Kind of bummed that this is a Dollar Tree Plus now. I usually like to give the kids $5 and they come out with 5 items, but now we have to check prices. I usually go to the DT off Wyoming and Paseo despite living 5 minutes from this location. I do not like the environment of this DT and the staff is pretty ghetto; they blast their music on their phones, talk about getting drunk the night before and have convos like the store is their living room. Last time I was there an older man on a bike came in for bread and some male manager grabbed the bike and shoved it against the old man trying to use the bike to escort him out. Then the "manager" threw a box at the old man and "fd" him in front of children. I don't expect great customer service at an minimum wage paying job, but I do expect not to hear four language from employees.

Thousands of Items all priced at $1.00. You will find tools for your kitchen to tools for your car. Phone cases and hair adornments to coloring books and makeup. you will find food there as well. Both boxed and canned goods. Don’t forget the big candy aisle. With at least a hundred confectionary choices. You will find a wide assortment of helium balloons as well as wrapping paper and greeting cards. A big store packing a huge savings for the bargain shopper! Don’t come here expecting to spend a dollar or two. There are just too many great deals to take home.

So far, this has been the best dollar tree I've been to, and I shop at Dollar Tree a lot! Fantastic selection of items, WELL ORGANIZED, and the staff actually appears to like their jobs. This will definitely be my go-to location from now on. Also, I appreciate that the hand sanitizer stations are actually kept filled up. The food section, craft section, and beauty section are well stocked and there is a great variety of available products. I've been to this location 3 times now and so far it's been pretty consistent

Ricardo was very unprofessional and so was the manager. They were unjust with the client that was in front of me. Lady was concerned of not getting a receipt and wanted to see if her items worked. After I interfered he didn’t want to help the lady again. Gave me an attitude for helping the lady and expected me to reach under the glass for me to get me own receipt. I told him to give it to me and he told me to get it myself. That was not very ethical of him to be like that with the customers that give him a job...

Friday afternoon must not be a good time to visit this location. There were only two employees working. One stocking the sparsely filled shelves and the other at the register. Everyone in line was mellow and the cashier apologized profusely to each customer. I imagine that Dollar Tree has fallen victim to the lack of interested workers to serve the community despite the signs on the window "Work today. Get paid tomorrow." It wasn't a terrible experience because they had what I needed.

They always have what I need and it's close to my place. The workers are nice but the only thing I don't like is that fact that they have people coming in who cause a lot of problem for the people who are shopping and the workers. Twice I come in to someone trying to rob the store or homeless using the restroom to wash themselves and change. The security doesn't seem concerned. With the lack of safety I don't come often and are concerned for the workers and shoppers who come in.

Good selection of items and quite tidy for the time of the year and customer traffic. The issue I have is that you can't really buy much or heavy things like multiple boxes of chicken stock or canned goods, for example, because the shopping carts are not allowed to be taken to your car! You really could do a large grocery shop here but why would you if you have to do multiple trips back and forth to your car with bags, to take the stuff home?

10/28/2021 Customer service here is NOT of the best. No greeting as you enter the store. ANDREW helped, but his colleague was rude and argumentative she was a cashier on duty. Here's the skinny on what happened. I entered found my items then I approved cashier. Her conveyor belt wasn't even properly visible due to how many items the person in front of me had. I simply asked, can you ask for help/backup? Her rude slurs came...

Such rude customer service. Employee by the name of Denise, is by far the rudest ladie I've encountered in a long time. I was the third customer in line when Denise suddenly asked, the 2nd customer in line, to put up her "close" sign. He did so. Immediately after Denise looks at me and says " sorry I'm closed ". Wow. I was in shock to be honest. Dont get in Denise's line, you will regret it.

It would be nice if they would update their hours on google to the new hours have on their doors. Apparently they close at 6pm now. Just a heads up. Edit: so now they're closed indefinitely due to a broken a/c. Been closed for months now so don't waste your time. They should just take it off google maps already.

Every time I've gone here it's been closed its been closed for months the store manager at the time says its closed due to heat no air conditioning okey it is now November there is no heat yet it is still closed can yall just close the store down take dollar tree off the signs if yall aren't gonna open pathetic

I will never go back to this location again (Coors & Sequoia) unless I know there is a security guard present in the store. I was threatened by a lunatic in the store today that everyone heard. It was very disturbing that not one employee did a thing about her loud, obnoxious threats.

I'm a huge fan of dollar tree. Especially when you have kids. Good place to pick up small activities and snacks. Staff was really friendly. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is a lot of empty shelves although the shortages are coming so it's going to be the new norm.

The only reason why i like this store is honestly because its the Dollar Tree but the store seriously needs to hire new staff. Everytime I visit this store there's endless lines and the other workers that are there seem busy stocking shelves instead of customers.

They were efficiently fast as it goes for covid distancing .. They were working hard to re stock the shelves and cashing out customers ..always liked this store .They always have what I love ..thanks Workers you Rock esp during these hard times !!

This is your typical dollar store with lots of great stuff. It's a great place for seasonal items and kids craft items as well as some school items. I also like getting disposable containers. It's relatively clean but also pretty disorganized.

Fix you dang online times this is the second time I check online to see if your open before I leave and when I get here your doors are locked. Now I have to sit in my car for 30 minutes. Fix your online time to your door time.

I love dollar tree, but this is easily the worst one I’ve been to in Albuquerque. Both times I’ve been to this store, nearly a third of all shelves are empty. The whole store looks like a complete mess inside.

After giving up on this location because it was closed on several visits (claiming A/C was broken for months), it now seems to be open again. Store was lightly stocked on some things but was normal otherwise.

Walked in here on a whim. Didn’t expect to be impressed but this Dollar Tree is real nice. The staff works hard to keep it neat and clean. Hard work should be recognized. 5 stars. Y’all deserve it …

They had a lot of cool Halloween things.But the place was mess you had to dig to find the T shirt were all over. The lady that cash me out was not friendly. There was a long line but only one line open .

It was really hot in the store i felt so bad for employees. This store is hit or miss. Sometimes it has a great inventory but oftentimes it has bare minimum. The staff is really nice tho and it's clean.

There is always something different every time I visit. Their stock changes constantly, so if you see something you like, you'd better pick it up, because it may not be there the next time you visit.

Everything I expect from Dollar Tree, and it was well organized and clean. It could have been a bit more clear if certain employees were on their break or not... Two in particular seemed to be.

This location the employees were all very polite, friendly, & made eye contact and were genuinely kind. Their shelves were pretty empty, but tht is to be expected just after Xmas n News Years.

This dollar store is clean and well organized. The cashier that assisted me was very nice and friendly. You will be surprised what you can buy for a dollar! They have cute holiday selections.

Don't like the staff, they seem to think its like high-school and don't know how to do anything but chat or start drama. Some are nice but overall - not a place I'd like to go to often.

Manager Benita and her team clearly put a lot of work into making this location clean, well stocked, and overall the most pleasant Dollar Tree location I've experienced in a long time!

Not helpful or polite...6 or more ppl in line to pay and only one cashier when another employee see or the register person sees the line and says threes a crowd nobody shoes up to help

They are completely RUDE, even dealing with a manager, and even when there's 10 people working, and have a line of 20 people, they have one person working the register.

Best place to go for party items or holiday ornaments. Great place for any item you can think of. Great hours and the sales people have always been friendly to me.

I usually like Dollar Tree. However since covid-19 their stock is low, and they open up late, if at all. They've become very inconsistent.

This place is rarely stocked right. Most of the time they are out of a lot of stuff. The staff is incredibly rude and the store is dirty.

My cashier (Treyvone) if I recall, was great! Long line, called for help, was fast, but very friendly. He knows how to treat a customer.

Checkout line were so slow. Nice selection as it is one of the bigger stores. Only three starts because it took so long to check out.

This is one of the Dollar trees where you can find most of your arts and crafts and a lot more party supplies than other Dollar trees
