I came to get my nails done and just asked about the price of a hair perm. Originally I was only curious about the price and was hesitant on going through with the perm but she pushed the fact that she could do my hair to how I wanted it and brought a machine down from upstairs. My hair originally is very healthy and thick. Straight after it was finished, my hair was crunchy and completely fried. Even the nail specialist, Mandy, she felt my hair and was openly shocked at the result as well. Not to mention, Zayida also kept burning my scalp. Now my hair is completely dead and I went to a consultation at another salon. They said she was highly unprofessional and shouldn’t have let me leave with my hair like that. The only solution is for me to cut my hair up to my shoulders. Zayida did not provide me with any other treatment or service to at least remedy my hair and fix her mistake. She has completely destroyed years worth of growing my hair and keeping it healthy. Even after waiting a few days to wash my hair, my hair is not curly. Just fried. I have now chopped off my hair to my shoulders and it is not any better. Even worse because she cut really short, uneven layers without asking me, my hair continues to break off higher and higher. I have never been so upset in a service before in my life, and never complain but this is completely disappointing and unacceptable. Since then, I have gotten a refund, however I am writing this honest review to warn others about Zayida.The rest of the team were really nice, especially Mandy. If you decide to come here, stay away from Zayida (the one with short ashy hair). She is an incredibly unprofessional stylist who only cares about making more money without thinking about clients.

This is my first time going here bcs i was looking for an affordable salon in plaza sungei wang & i saw many salons there. But I was interested going here bcs i read the reviews here mostly 4-5 stars So i booked an appointment ytd for cut & scalp treatment When i first came, there's this friendly Indian lady that greets me & she ask what i want. I told her what i want & what my hair problems was. She recommended that i color my hair too so I did & I seek adv from here. I honestly don't know her name bcs she doesn't introduce herself, but I can say she is quite knowledgable abt hair & understand what i wanted. Overall the experience here was nice. The scalp treatment was so good. The guy staff the one who assisted me & his massage was ok. I enjoyed the hair treatment & I like the my new hair color that the lady recommend They also gave me RM 30 discount bcs i took many service at once For me, the price is affordable & I definitely will come here again for hair treatment & color I love the after treatment, my scalp feels so cool & clean, very nice feeling. I also love that the color liquid they're using doesn't have a strong smell. Maybe for input: can provide water for customers bcs ytd i spend 3hrs waiting for all services to end. So i am quite thirsty haha.

Amazing! I had a perm and a repairing treatment. Super satisfied during the whole process and of course also with the result! Ivan did the actual perm and he's an amazing hairdresser, very competent and careful in what he does. Afterwards other 2 hairdressers worked on my head and they all did a great job! The lady owner is a true sweetheart, loved her positive e sweet energy. Wish you guys all the best and see you next time I come to KL!

Please do not go for the threading service here! The lady who did mine ( long blonde hair) used a tweezer, shaver when its clearly for a service called threading. My eyebrows is not what i wanted as she had not much knowledge on threading. Save your rm15 and go to a better place! So sorry for the bad review but this is just my honest review

Non professional new girls and making fun of customer's ,they don't know how to welcome customer , before staff was very nice & friendly and always give discount to regular customers, since previous staff no more ,I don't prefer to go there and get services , getting expensive too ,they are charging like, its pavilion mall.

One of the worst saloon I have been. It's all about money and no quality. Worst hair extension done with no professionalism with not even a single apology. My first worst experience. Kindly survey there are lots of other places which do a better job.

I had a wonderful experience. The hairdresser Evan was very professional, able to provide advice and explained what she would do to shape my hair. The haircut and scalp treatment were excellently done. Will go back again next month.
