I followed Dr Quek here and he has been absolutely wonderful for me. Great diagnoses and helping me to better manage my own health. Very sad that he has finally retired and I can only hope to find another doctor as committed to quality and taking pride in their work. Once when he was on leave I saw another doctor who appears a leader of this clinic, and the experience felt far less...and more perfunctory. Like what I have seen far to much of in other clinics in the past. Also very sad that this clinic too, has finally withdrawn bulk billing...and joined the medical profession pile on. So much for our universal health care system. I understand this is mainly due to a succession of heartless and cruel federal liberal/national party govt's. But the medical profession too is not without guilt in this national shame and debarkle...which is counter productive to the well being of our society as a whole.

My partner went in to see Doctor Malhotra for a work related injury and mentioned looking into a diagnosis for ADHD. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and said that people with ADHD do things like cut tails off of animals therefor my partner couldn’t have it. That’s such a harmful stigma to perpetuate and I sincerely hope this hasn’t been said to any confused young people or parents. Doctor Malhotra also would not fill out my partners document to say they were able to return to work for weeks, they had to book in 3 times to get the form filled out and were unable to work all because he refused to fill out this form. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Edited this to say that my partner went to this clinic for over 30 years and had a fall in november, Dr Wallace and Dr Tay both denied her several requests for an xray. Changed Doctors and found she had a severe fracture to her vertebra T12 and had lost 80% of the vertebra due to no early treatment. So angry at these Drs. This clinic has only older male GPs, they cannot seem to keep any female doctors which is suspicious as to the atmosphere behind closed doors. I can only imagine how "team meetings" would be for a young female doctor. Time for some of these doctors to retire perhaps and let the young ones bring some fresh air into the place.

This is a great clinic as it is multidisciplinary, and has efficient staff who are always friendly. Appointments usually run to time and the General Practitioners are competent and have a broad range of specialty backgrounds. Patients are not rushed and doctors take time to listen. Urgent cases get seen in a timely manner. There is pathology and radiology available on site, as well as specialists rooms and a pharmacy, which is an added bonus.There is also a coffee shop which sells newspapers.

I have always found the doctors and reception staff very caring and professional. Even on extremely busy days they will always try to fit you in to see your doctor. When my children have been sick they always make them a high priority. Recently my son was very ill and was under the care of two lovely caring doctors who followed up to make sure he was okay after been referred to Monash Medical centre. Our family would highly recommend this clinic for outstanding health care.

Really poor care from one the doctors. Didn’t listen to me at all and when I told him I felt like he wasn’t listening he jumped on the defensive and was very rude, rolling his eyes at me. He also listed off all this things that not only did I not say but also wasn’t true (eg- don’t have pets/no recent travel- I have 4 pets and have traveled recently!)

My wife went here with our 6 month old, the doctor she saw was very dismissive of her concerns and showed a lack of empathy, only interested in reminding her that he is a specialist in the field. We will not be returning

Great clinic, never wait very long and a chemist and radiology facility are all in the same building, no need to get in your car to go to fill scripts.

I have been attending the clinic since it opened. Always fantastic service. Doctors and receptionist’s are wonderful. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff are very friendly and the doctors care never too busy to listen. Been seeing my doctor there for years.
