The store was destroyed basically just a picked over mess up and down the isles. Waited for a cashier with 4 other customers for a while alone. Just moved to the area and was first time coming to this location and cant believe they leave it like that for their customers to walk thru and try to shop. They need some more help.

Family Dollar on Dunn Ave is the worst Family Dollar I've visited. The customer service is the PITTS! THE REFUND POLICY WORSE!!!This is the second time I've had a horrible experience with this store on Dunn Ave. Next to Rowes. Please save yourself from a terrible experience and shop at another Family Dollar.

They had cute baby shower party supplies but i had to go to 2 dollar tree stores to be able to get the whole set. One store (this one) had banners streamers and cups, the other one 5 miles away had plates, napkins and party games. Would have been nice if they had the whole set at one location

U have a problem I don't understand why I have to pay you (the store) a quarter to use a buggy in your store to spend my money ?. No I will no if you don't trust me to use a buggy. I will not buy from you. I when to a dollar tree in other areas and buggy use is Free!!!

Dear Family, Let us do better about the way we service our community. It is a bother when stores close earlier than listed. You are paid until a certain time. Work until that time. You are turning away money, which should be unacceptable

After it took me to explain to the cashier, 3 times.....she finally understood that I brought 1 gallon of water up, but was purchasing a case of 6. I was gonna grab the case of water on my way out the door.

This location is OK. It's not stocked with the nicer items that you find at other locations for home decor. I use this location for cleaning products, party items, books, and candy pit stops.

They did have cash to give me back but they charged my card the cashier was kinda snappy and called the manager why not just put up a no cash back sign like they always have up 24/7

Unfortunately, the store was unorganized and lacked the appropriate level of cleanliness a patron would expect, even at a dollar store. This location just needs some TLC.

Not enough help must locate items your self stock still sitting out in isles could be fine location a lot of people live near but take bus to other locations thanks

I've been to lots of Dollar Tree stores and none of them has ever been this clean or organized. Hats off the manager along with the helpful hard working staff.

Love it. Everything a dollar or less and they always have cute things. People always ask me where i get my pens from or planners and work supplies.

The children used the restroom and the manager Tiana refused to give them some hand soap to wash their hands. Extremely awful customer service.

Long lines, messy and disorganized store, and there was a man wandering the aisles asking for money. The cashier was very pleasant though.

It's always a quick cheap spot but when I went in to get a basket I had to put a quarter in or tote a hand held wow people stop stealing

They love locking the door 15 - 20 minutes before closing time but yet the store may still be a disaster first thing the next morning .
