After I posted my review about very bad and insulting behaviour by Gaurav on the counter who actually called me on my phone against all ethics to mislead and insult me, I received a call from Doggy world to whom I gave details of my shocking and humiliating experience at the hands of Gaurav, and also Deepak who joined Gaurav. However Doggy world does not seem to care since I they seem to have done nothing about it . I have not been informed about what action was taken. A customers dignity is clearly not important. Till Sunny was at counter there things were very good. But atmosphere is very bad since Gaurav joi Ed. Only Anil over there is a pleasant person. I am still waiting to know if Doggy world cares enough about customers to respond to these reviews. They clearly have no interest to retain customers.

I have been going to Gujrawala town Doggy world for almost four years for grooming/ bath of my Labrador. But after my experience today I will never ever visit that place. The staff over there fool, mislead and insult the customers. Particularly Gaurav on the reception who has misbehaved and uses name of other staff to communicate false information and denies service. Till the time Mr. Sunny was on reception things were good. But this Gaurav is sitting there to play pranks, makes fun of the customers. Never go there. I tried calling Dr. Pandey but have not been successful yet.

Treatment for my Labrador at Doggy World in Gujranwala worked wonders. His accurate diagnosis and prescribed medicines resolved Casper's issue completely. I can't recall the name of the doctor who is present in evening but I highly recommend him and give Doggy World a perfect 10/10 rating! P.S. The case was made so much worse by Dr. Surinder's Pet Clinic in Vijay Nagar. DON'T GO THERE.

Doggy World..... One of the best multi speciality clinic for dogs and their lovers. Neat & clean, specialist doctors, standard level of surgical instruments, fully air conditioning, supporting staff, well behavior and many more positive things.... In Aug 2020 this is my second visit after July 2018. I strongly preferred this place for dogs.

Worst dog clinic in the delhi pls dont carry your dogs here they dont know how to treat dogs they beat dogs to make them quit worst pet care and staff please its a humble request never send ypur dogs here as well as do not reply in such mannersthat they are nice but please dont fake all this dogs cannot speak for your bad hospitality

I have been going to this place for more than a year now, but after what happened last week, I am never going to this place again. The staff is rude and they are lost; they don’t know what’s happening. Only Anil is a good person there; the rest of them are just playing games on their phones. Very disappointed.

Worst place to get your pet a wash ,terrible chinese products were used , they handled my8 months old Maltese in such hard and terrible way that he got extemely terrified,highly unhigenic place that he caught cold , I'd never come again and neither recoment this place to anyone .

I m regularly visiting yr clinic at Derawal ngr & Rohini. At Derawal ngr d staff is giving excellent service. Dr. Saurabh Gupta is not only a good Dr. bt a v good human being. My salutes to Dr. Gupta & d whole staff for its polite behaviour.

Very good experience with Doctor saurabh and doggy world derawal nagar clinic. Doctor is very patient with the pets and gives proper guidance and appropriate treatment for any issues. Staff is very helpful regarding grroming etc services.

I visited 5 days back in this clinic, the service provided by this clinic is pretty good and the doctor in the clinic is very helpful. She knows how to provide proper medication and treatment. Would like to prefer the clinic.

The place is animal frndly as i got my dog operated from there Rohini center and afterwards for the care i took her yo derawal nagar. The staff is helpful and concern. The doctors are really good.

A very good treatment and hair cut given by the dog groomer. Specially Anil bhaiya ji for his professional hair cut with personal touch to relax the dog at the same time.

All variety of pet friendly Toys and eatables. Sunny sits on reception he will be there to assist best choice of eatables for your pet .

Deepak as a caretaker is very good , he takes very good care of my baby , i remain completely relaxed when my baby is with him
