I’m seeing so many positive reviews for this place and it doesn’t make sense. I’m noticing reviews are mainly for physical therapy. I personally haven’t had any work done here, thank God, but Based on REVIEWS, I would NOT recommend coming for anything else other than PT. We’ve been here 3 times and are just about fed up. We came in for an injured shoulder and were promised a call back once X-ray results came in. We never got a follow up, so we called and they still “weren’t ready” after 2 weeks. Second visit we didn’t have an appointment and left 3-4 hours later. We were asked to come back for an allergy panel exam. Which required my husband to not eat after midnight. So this time, after learning our lesson, we made an appointment. Third visit, we have an appointment. And somehow “no one followed up on our appointment” but that lie didn’t work because we specifically remember speaking to the clerk about scheduling an early appointment so my husband won’t go all day without Eating. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional and seems very sketch. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. We were then called and asked to change our review but i don’t think i have to if our experiences were true and valid. We were only helped after calling multiple times and urging that something be done. We still believe this facility as a whole needs a better system in place. So odd and unprofessional for a facility to urge its clients to change valid reviews.and so odd to be accused of trying to “do something illegal” just for asking for a doctors note.

I made an appointment and they ended up calling me a few minutes before my appointment, when I was already on my way, to tell me they needed to reschedule for the next day. I was a little annoyed because I had to leave work only to have to turn right around, but it wasn't the end of the world. The next day, I showed up to my appointment and waited an hour before I actually saw the nurse practitioner. I understand having to wait an extra 15-20 minutes, but an hour is excessive and defeats the purpose of an appointment. That was a very short visit as she only came in to tell me that they could not prescribe the medication I needed. I was not upset that they can't prescribe it – I was, however, highly annoyed that they scheduled me for an appointment when I told them over the phone that my reason for the visit was to get prescribed for the medication I had taken before. To the nurse practitioner's credit, she had the front desk refund me for the copay because they couldn't provide what I came for. This review is no judgement of the doctors or the quality of care they provide. It is a critique on the office side of things. They need to pay more attention to detail. I wasted a lot of time driving and waiting, all to leave without any service.

I have been visiting Doctors Clinic Houston for several months now with on going health issues, and the service and staff has been nothing short of excellent. I love the fact that there are courtesy calls before every appointment to remind you of your future service and the positive attitude and environment is a breathe of fresh air whenever I step into the building. My servicing physician Dr. Jenks has been great working with me and very patient. He makes the experience personal towards me and shows empathy. They do not treat you like a number or just a patient here but like family. I also appreciate the supporting staff as well. Mrs Faye has been instrumental with coordinating my visits helping any scheduling conflicts and working consistently with my insurance to make sure all appropriate actions are taken. I recommend this facility to anyone searching for medical assistance in the future.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with this location. I went back to this location even knowing Dr. Rick had passed quite some years ago and had always given perfectly professional service. It took me over 2 weeks to get an appointment. They wouldn't refill my prescriptions without seeing me. My appointment was at 11:15 am today. Knowing I am out of my meds and need them they said they would call them in. At 6:00 pm, they had not sent in my prescriptions so I called them. Said they would do it right away. At 7:45 pm, the pharmacy has still not received the scripts I need. So I am one more day without the meds I need. Unacceptable! Critical I get them! Blood pressure up higher from the stress! I should get a refund on my office visit! I will update post depending on results. So very disappointed!

I started my Physical Therapy here for herniation of my L1 and L2 due to an automobile accident in December 2019 and the staff has always been extremely nice, supportive and courteous towards my treatment plan. My Physical Therapist, Yvette, has been awesome getting me pain free and back on track. My Chiropractor, Dr. Alham Samani, has twisted, turned and cracked my back to getting me up to top condition so I can slowly progress back into the gym and get my conditioning back up to par to lift weights. I can't say enough regarding all the Staff and the Facility (spotlessly clean and well sanitized), and thank each and every Staff Member that assisted me in my recovery from intense Back Pain due being rear-ended and being able to function and get back to work from Doctor's Clinic 290.

OMG ESMERALDA !!!!! She is so sweet and understanding. I went through a lot with school, work etc. and she always called to check in on me .... I worked overnight, so she was Literally my alarm clock to make sure I got to my doctor appointment on time... she was honestly a blessing and I gained a new family at Doctors Clinic Houston... God Forbid but if anything was to ever happen to me again I would definitely come back here without a doubt... I personally want to thank them for everything and making my life easier with everything that I was going through .... oh and may I add Dr.cherry Was always sweet and kind helpful and smelled good and always dress to the tea!!!!

This is such a good clinic, very accommodating with your schedule Yvette Del Villar is always able to always give you the appointment at the time you want, day and time. This is such a great quality because everyone needs help these days with limited time. I have been receiving treatment from a car accident since March and Dr. Alham Samani, D.C. She has been very diligent about my treatment from my injury and helping my recovery. The treatment is very thorough and slow, don't feel rushed to heal and end up with more injury. They are very efficient their office administration is always on top of your case and it stays very organized and digital.

If I could give more stars I would! Everyone here is so professional, kind and amazing. Esmeralda was so pleasant & professional, made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in to the clinic. I completed my paperwork went straight back & there was no wait. The nurse was exceptionally kind as well as the Dr’s; highly professionally caring & understanding. Now I am going to PT & the exact same care. I had an emergency come up & Esmeralda was so kind and understanding. Any other facility would have not let you make up your appointment… this is a top notch facility!!!!! Thank you ALL for for your professionalism & caring staff ❤️

Faye has been absolutely amazing. She is always super friendly in person and over the phone. She remembers small details that I mention in passing. She is very prompt at calling me back, if she (which has been once) missed my call. The other faculty members are always great. I usually talk to Faye so I know her the best. Dr. Jenks is absolutely a delightful man. He has been super helpful. He is very intelligent and kind. This place is a little further then my place then I would like as a student. But I look forward to my appointments, and that is because of the kind people at this location.

Doctors Clinic Houston is a medical office with well trained and professional staff. We did not have any issues securing our appointments and the wait time at the lobby was short each time we visited the clinic. We want to give special thanks to Ms. Theresa Estrada who is the certified medical assistant at the clinic. She has gone above and beyond to prepare my husband’s medical paperwork. Theresa demonstrated professionalism enhanced by excellent sense of humor and positive attitude. We would not hesitate to go back and visit the clinic again.

Had my very first visit to this location yesterday for a pre-employment check-up. This location had very friendly staff that cared about my needs, and really helped me in a timely manner. I especially want to recognize Rosie, she was nothing short of phenomenal! Very gentle, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The staff provides great customer service, as soon as my mom and I walked in the front door we were greeted and helped by Marina right away. Then when my mom was called to the back Rose was very kind to us, on our way out I had questions regarding immigration prices for my husband and the manager Yvonne was able to explain the process to me. Thank you for the great customer service, I am looking forward to going to returning to the clinic with my husband.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The head nurse/office manager (Yvonne) is extremely rude and has no sympathy for those that are sick. She spoke to me with so much disrespect in her voice! She needs to find a different profession with the disgusting attitude she has. People go there to seek help when they are not feeling well, definitely don’t need to be faced with someone like Yvonne. I will never set foot in that clinic again!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a great experience at this clinic! I've been to other clinics and you can tell when the people that are there don't like their job and don't want to be there. This was not the case! :D Letty the medical assistant immediately greeted me with a smile and was so nice and knowledgeable. She made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back to this clinic because of her!

I been to this clinic for along time.. The manager Yvonne was able to asst me in answering all my questions regarding my surgery clearance, also the lobby is nice and clean & to the staff who constantly sanitizing area. I Recommend this doctors clinic because the employees are so great. They made my day better, everything was quick marina helped me with verifying information and Alex was efficient and everything happened in a timely manner and I met yvonne the manager and she made my appointment exactly when I wanted. This place definitely cares about customer service. Highly recommend!

My 1st experience NAD+ and all I have to say is wow! After leaving the clinic the 1st thing I noticed was my mental awareness on the drive home. By the time I got home my energy levels were off the chart but not in a jittery way but ready for action. That feeling lasted for days. I can not recommend this treatment enough. Roya is amazing!

The staff is so welcoming and the manager Yvonne makes sure each patient is well taken care of. They went above and beyond to make my first visit a good one. The doctor takes time with you and wants to address all your concerns. The office is kept clean and the Halloween décor makes it fun and festive. Overall a great clinic.

I have been going to this clinic for about a year. I was welcomed in by Rosa and nurse practitioner debbie. I have been able to address my medical needs here. I see dr varella here now and Rosa always goes above and beyond we are close in age and can relate to feelings. She is a great assistant and i truly value her.

I was very pleased with everything about this doctor's clinic. They care a lot about their clients, and their clients health. They were very helpful in answering any questions I had. I've never met a complete staff so dedicated to helping every patient. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for real help.

I been coming here for almost one month. I have received great service from Doctor Alham Samani and Ivett Del Villar. Doctor Samani and Ms. Villar have been really nice and always have a good attitude every time I come to do my therapy.

Nadia is the best medical therapist in there. She is very caring and understanding. She is extremely accommodating for all our issues and pain. She takes her time to explain the process and treatment we must do to get better.

Dr. Varela and his Nurse Practitioner take very good care of me at age 62. They are very professional. And the support staff, Rose, Yvette, and Yvonne are so friendly, polite, and they know their jobs very well.
