Had my grandpa's funeral on Wednesday, Jul. 12, at Burlington Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home. Thanks to Kristen, who helped us set up the whole event, Coach Ken for safely driving my Grandpa to the cemetery, and Tom and all the staff (sorry I didn't know your names) who were there the whole time on Wednesday. All the staff demonstrated an unwavering commitment to serving our family during this challenging time. They were empathetic, patient, and always available to answer our questions or address any concerns we had. Their expertise and experience were evident throughout the entire process, from coordinating logistics to floral arrangements and multimedia presentations. when our mum died last may, dodsworth and brown was the only funeral home we wanted to help us through our sad time. they are exceptional people; caring, knowledgable and thorough. kim hussey was such a great blessing to us; she walked us through every thing. things we didn't know anything about , things we would have never thought about! we were in such a state of shock and disbelief and grief! when our dad died 4 months later, we went back to dodsworth and brown and once again they were amazing! truly, wonderful, lovely people. i recommend them highly!

After the loss of my mom we were shocked and reeling with emotion. From our first point of contact with Dodsworth and Brown staff, throughout all of the planning, service and follow up after staff were patient, compassionate, and understanding. Tom ensured we understand all aspects of details required to discuss in a professional, supportive manner. Each person we had contact with were caring, helpful and friendly. We can’t say enough about the care, sensitivity, professionalism and kindness we received from Tom Flannery and all his staff during the recent passing of our Mother. It was exactly the same for our Dad when he passed six years ago.
