Caffetteria con espresso and Cappuccino stile italian roasted.Con una bella Gaggia machine.Better than many others in the same area if you like this kinds of coffee.Totally different from Sturbucks and similars. This ia a little bar not good for a big meeting.Nice customer service just innfront the tube-Train Station Putney Bridge. I popped in here (around 11am Fri) before hitting the 2 hour train journey back home today. What a great little coffee shop! Sat inside the window with a parma ham panini and mug of fab coffee watching the world go by for 20 minutes. Lovely atmosphere, and such friendly staff. Thankyou - small pleasures in life that make a day good.

If you're a coffee fan go try this place, the rumour is they have the oldest working expresso machine in London, it looks amazing but as I don't like coffee i had a hot chocolate that was delicious. They do panini's and other typical italian (delicious) food, small but perfectly formed and opposite the tube so handy too :)

If you’re in the area and you’re hesitating where to go - go here! They’re amazing. The coffee is soooo good. The tea is great too, it’s from a tea bag, but a really good one. Paninis, croissants, everything’s delicious. If I ever move to London, I’d live here just to grab breakfast at this cafe every weekend lol

Just popoed in at 5 pm and a rather unfriendly guy playing with his phone said: “ we are done for the day mate” and got back to playing with his phone. Bare in mind that according to their website its meant to be opened until 6 pm. Extremely unprofessional and quite frankly rude. More

Today i ate a vegan charcoal croissant. AMAZING! I also had a Cappucino, anti-cellulite juice and a lunch plate from the buffet selection @ Fulham High St branch. Delicious, fresh food, beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anybody! :)

Lovely coffee shop for an authentic Italian coffee. I love a good espresso and Doctor Espresso is the place in London I absolutely love it. If you are a coffee lover this is the place to go! Staff is very friendly and they offer good food, pastry and snacks selection too

A tight fit at this bijou pitstop offering a basic repertoire + a few lite bites ‘n salads without too much fuss and bother and a see-ya-later. Hardly conducive to lingering or an intimate tête-à-tête. Fills the prescription while on the trot.

This place is fantastic. The coffee tastes amazing. The staff are proper friendly. I only go in 2-3 times a month (whenever i'm in the area), but one of the barista's always remembers my order "Cappuccino with Caramel." The decor is really

Lovely little place. Three of us tried the coffee and unanimously agreed that it is good. We will definitely try to drop by again. The place feels Italian. The service is friendly. There is a wonderful collection of old espresso machines,

Home to London's oldest working espresso machine, a lovely Gaggia lever model, Doctor Espresso Caffetteria serves up a slice of Italy directly opposite Putney Bridge tube station on the District Line. It helps that the coffee, roasted in

The chicken sandwich was delicious. It has a fat layer of cheese and a crispy bread. I tried the hot chocolate and it was ok. Nothing special but ok .They are using an old type coffee machine. The prices are very ok compare to any other

  • Isatu Kamara

Usually great staff and nice coffee. My last 2 visits not so good. First bad experience I waited 5 minutes to be served whilst the barista was talking to another member of staff and cleaning rather than serving me and another customer

  • Allan Walker

First every visit here and both myself and my dog made very welcome. Had nice cup of coffee. Patsy offered water for my dog and a slice of cheese. The cheese was woofed down and more would of been welcome. Will definitely call again.

I had big expectations about this little coffee shop, as I had seen it many times walking in the area. So it was a bit disappointing when I finally went. The coffee was ok / average, not great, the staff wasn't very friendly either.

  • Ozge Tuzun

There was a guy working here, his name was Angus, tall and handsome guy! He was amazing! I'm just sad that he does not work here anymore. I am sure the new people are alright! Just does not make me feel the same.

  • Peter Hingle

The best coffee shop hands down with the sweetest owner, Patty, thank you for your hospitality and your thoughtfulness. We will miss visiting you but we will drop by on our trips down to the smoke! XX

Coffee as it should be. A wonderful coffee machine, nice (and efficient) people serving it, great pastries to go with. Occasional visits turned into a daily ritual. Now I can't leave without it.

The best coffee i ever had. My soy milk coffee was fantastic. Patrizia is my favourite she's charismatic and friendly. Great vibe and energy besides the amazing coffee ☕ for starting your days

A popular place to drink coffee when the weather is good nice to sit outside food is good but coffee is mild more of a lady's coffee they should offer two strengths of coffee instead of one

  • Jack Ayers

I was happy to find a coffee shop to wait in but dame the coffee is bad. Ordered a flat white and it was a mix of burned milk and burned coffee. Think MacDonald could make a better coffee.

  • Rosario Evans

Came here a year ago and came back yesterday just to find the cannolis are just as incredible, the vibes are just as peaceful and the coffee just as fragrant. Highly recommend this place.

  • vale riana

Very nice cafe, nice and professional staff, good food and coffees. There are others doctor espresso in London but they have just the name the rest is nothing compare to this.

Brilliant little coffee shop, great coffee and proper little Italian pasticceri and tasty sandwiches. Check out the amazing vintage coffee machine too, it's a work of art!

Nice small coffee place, seating outside very convenient. Coffee is typical Italian. Lovely service from the people who work here. Food is good and sandwiches are decent.

  • Catherine O'Ryan Nicholson

We’ve just had two delicious panini sandwiches - my Tricoloure was so tasty, the filing was amazing plus the bread was fabulous. My husband loved his chicken panini.

  • Michael Carr

Friendly staff and delicious pasta dish. A lively place to sit outside when the sun is shining. A unique and hidden gem in Putney. More

  • Rus

Nice coffee and an authentic Italian vibe. But I can't go above 3 star because they use single-use cups (plastic and paper) too much.

  • Phil Roche

Have been going in here for a couple of years on and off, coffee is decent but not good enough to put up with the bad attitudes

  • Cassandra Odqvist Clavien

Wonderful coffee & people ...we try and walk over daily for a friendly chat & a delicious iced latte. All milks available too.
