Generally you can rely on good service, or advice all the time. People are very helpful which forms a great family atmosphere when you get there, from the tellers, the shelf officials, clinic sister, as well as at dispensary & self medication - All are doing mostly an outstanding job to make you at ease. Only real problem this moment is the high prices of products that starts to become unaffordable at times. Certain things you got this month might be left next month while you know you really need it. At other branches it might be the same. Especially at lock down season this is not good. Though, with that said, often there's always specials in the pipe line which helps a lot. On top of everything the friendliness of officials make up for everything. On other hand - If prices can be rechecked on products needed on monthly basis, I'm sure 6-10 stars can be given.

Ek was vandag by Westgate Dischem en het regtig my inkopies daar geniet. Toe ek moes gaan betaal by die kassier en ek word so profesioneel en vriendelik gehelp deur 'n pragtige Y Maart wat sulke vriendelike en uitstekende diens lewer gaan ek defnitief weer terug kom. Baie dankie Dischem daai YMaart is 'n plus vir julle besigheid mense kan leer by haar.

I had a terrible experience when I was expecting and I bought goods that cost over R4000 and and there was a syringe worth less than R10 that was in my trolley and I accidently didn't pay for it and the security made it seem like I was stealing . I hate that dischem even today. I prefer shopping at clicks now.

Great store from securities to the store stuff. They very helpful and go out their way to help, not to mention best Sister in the Clinic Sister Linda, she is the best in town twice I have been helped by her and at all times she has brought joy to us. I was blown away by the service in this store, I went to the clinic the sister there did make time for me even though Saturdays are per appointment. I took 4 oral b toothpaste at the tolls it was not scanning the sale price. I was impressed how this was resolved by the cashier F. Phikungoane and Phumudzo

What is the point of Dischem call center calling you and preaparing your order for collection. When you get to the collection point there's no one and you are told to join very long ques. No more repeat prescriptions at Westgate branch. Disappointed as I wasted my time.

The so called manager of this store refused to refund me the portion which they overpaid on an article ; which had been put aside for me at the special price clearly marked on shelf! Instead of it being R227, was charged R465. (Discovered after l had left the shop).

I went into the clinic with a very sensitive issue and was treated with the utmost disrespect and was belittled. If anyone needs to go see a nurse please go anywhere but here. The most rude and entitled nurse ever!
