Went there just once and i will never go again. The registration took 30 min!!!! The lady is way too slow. She can barely type on the pc. I just wanted to go there to study,but it’s too loud ! Everybody is talking,Laughing,especially the staff,they are very loud ! They are shutting the doors very loudly,the lady has a set of keys on her neck that you can here from the hallway when shes walking,they are throwing the books on the shelfs.. Kids everywhere..yelling,playing,at 5pm on a Wednesday! And on the council website it says:toddlers time Monday from 10:30am until 2.30pm. I didn’t know it’s a playground...worst library I’ve been to..

Arrogant staff man and woman. I asked him to prolong my books and when I came back to return them that disgusting woman told me to pay £26 even after I explained her that her colleague prolonged it. She made arrogant joke that it is not a huge amount of money and laughed. Nobody never replied to my complain.

Great compact library that I think is deserving of a visit. On my last visit staff member Jake was wonderful and took some time out to help me. Many many thanks.
