I have left my prescription with Dischem Promenade and I never get an sms to confirm that my medication is processed. Today I waited on the queen for pre-orders and I told the man who was helping me that they never send me communication that my medication is processed. He kept on insisting I must go and stand on the other quee of which I don't understand because it is not my fault that they never process my order. If I stay at home I will wait forever and I have communicated this before to them. I am extremely disappointed. What is the point of leaving my prescription/order with them. If they won't give me the same service they give to people who collect then what is the point. What I expected from him was for him to help me instead of telling me that he will tell his team to reprocess it, imagine a whole manager who does not even understand customer service. What example is he setting. I would rather get my prescription and take it elsewhere, why are they keeping it if they won't provide me with the service they promise to give me. I am very disappointed.

One of their biggest customers yet when I book an appointment to have my daughters 1 year injection given I get told by call centre its R150 for government and R250 for private and booked appointment sms received . I then asked to be put through to Sister or store to be told that I should pay R360 because its not Wednesday! ? What is this ??? for all they know I am coming from Eastern Cape with R150 and being misinformed about costing which I don't think is fair to clients, what is the point of having a Call Centre then?. Manager on duty is unable to assist because its a different department ??? I have spent thousands at this store and have no issue paying R360 however what about the people that are not as fortunate and that gets misleading information and will not speak up because they not in positions to do so this is wrong !

I think they a bit overpriced with masks and sanitation products. Great combo deals. There are always long ques at dispensary at the back of store. Nice initiative they have is that you can pay for your medicines at the back but the cashier is hardly available., forcing you to pay in front. Ques maybe long but cashiers work fast. I spend less than 5 minutes in a long que as all tillpoints are operational. They offer a great service where your prescription can be delivered or made ready for collection in store. Did a few quick health checkups at the clinic and prices are affordable. They can expand on the pet section and cater mostly for dogs. I couldn't find items for our family cat. My 9 yr old son uses the 750 gr Babythings baby powder to keep dry, doesn't give irritation and lasts through the month but there's hardly stock.

Dischem Promenade Mitchell's Plain delivery service. this is now the 3rd time i am having this encouter on poor service when it come to the Piccup staff. today my parcel was delivered at wrong address again and the driver was so rude he delivered my parcel at an incorrect location when i phoned and asked him where he delivered my parcel he said i must call back after 2 min, of which i did i asked again where is my parcel cause it says delivered but you havent been to my house he hung up on me 15min later he came to my house he didnt even apologise nothing just dropped the parcel and left. i am not happy with his service and in future i dont want him to do any of my deliveries his is not doing me any favour i paid for this service.

What a delightful branch! I phoned nearby Dischem branches and they were fantastically unhelpful regarding low stock prescription meds. Called the Liberty Promenade and from Nadine at customer service to the pharmacist who confirmed the stock for both actual and generics - all wonderful, friendly people. Once I arrived to collect, the clinic staff were all incredibly helpful at navigating the branch. Well done! Please rollout your customer service model to the other branches.

What an excellents I got at this branch...I was looking for Taboo perfume ,I waa assisted by a very experienced lady who happen to be the Cosmetic manager her name is Shereen...she did'nt have stock but she phoned other Dischem branches and she managed to get me 4 bottles of my perfume.... I stay in Kuilsriver she even called Dischem in Kuilsriver to let them know that my perfumes will be delivered there....I am so grateful thank you so much Shereen for good service . A

The nicest place to shop from management to merchandisers, security and cashiers, prices are low and they always so accommodating to me and my twins, Dischem has become my first stop whenever I go to the mall whether I need something or not and always find myself buying stuff, love the friendly staff, cause these days you don't find it anymore.

I really appreciate the pharmacist George Mitshali, @ Dischem Liberty Promenade Mall, he has been ensuring from May 2018 to April 2019 that my sister, who has Cancer stage IV, received her medication promptly every month. I have registered for a covid rapid test and it was confirmed with an sms, on my arrival they told me there is no stock of any covid tests and it will be like that until futher notice. I was at the Willobridge branch and they where full, thus I registered with them. Traveled all the way to them for nothing.

Bad customer service with no acknowledgement of customers. Lack of service waited more than 20 minutes on a queue. All I wanted was to get a prescription for my son however lack service left me with bad experience. Had no choice but to leave the store and visit Pick n Pay pharmacy.

Disappointing that they advertise deals with no starting dates. Purchased lotions and shower gels which states two for 80 and two for 85 and was charged normal price. Asked a worker and she said it's only starting tomorrow 17.02.22

Love going into dischem on a Sunday morning it's always so empty you can shop peacefully shop isn't full ,I find lines are always long on certain days ,love the cashier's to very friendly !!

My only problem was that is was extremely full. So if you're mobile, you may wanna go to another dischem during peak times.
