I had gone for my pets haircut ...the person who was doing the haircut was not professional atall ,he was in a hurry to go home...The way he was handling my pet was so hard that my pet was literally shivering when I took her in my arms ...They were pulling her tail,holding her tightly near her neck inspite telling them many times to handle her softly. She is traumatized...Only the interior is good but the staff of grooming is non professional and the owner was least interested to c how his staff is doing there job..I paid double for a simple trimming of my kitten......guys think twice before entering the shop for grooming...Its only good for shopping...

It was very horrible experience with this pet shop. The attendant is very arrogant. He treats customers as if he's doing favors. The cost of products in this shop is very expensive as compared to Amazon. The groomer is not professional. Once I paid for Grooming. But the groomer told bcoz of absence of assistance he'll do nail and hair cut after some day. But surprisingly when I contacted the attendant quarreled with me and said that again ive to pay for grooming. When i raised voice he said yes but then also groomer didn't cut nails.please think twice before going to this shop. Even prices are exorbitant. Totally Horrible experience .

I had gone to buy a harness for my pet dog. I had taken her measurements for judging the size as seen on an online sales portal, but despite the same, the harness I bought turned out to be loose. The store was kind enough to allow me to try out two more harnesses till I found the right size for my dog! The harness fits her just right, without being too tight or too loose. The shop is stocked with a variety of treats, toys and what not. It also provides for a grooming service. I had a great experience with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it!

I am a regular customer and everytime I enter the counter person starts questioning instead of welcoming us politely shows his arrogance if my dog wants to pee also the groomers are not professional at all No respect given to the customer Even when customers come at their doorstep they just wanna be in rush to go home have no interest in earning instead tells the customer to leave even after taking prior appointment Horrible /terrible experience

If you want to give your furry friend a shock, This is a place to be at for spa treatments. No professionalism at all. Good setup does not mean good service. Arrogance is in their behaviour. The employees don't care about your furry family member. Just finishing off a task fast is the goal. Highly NOT recommendable. Suggestion : Please learn something first in pet care, customer service and then promote yourselves. Disappointment.

Worst experience, worst products. This food stand for our dog was purchased in June 2021. That time the Owner of store had assured of no rusting issues. In 6 months the enitre coating is gone with rust everywhere. When we approached the store, owner is not ready for exchange or return. He even refused to take the complaint initially. Hopeless and pathetic response. Worst place to buy toys and stuff for your pets.

Horrible service groomer has ensured that he has given cuts to our babies.. pls don't take ur pups ..groomer behaves as he is doing favor on us ..the cost is expensive to the service provided Bhandup name of my pet - Nawab...would not recommend anyone... Very pathetic people. They don't have any groomer . The person sitting on counter is very arrogant, don't have manners to talk & with pets he is so irritating. He doesn't want anyone's pet should pee their. How can anyone control pets pee & potty . He also don't want to wait their for your cab. So rubbish man .

Awesome initiative at eastern suburb , it was long pending to have a pet spa and pet store at Bhandup , as per owner Rahul pet clinic is also planned , this will make it a all in one shop for pet owners , my pets Lycan and Lucifer - won't have to go far now , wishing doggy woggy all the best …

It was about time for such a place to open in this area. Very happy with the ambience. Very happy with hair cut and grooming of my Shih Tzu. Very clean and well kept. A good variety of products toys and accessories. Keep it up and all the best for your endeavour.

Actually i was scared to take my pet there after reading reviews.. But when i called the owner to enquire about he seemed to be polite n not rude.. So i thought of giving it a chance.. N it turned out to be nice place.. Got haircut done for my lab. for 1180 rs.

Doggy Woggy is a great place for pet grooming and supplies in the central suburbs. The staff are polite and attentive to detail. I took my golden retriever there and they were kind towards my pet all times. Highly recommend the place for all pet parents.
