Endroit sympatique, mais l’un des pires services que j’ai jamais eus. J’y suis allé pour manger samedi le 30 mars vers 19:30, il y avait un gars (petit et cheveux brun) et une fille au service, et c’est le gars qui nous a « servi ». Il ne s’est pas présenté, aucun sourire, ne nous demandait pas si tout était à notre goût, ne savait pas répondre à nos questions sur nos repas, n’initiait pas la conversation, prenait des shooters avec les autres clients et ne venait pas nous voir... c’est même moi qui ai dû me lever pour lui dire qu’on était prêt à commander. Lorsqu’on lui a donné un pourboire correspondant à son service, c’est-à-dire très bas; aucun commentaire, il est seulement parti sans nous dire bonne soirée et est allé raconter ça à sa collègue comme si c’était nous qui étions dans le tord... bref, je conseille pas l’endroit à personne, du moins pas pour manger. Le poke bowl n’était pas super non plus.

J'aime la place mais dernièrement la qualité de l'ambiance à diminué. Le changement de Vj n'a pas aidé et une tendance à avoir des listes de musique prédéterminé a commencé, ce qui rend la place moins intéressant et va contre le concept du bar. Je peux voir la difference parce que j'y allais presque à chaque semaine. J'ai essayé à 2 reprises parler avec la Vj pour poser de questions et donner une suggestion et elle m'a sauté dessus tout suite 'je ne peux pas, je suis très occupée' et la première fois c'était pour savoir si je pouvais lui donner des chansons pour ajouter dans la base de vidéoclips à l'avenir et pas pour ce soir-là. La 2eme fois c'était pour juste lui donner la liste et elle était à la défensive encore. Je m'ennuie des anciens Vjs. J'espère cela va changer

Endroit pas si mal, le concept est bien, mais mal exécuté. Musique: Il y a possibilité de choisir la musique à partir d'une application ce qui est super, par contre malgré les choix que nous avons pu faire, l'employé "DJ" choisi quelles chansons sera jouées, alors qu'elle est la seule à chanter danser sur celle-ci. Nous avons dû demander qu'elle laisse nos chansons jouées, car même après 1h de patience, alors qu'il y avait seulement 6 personnes lors de notre arrivée, nous n'avions rien entendu encore... Nous avions une table qui nous permettait de voir l'écran de sélection des chansons et les nôtres être décalées. Alcool: La sélection est pas si mal, assez variée, les drinks sont un peu chère par contre, compte tenu qu'il y avait que très peu d'alcool dedans.

Before the lounge opened the village was hitting a low as many of the city’s iconic queer spaces were closing down in turn. Since the Video Lounge opened, it has more often than not been busy and full of good energy. The music is always current when its supposed to be and not when its not. The staff has always been accommodating and the shows are usually fun! It is a great place to grab a drink if you’re new to town or even if you just want to take a break from work and isolation.

Bonne place pour faire la fête, predrink. Petits mais avec une bonne ambiance. Par contre il faudrait faire de quoi pour la musique. Le principe de ce bar était de demander une musique et qu'elle jouait par la suite , pas sur que ce soit toujours le cas. Aussi , le changement d'une musique a l'autre empêche souvent d'etre dans un bon vibe , latin song => Celine dion is a big no no. Manque juste cela pour être parfait

La musique est bonne et les boisons aussi mais il faut mettre attention avec les choses personnelles vu qu’il n’y a pas de vestiaires, j’ai surpris quelqu'un en train de fouiller mes affaires, quand la personne m’a regardé, cette personne est partie tout de suite. J’ai rapporté l'incident au comptoir mais les gens de la sécurité m’ont dit que c’était difficile de voir sur la caméra parce qu’il avait beaucoup des gens et de fumé !!!!

I didnt know this was one of the only places where you could make requests to the DJ...using your phone. Its a brilliant idea and a fun way for clients to interact with the space and have fun all at the same time. Drinks were good, service was decent, but you definitely need to bring your friends out if you plan to have a good time. It doesnt seem to get too packed so I think it could benefit from more customers.

This bar clearly does not believe in harm reduction, and is not taking their responsibility as a night place establishment seriously. They would not give out water unless you also bought a drink at the same time - very dangerous and leads to over serving. I will never go back and recommend others do the same. They do not care about their patrons, just their bottom line.

The concept doesn't work because the girl who is in charge of songs( extremely rude by the way) , the songs we asked never played. Used to love this place. Went there with friends a couple of times but won't go there anymore. the drinks are good, but seriously, bad management overall.

We went during lunch time, so outside of the busiest time. The result was a relaxed place, some great food and a great atmosphere. The prices were decent and the portions tended to be smaller (which is fine with me because I can rarely gobble down the classic "restaurants portion"). All in all, it was a great place that I can recommend.

C'est un endroit intéressant. Beau décor, chaleureux. J'aime le concept de choisir la musique grâce à leur application. Le personnel est très sympathique. Stationnement sur la rue avec parcomètre avant 21 h en semaine, et avant 17 h le weekend. Mais le prix des consommations et de la nourriture est élevé.

Comme toujours, professionnel, soucieux et engagé. Un modèle de commerce. La direction et les employés ont toujours eus a coeur le bien etre et la sécurité des clients. Je me suis toujours senti écouté et soutenu et ma soeur ne manque jamais de s'y amuser. Merci pour votre grand professionnalisme!

It’s been years going to this place and it’s always been my bar to go to have fun and enjoy the good music and the excellent service from the staff, they’re always very nice and the service is very fast and efficient. Will be recommending this place to everyone as I have always been doing it!

Stoped by for a beer in early evening, the barman was lovely. He was really nice, smiling, having fun. The music selection was really good too. It was a bit loud, but it's the style of the place. The inside as a great style too and beer was cheeper then expected around 5-6$ for a pint.

My friends and I were wandering St. Catherine and decided this bar was busy and could be fun. It was! Great drinks, reasonable prices, and there was a drag show!! It. Was. Awesome. Overall a lovely atmosphere and I will absolutely be returning next time I'm in Montreal.

Hier vendredi à 18h30, nous étions 4 personnes voulant prendre une table sur la terrasse, le serveur nous à fait comprendre que c'était réservé pour 19h. Je n'ai jamais vu ça nul part même les restos en période l'achalandage ne reprennent pas de réservations. Dommage ☹

Um bar agradável, com música, e que tem um diferencial de você poder pedir sua música o que torna a experiência mais agradável. Barmans atenciosos e cerveja a preço justo. Recomendo.

J'y suis allé pour un spectacle de la personificatrice Jimmy Moore et c'était renversant. Du divertissement de grand calibre dans une ambiance privé. Possibilité de manger sur place. Je le recommande chaudement et j'y retournai certainement.

Good place to go out.. have drinks, dance, sing.. The music is good. The service is excellent.. you can pay with credit card maybe debit card too.! In summer time there are a terrace. Very friendly ️‍⚧️️‍ ♂️⚧️♀️

Je ne suis pas impartiale parce que j’ai travaillé ici, mais très bon bar sur la rue Sainte-Catherine à Montréal! Le staff est super et le plus, c’est que tout le monde peut choisir les chansons et les clips qui jouent!

Cute place to have a drink and unwind, and you can request music videos! Cocktails are a little pricey for the size but definitely worth it (the butterscotch drink is insanely good). Staff was charming!

Endroit pas trop prétentieux mais bonne ambiance. Les cocktails n'étaient pas très alcoolisés et même le cidre était très léger. Donc à refaire pour l'ambiance mais pas pour les boissons.

Ce bar au décor agréable présente des vidéos en continu. Lors de notre visite, ils mettait malheureusement de l'avant une musique pop extrêmement sucrée. Peut-on y entendre autre chose?

Good music and dance floor, but bad service, rude bartenders and they’re very stingy with giving out water and get annoyed. Water should be freely available at party establishments.

I'm in love with this place... Just became my new favorite bar in town. It's an amazing video lounge (I will call it more a bar) with great beers!!! Definitely a place to.have fun.

I loved this place. The bartender was super friendly and they have good beers. Also there is a website in which you can pick the music videos that play in the bar. Recommended.

This bar was so lively with amazing music playing. Loved to dance here and the staff was nice too. The cocktails were amazing here. And not too hard on my wallet too.

Waited 25 minutes at the front of the line just to be skipped over to bring in people right behind us that spoke French. If you speak English maybe go somewhere else.

Amazing place but it seems that the moderator of the music only picks the songs he/she likes. My friends and I submitted around 15 songs and only played one of them.

Nice place for drinks, however many of the drinks barely have the taste of alcohol. Sometimes my friends and I even wonder if there was any alcohol in our drinks.

The drink was so weak I cant taste the alcohol at all. The order was not even half way filled the glass. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It looks so sad.
