It is a pleasant place to visit on a calm surise or sunset and sit down on one of the benches facing the water and watch it's movement depending on the tide. If lucky you can spot some group of cranes and egrets to add to its beauty. It's an easy drive and a welcome change for mood as it gets revealed as a breakaway from noisy streets and the buzzing part of town to a much calm, beautiful, rustic scenery. The name is bit misleading as one thinks of visiting a fort.

A very good place but without Fort..... Good scenery, arrangement for sitting is made very good there. You can take your family there, best time will be at evening and early morning. No street vendors so bring your own food if you want to get there with your family. Fish sellers you will find on the way to this fort. Distance from main road is only about 500 meters. You can get fresh sea water fish at very economical rate compared to other fish sellers nearby.

Very peaceful place as i find in navi mumbai... good to visot during early morning and evening.... if u love nature beauty thn this place is for you... Most of my seamen sailor friends who stay in rahul or sahil hostel plz visit at evening after u have ur beer ... cheers... Enjoy ur walk at evening... Couple friendly

The name is quite misleading since the location that Google maps took us to had no fort. Just a few village folks fishing. The view is okay but the place doesn't warrant more than 5 min stay so going just for the view makes no sense. Quite disappointed to say the least.

I went at night, will go in the morning, the view should be much better on sunrise

Nice place for watching sunset can watch fisherman catching fish, close by fish market. I could be more better in terms of cleaniness in market area though this place is little clean compare to market area

Before visit check timings for visit... Boat for elephanta available..

This place is just amazing If anyone want to shot some amazing photoshoot then this is the place from boats to small broken bridge.

Nice and calm place. Before reaching this point you'll have to face dead and smelly fishes but it'll be worth to explore.
