Used this place when it was a walk in clinic after I moved from fort Mac. Dr Gross immediately tried to get me to go to group sessions and family planning presentations, in hopes to remove me from anxiety meds and birth control. Immediately gave me the ick. Only keep going back because he currently has my percriptions… Scheduling is next to impossible especially if you work out of town, 5-10 day wait for an appointment every time. I had finally given up and just kept asking the pharmacy to request refills because an appointment wasn’t going to happen. He just stopped filling them and I’m not excited about trying to get an appointment before running out of medications. They are no longer a walk in clinic and just load up on patients… reallly makes things inconvenient. Have went to other walk ins for ear infections ect. I try to avoid those doors at all costs- and his availability makes it fairly easy. Wish family doctors were easier to find. Will keep looking.

Really clean and new looking clinic. Reception staff and nurse are professional and friendly. I like how you can be given a pager and browse around shopping if there is a wait time for walk in appointments. When seeing the Doctor I do not feel rushed at all. Dr. Adebayo is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his patients. I have been to a couple of the Emerald Medical Clinic locations in Edmonton and I am always happy with the way I am treated. I have some annoying chronic health conditions and its nice to see a Doctor who actually takes his time with you and empathizes. I always leave feeling cared for and like I have learned something new to assist me with my health. Would definitely recommend :)

I just wanted to thank Dr. Ze'ev Gross and his staff for helping me during the worst stomach pain I've experienced in my whole life.. We were on our way for out vacation in British Columbia when they called me midway in Canmore telling me that I have to take antibiotics right away. His staff called the Safeway Pharmacy in Camore faxed them a prescription for me. After that, Dr. Ze'ev Gross Gave me a personal call to let me know how I should and when I should take the antibiotics. He called me again 3 days later to ask me how I was doing. Again. I would like to personally thank him and his staff for the help that I got during the hard times I went through. Dr. Ze'ev Gross, Thank you so much for everything.

This place is ridiculous to deal with. So unorganized. long wait times. They constantly are calling you in to see a Dr to "discuss results". But you get there and the Dr has no idea why your even there. Won't be returning to this clinic. Very frustrating to pack up my one year old then go in to wait for 2 hrs for the Dr to not even know why your there then tell you your results look good. Ok then why am I even here? Very unprofessional.

The new doctor didn't do a good job today, Dr. Adebayo Adeleye. He told me today I had a viral infection in my ears and throat and gave me a prescription for cough syrup and mouth wash. I'll now have to waste more time and go to another doctor as I can't even sleep through the night with the pain in my ears and throat. This place used to be such a good place to go to. Not anymore.

Dr. Gross is an amazing doctor. I greatly reccomend him and this clinic for walk-ins and/or a family practitioner. I have followed him and his practice to 4 locations over the past 4 years, and I will continue to. He is always kind and respectful, and happy to help. I have seen him for many different things over the years, and there isnt a doctor I trust more than he.

Was there for an exam had to use walk in wait time was long. Though that's expected from any walk in. Saw doctor gross great guy though to get any awnser's you had to question and he would awnser with somewhat vauge awnser witch will lead to more questions. For all That's worth he did help me through my problem and i appriciate that from him. would see him agian.

Dr. Adebayo and his staff were very knowledgable and caring. They gave me the time of day and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I went to needing an MRI on my knee and he was able to get me on the waiting list and also help me with some other issues. I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Adebayo and I would highly recommend him to others.

Worst place ever! Doctor just randomly shows up whenever they want Aparently. And to top it off, with only two people ahead it’s like 2hrs waiting and waiting more in the room. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back. After seeing reviews I wish we would have looked before coming. Will never recommend this place ever.

Would not even give 1 star if possible. Such a bad service and long waiting times. I just wanted a referral for pediatrician and I don't understand what they wanted from us. First some assistant came to have a look at my son and wasted half an hour and then doctor never show up. This clinic is good for nothing not even a referral.

Dr. Adebayo has no respect for anyone else’s time besides his own. He shows up an hour and a half late and doesn’t apologize to the patient, extremely unprofessional. The only thing good that I can say was that the nurse was nice and understanding but I will never go back to this clinic because it’ll be a waste of my time.

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:45pm and upon arriving I was told that that the receptionist had mistakenly booked me at their other location. I was never seen at that other location nor had I requested it. Had to find another place since the doctor was not available for another two hours here. Ridiculous.

Dr. Ze'ev Gross should not be practicing. I bring him a form to sign and he tells me I need to see a physiotherapist. The man can't read simple instructions. In the last year, he has known I have at least 6 CT scans of my brain and then laughed when he said "They cooked your brain". Not fit to be a vet

Booked appointment to see Dr. ADEBAYO. They told me he will be at the clinic at 2:00 Took time off from work to see him at 2:30 Came to the clinic and they told him he still at another clinic and will show up at 4:00 They don’t care at all about the clients. Worst clinic in whole Edmonton

Horrible experience and professionalism here. I had a painful ear infection, and the clinic was empty and an hour left to go. And they refused to see me and asked me to leave the clinic. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Absolutely ridiculous. Told it would be an hour wait, half hour later the doctor hadn't even showed up. Asked again how long the wait would be and she said 45 min. Would give less stars if it was doable. Won't be returning.

We arrived 40 minutes after open. After waiting 1 hour, reception finally announced the doctor wasn't in, but was on route. The ppl in front of us had been there for 40 minutes already. Total BS. Not professional at all.

Doctor dressed like highschool student , couldn't for the life of me understand what he was perscribing to me and why he was , left if worse shape than I showed up in , and waited 2.5 hours to deal with this treat.

I had an appointment still had to wait two hours Dr.Salima assistance doctor told my 6 year old he is obese loud!!! Very hurtful and unacceptable!!!!! There is other way to talk in about a child’s weight!!

Absolutely ridiculous, about six times to reach a response and finally the receptionist hang up the phone with no respect to us being a patient or even being a customer. better search for another business

They dont care for customers. The ladies on the reception are not sure who came first and where they have made which patient sit. They just tell the doctor to go where he wants to go. Very bad service !

What is the name of the current clinic owner? Was the previous one Dr. Ismail Taher who was convicted of sexually assaulting a nurse and an 18 year-old female and got a jail sentence?

Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to... waited over 2 hours to be told I have a cold that is lasting 5 WEEKS... then to be told that who I seen isn’t even the doctor.. SERIOUSLY

Online when googling walk ins this clinic comes up but it’s NOT a walk in ! Website should get updated , no waste time going it you need to a walk in

We waited for 2hours to get explanation for the result I got and they gave me a printed paper of what was supposed to be explained. Worst

Dr. Gross is a doctor who tries to treat the whole person. He is a very educated doctor and I recommend him!
