When we visited here 6 months ago there were some puppies in one cage and they all looked poorly, malnourished and unkempt especially one that could barely move or lift its head up. Too many in one cage. Our heart really broke and we decided to leave and not contribute our money to keep this place maltreating puppies and dogs. If only Nepal was like the UK with animal legislation and animal inspectors I would've reported them and had this place shut down.

Expensive Expensive This store is Expensive, discount is just a scam. I checked the prices on daraz and other stores and prices are way too high than normal rates other shops. Prices were 50-70 rs higher just on normal items. I used to buy a pet food in cheaper price and he said it has become expensive now. But when i checked on other stores the prices were still stable.

It's really disgusting place . I bought a female Labrador and in two days it died. It was suffering from parvo virus and I could not save it. They only care about money and not about well being of pets.

The shopkeeper/ owner is too Rude and arrogant. I will suggest not to go there . Better go to BHAT BHATENI OR Vet hospital at tripurshwor . They charge 4 times more for same injections and medicines.
