I been a patient with Dr at your service for 3 years almost 4. And before that my father James june was a patient since 2014 until he passed I loved the service because me and my father both couldn't get out the bed they provide service to come to you. I loved the warm comfort and courteous service I have been given and my father. 1 Melissa always professional and polite and make sure her services is a plus. 2 Mr. Scott from day one always had a joke are very informative and make sure he schedule your appointment accurate and works with your schedule and time But like most businesses and Dr some days he get to the point not rudely but he have other scheduling to do with other patients.then there's some days he give you extra time to express everything you need your appointment for. 3 Then I recently started interacting with Mr Nate I love how he's laid back and don't make you feel rushed. Now where the gusto the good stuff comes in. 4 Mrs Sonia was the best hated to see here go. 5 I recently been transferred to Mrs Amy now after I write this everyone don't be trying to book only her and take my attention away lol ok from day one I was nervous to meet her because I have a phobia of meetings new people but she introduced herself and hear voice and the way she listened to my concerns and took time to carefully read my health conditions she didn't make me feel like most Dr make you feel that people with my condition is just a check for them. She treat me like family and a counselor. I had given up on life she made me feel I have hope again. But with the team at Dr at your service You will feel welcomed. And they have video zoom and provide services to come to you.if you or bed ridden etc are can not come out the house.

How do I describe this doctor never saw him , and the staff well pancake syrup , my advice don't bother stay away or u will be reviewing them soon , Wow must say as a human I have a right to say my review i could have been more in detail but played nice my daughters experience here was terrible , Ms Candice Nurse was the only blessing for her enough to bring me back for me as a patient changed my insurance choosin them to give them another try for me , not even in the door here comes the scheduler Scott hot steamed talkin me down to where after ur review why do u want to come back i just wanted an appt not expecting to get grilled , Scott pretended to talk to supervisor came back and said they refuse my services since when do schedulers decide isnt that the doctors choice , I suppose life is rerouting me elsewhere for the better never been treated so bad and im not even a patient yet or got to be , was only added by superior as my new dr , now to choose another one wow , hey Scott u are a very rude man why you are allowed to speak to people patients or non patients that way is uncalled for maybe one day Mr Cavazos lets u go for your wrong doin and attitude people patients n elderly deserve respect !!!!! Apparently Scott is a Google watcher , i review by experience !!!!!

This service was a Godsend! I called other practices and the only ones that did home visits were Concierge practices where you pay just to be a "member" ( no membership, no care). With Doctor at your service the PA comes to your home. My first visit was over an hour, try that at a doctor's office today. They can send people to your home to get blood for blood work up and also I understand there may even be the ability to take X-rays. I have a condition because I have a a stoma where I can get blockages and the virtual visit capability from someone who knows me well and has been in touch with me more than 3 times a year was a big factor in picking Doctor at your service. I am very comforted in the knowledge that I can reach out and access professional medical advice should I have a blockage. If you feel underserved by the health system today especially if you're old or infirm or don't have transportation access easily or just in too much pain to move around, consider calling doctor at your service. You will be as delighted as I was at finding them.

I have visited this practice for annual physical exam and during the visit they were all nice and they also mentioned that I will get the lab results immediately and I don't need to setup follow-up appointments if everything looks fine in the reports. But after the tests are done, they didn't send me the results asking me to setup follow-up appointment and I had to call them multiple times to get the results. Now they sent a letter that they can't provide service to us anymore just because I asked for results and didn't setup follow-up appointments. Remember that they initially promised to send the reports without follow-up appointments. This completely looks like a way to get money from us when the appointment is not really needed.

I have been visiting this practice; I mean them conducting home visits to me for almost a decade. The swiftness of getting back to me by Scott and other practitioners has been bar-none. Everyone there is always kind, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. Whether it was getting an appointment set by Scott or them coordinating with my medical supply company, I have always been met with friendliness and compassion. The excellent service they offer is hard to find in companies nowadays not to mention the convenience. They truly live up to their name through serving patients with respect, dignity, cordiality, and trust; that is exactly what they are- doctors at your service.

My husband is a patient at Dr at your Services… I really like his Dr and the staff there.. they call us back immediately if we have to reschedule an appointment Scott goes above and beyond to get my husband rescheduled…Dr Casarez is his Dr and she’s great she answers any questions that I have she really listens to my husband at his Dr appointments I recommend Dr at Your Services if anyone is looking for a good Dr I give them a 10

Horrible! The office staff needs to mind their manners just plain rude!!! The appointment setter Scott is very Rude!! And apparently everybody else has left a review has said the same thing somebody might want to give him a class in etiquette and manners. With the real Doctor who owns the service please take note of how his office staff treats his patients. I would think of more than one person says he's rude he must be rude!!

I hope this review benefits potential new patients for DAYS, it was an easy transition from the scheduler to the actual Provider. No issues with the care provided and communication is a priority for this company. I would recommend this company for anyone that needs a Primary Provider or anyone that has a loved one that is unable to travel to an office. They specialize in providing services in the home. Dr. Sonia is great but the biggest down fall with this place is, there is only one appointment setter. So no matter how many times you call and leave voicemails, Scott does not call back, you have to call in hopes he will answer. So that being said I can be really ill, and not see a Dr until 4-5 days later because of appointment setting. This is why I have went else where and won’t recommend to anyone.

Nurse practitioner Amy Williams is very thorough ever since I've been seeing her I haven't been to the hospital and it'll make a year at the end of this month she's excellent!! Worst service I have encountered, this Scott person never calls back, answers the phone or answers voicemail. I think its just a fake person. They should just flat tell you they don't have appointments or won't accept your insurance. If I could give it no stars I would, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and super attentive. I called looking for a PCP, Scott was able to answer all the questions I had. He was also able to schedule an appointment for me for the following day. I plan on staying with Doctor At Your Service, they provide such a great service!

I've felt great the last few months. Headaches I had for nearly 20yrs, which were daily, turned out to be high blood pressure related. Been on hbp meds for a few months and suddenly they are gone unless I don't eat. I am grateful I found a doctor who would listen to me instead of mentioning my weight.

We've been using them for several years now and they have provided excellent care to my husband. Amber has been great and the entire support staff has always been courteous and attentive. He was homebound for many years and they never failed in his care. Great company, great people.
