrug water is fixing a burst pipe. R 33 per 7kg load for washing and R 33 per load for drying.

It has your basic coin-operated washing and drying machine facilities. Plus they do ironing at a separate rate/fee.

Worst attitude and service I have ever come across, 3 people complaining I’m the store at the same time
