We filled up the fuel here around 8 pm (out of office). There is Indian guy to help but he can only accept local card. We need to pay in cash. So we passed him 50 euro and it was charged 43.72 Euro. But he didn’t return the change. He said it’s service charge for his help (at that time, he kept talking Italian and indian and a little but English “no money”). To help filling the fuel, 6 euro? Are you kidding me? We asked Italian who was filling the fuel. Why he couldn’t return the change? She said he insisted it’s service charge but she agreed it’s too much for service charge. She spoke him in Italian and then all of sudden, he passed us the receipt and spoke in English “come back tomorrow with the receipt. The office is closed. 7 am to 7 pm”. Actually he tried some cheating to us since we are tourist. Actually, he could speak English (not fluently though) at least but he pretended. Fortunately, we are not rush to go other city next day, so we managed to come back and get a change. Be careful! I’m still doubtful if they really can’t accept international credit card...

Non consiglierei al mio peggior nemico di fare rifornimento in questa stazione di servizio. Ho ricevuto il peggior servizio clienti che abbia mai visto dalla mano di un ragazzo giovane, di origine straniera (non ho nulla contro questo, è così che l'azienda può identificarlo). Ci ha visto che eravamo stranieri e non voleva darci gas perché non aveva alcun cambiamento, ma invece di dirlo educatamente è stato provocatorio e ci ha ignorato tutto il tempo. Ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare fino a 4 negozi nell'area. Alla fine, quando sono arrivato con il cambiamento, ho dovuto insistere diverse volte per mettere benzina. Molto sgradevole

Zamroziło nam na koncie 70€ i nie zatankowalo ani trochę benzyny. Możliwe że pieniądze wrócą na konto ale pewności nie ma. Taka sytuacja miała miejsce jak używałem karty. Gdy użyłem gotówki tym razem dla bezpieczeństwa 5 euro, benzyna znowu nie poleciała transakcja została anulowana ale nie otrzymałem reszty. Omijać szerokim łukiem.

완전 사기에요 한국분들 가지마세요 완전 사기입니다. 저는 렌트카 반납을 위해 기름을 가득 채워야했습니다 제가 사용한 차는 도요타 야리스 소형차입니다 야리스의 탱크 용량은 42리터 입니다. 제가 주유를 시작할때는 제 차의 기름이 절반 정도 채워진 상태였습니다. 기름을 가득 채워야해서 20리터를 주유했는데 100유로 결제되었습니다. 하지만 주유 기계에는 42리터 주유 되어있다고 나왔습니다. 리터기 조작 되었습니다. 무인 시스템이라 따질곳도 없고 렌트카 반납해야할 시간이 촉박해서 그냥 나왔는데 완전 사기네요 경찰에 신고해야합니다

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I put in 20£ of gas and 25min later 104£ went off my credit card. We were too far away to turn back. And after they stole my money they pressured us to giving tips. Please avoid!!!!

Had filled petrol in gas station in via guiseppe. The receipt printed was €41, I had given €5 as a tip to the guy assisting us . When I checked my account £88 was taken . This is fraud

Il classico benzinaio al volo dove ti fermi, fai benzina e vai. Oltre non si può umanamente fare... e non provate a fermarvi per altri motivi... abbaiano!!!

Pessimo... Una pompa di benzina tutta unta di carburante (nel mio caso era diesel) meno male avevo delle salviette imbevute. Peccato per questo difetto.

Fraud Alert For refilling 32€ of Gas, they charged me two transactions one for 32€ and one for 50€. The guy was nice, but don’t hand over your card!

Cards not accepted, can refuel only fixed amount - no change. And then the tips are requested. Awful.
