Horrible experience.. At first I thought the doctor was very nice. I went to the office on Christmas Eve.. I had been in extreme pain all week with my right foot I figured it's better to go to a specialist in podiatry before wasting hours in the ER. They had no crutches or a boot for my foot. She took xrays wrapped my foot and told me since it was Christmas Eve everything was closed but the pharmacy would call me as well as the hospital by Thursday to take care of everything because I would need surgery. Thursday came and went no one called. I called the office Friday morning the receptionist tells me the doctor is in vacation the next two weeks and she knows nothing about it. I asked for a manager the manager apparently called the doctor who said my boot should be at the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy no prescription found. Hours later they have the prescription but say it will take u til Tuesday to get it. So now we're talking a week. I have to work and I'm in pain. I called the office again they don't care they tell me to call my Insurance company. This is horrible so unprofessional no communication skills. Now i have wasted days thinking I was getting a specialist opinion just to have to spend my time now going to the ER. Do not go here

The doctor that saw me last month was amazing and so was the pt doctor now everyone else especially front desk horrible. I had a appt for the nerve test last week when I arrived I had to reschedule because she was behind now on my next scheduled which was at 1pm she’s on lunch so they asked if I wanted to do pt till then I’m annoyed but ok no problem once I’m done with pt I let the front desk know, now Apparently she’s doing one at the moment then one more after that one, WHAT? Why am I not after that one she was doing when my appt was for 1pm oo wait it’s because front desk was cool and chatting the whole time with that person so you decided to put them before me so messed up. I’ve let way too many “mistakes” go but this one just has me fed up. I definitely won’t be returning not for pt, not for the nerve test, not for my mri, NOT FOR NOTHING. Finding me another Neuro even tho the doc was great front desk messed up way too many times sorry! I should’ve read the reviews before coming.

Yesterday I had such a bad headache that I felt my blood pressure was very hight. I honestly didn’t have an appointment but figured since they’re my primary doctor they’d see me even when I put my name on the list. List that I know they don’t follow even with am appointment you have to wait long periods of time. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours I went to the front the only humane young lady there asked the lady that does insurance if she could have someone see me since I looked in distress and she said no I had to wait til 3 pm. Don’t waste your money or insurance money with this store front clinic. Doctors and nurses saw I looked in distress and didn’t bother. I went to Montefiore and yes I had very high blood pressure and something could’ve happened to me and these so called nurses and doctors didn’t care. Very sad they’ll never see me again. The receptionist was the only humane person in there. Don’t waste your time because they don’t care about you!

Horrible place. The doctor gets drunk, he takes naps during work hours. Some of the staff have only GED's and dont even qualify to do what they are doing. The machines are old as hell. The patients that have pace makers dont even have that noted in their record so their lives are at risk whenever they have to get test run on them because the employees dont ask due to it not being recorded in their file. One of the employees asks the patients and fellow employees to borrow money and takes a long time to pay it back ..... and last but not least they try to make you take all these unnecessary test just so they can run your insurance to bring their numbers up the list goes on, its a hot mess in that place and they need to get it together or close the hell down and stop paying people to put fake good reviews on here

I had an appointment. on 2/18/21 when I got there they told me the doctor. was not coming. in I am disabled and have trouble. walking they was just sitting. around. doing nothing they should be calling. patient's telling. them not to come in will be reporting them to the complaint board I had called for an appointment the person I spoke to took down my information so to say I did not have an appointment is a lie also when I came in all I seen was people. doing nothing I found another. place that if fantastic will recommend all my friends to that place

the front desk staff is very unprofessional and rude. I waited almost up to a hour and a half after my appt time before I actually saw a doctor. She was very nice but I felt as though she ordered services that would charge my insurance more but we're not necessary for my complaint. After having complications with the medicine given to me I tried to speak to someone on the phone to find out what I should do but I was continuously put on long holds and never got to speak with a doctor. I would never reccommend anyone get seen here

Place makes appointments for your next visit and don't follow with the time. They only use appointments to make sure they charge the insurance. In the second visit i started observing and I've notice two mal practices. First the lady behind the counter ask the patient for her insurance card then proceed to ask for second one without checking the validity of the first one. (Double charge maybe) second they tent to announce people who are walking towards the location. Find that kind of weird!!!!

I went to them to get treated for something serious. Instead got a doctor who wasnt even on there staff filling in for someone. On her cellphone gave me attitude the entire time then DID NOT EVEN TREAT ME. So I paid a copay for nothing. In the end had to go to the hospital for real treatment and diagnosis. On top of the fact they secretly tested me for drugs and want me to pay for testing I didnt ask for or need. I have never used drugs in my life this is why you should not trust this office.

If there was an option of choosing 0 or a negative number, that would most definitely be their score! The staff needs to be reevaluated, very rude . I spoke to the front desk person over the phone to verify one thing and she said I had to go there, basically drop work. Meanwhile shes at the desk and all it took was 3 minutes for her to do that, even less. Its their responsibility, but they don't care at all. Never returning back, DON'T GO THERE!!

Doctors united is a great place. The staff and doctors or wonderful. I've been coming here for some time on and off and my experience at this location always been good. The doctors and stuff are always welcoming too all. I highly recommend this location because not only is it a doctors office but they also have an Physical therapy clinic upstairs which is great and there staff upstairs is as wonderful as downstairs .

Horrible service. Staff complained about every other patient. Extremely unprofessional. No sense of sensitivity or privacy towards the patients. No sense of patient prioritizing. Unorganized. Staff did not have an on going communication with the patients. It was a truly horrifying expirience. My wait time was approximately 4 hours i had to wait while my doctor finished her lunch. I left before she could even see me.

A 1 star for them is too much!! Everyone is rude , the place is dirty. I was first evaluated by a man claiming to be a doctor (later i found out he is a Chiropractor) and the next thing I know im being set up to see 4 different other Doctors and have a bunch of test and blood work done. I walked out before they could do anything and i call my insurance company right away to report them.

I have been here many times and have had a bad experience everytime trying to see the doctor. I have no problem with physical therapy but if you want to see the doctor, they will keep you here for more than 2 hours. Patients that was there after you will be seen first and I don't know why. If the doctor doesn't come in they will not tell you (doctors are inconsistent).

Unbelievable!! This place is horrible. The staff are unprofessional, lazy, inexperienced, and don't help the patient with physical therapy. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone. Don't waste your time or money going to this place. I am writing to the NYC Health Department on the physical therapist lack of experience.

They will milk your insurance to death. I was given an ekg exam by someone that told me that she applied for receptionist position and was thrown into the ekg machine and trained without any certification. I believe this clinic might be bracking some laws. And the staff are rude and disrespectful.

The wait wasn't that long and appointments are recommended. They treated me with the utmost care and respect and helped me figure out the nature of my injury. I have returned subsequently for therapy sessions. Great place, friendly customer service, and the doctors are very understanding.

This this practice is horrible If you’re looking for a doctor that really don’t care about you this is the place you should go it’s like they don’t have no respect for the patients and they don’t care what the patient tells them I’m surprise that they’re still in business

I wish I didn't have to give any stars. I went here for 6 months with some serious issues. Doctor was Never was able to diagnose me. Had to go to E.R.Turns out I had kidney Infection. IF U WANT YOUR LIFE, DON'T GO HERE!!!! You might as well go to Morgue!!!

I'm came in to see the doctor cause I was in pain around my lower abdomen area seen the doctor outside the office she ask how are you I answered not to good I'm here to see you she says to me Good Luck. What kind of doctor is that ...

i was 20 minutes late for my appointment and was told to reschedule, understandable. Came back next week, early. Waited an hour and a half without being seen until i just told them to cancel. Get your physical therapy somewhere else.

I would never go back there ever again, they are rude and unorganized. they don't treat you right and the one in this pic. With the boss is the worst employee ever and she's nasty has hell. I don't recommend this place to no one.

The give you appointment a one time and went you get there they make you way for so long ....no good people. Went you no come for long time they star calling you to to come back but the make you wait to long
