Horrible customer service. You don’t feel welcomed at their place. Lack of communication. They never answer the phone or email. You need to come in person only to follow up your application. I approached two of their specialists Eduardo and Aylin but they never helped me to finish processing my application. Would never advise this place to anyone. Not sure how they got so much of good reviews.

Juanito was absolutely AMAZING to me. He was patient, kind and understanding the entire time while deciding what I wanted. He allowed me to take my time and not just make any sudden decisions on what vehicle needed. Also extremely thorough in all details with the vehicle shown and gave me what I needed to fit my situation in the end. Thank you Juanito!!!

Eduardo wasn’t helpful. He isn’t knowledgeable or goes above and beyond in customer service to get you a car. This company promoted bad credit no problem which is not true. Eduardo ghosted me after he learned I couldn’t get approved by their banks.

You can find good deals here. For instance, they had a $5 deal for all office chairs. Also some of the tables and desks are in great condition and their prices range from $10-30. I highly recommend staying clear of any personal items such as hats.

Aylin was great! She was patient, kind, and made the experience very easy. Any questions or concerns I had, she made sure to answer or get the answer with no problem, and explained in a way that made it easy to understand! She is great!
