I went in the store to bought one of the items instead tried something to buy before I spoke Store manager says he don't hiring "right now" I was like really? I walked around whole store before I spoke the store manager that store need helps clean it up shelves, the boxes on the floor, i mean messsyyy and hired client not doing right as I experienced many years until I tried applied few jobs and still won't and see at me different and Deaf as Disability. I kept my smile and said ok to the store manager who does not properly or something should offer instead just like snap to prevent hiring me be job as worker since I am aggressive eager hiring to help and supporting myself awhile I am speak up and push him the button and still won't. That store need helps, cleanliness, organizing stock, hiring properly client who seriously eager like I did and went there looks good to offer the help, eager, communication and failed!? People who need to light up with the honest instead something like "Rudeness" not hiring enough be control.

This particular one was meh. Not much of a selection. The cashier was not at all interested in doing her job past your total is... No greeting, no thank you, no do you need a bag for your one item? I did not, in fact want a bag. There was two guys leaning against my car when I came out, and inside there was a legit crazy guy talking to himself... Rather yelling at himself saying he was going to beat, invisaperson's a$$... when he started talking about shooting "them" I ran outta there. So I did not feel safe enough to go in and ask for someone to remove the men on my car, and I did not feel safe going to my car. This was 9 am folks. Avoid. This one all together, drive the 5 blocks towards George rd. That one is very nice. Or make an outing of it and go to the one @ Brittion Plaza on Dale Mabry.

Used to like shopping here. After today I'll drive further to another location. All I did was ask where an item would be located but was met with an attitude. I then went to the first register to check out since this is where that item was located. Happens to be the same individual who clearly doesn't want to be there. Instead of handing me my receipt, she tosses it onto the counter to her side. This is an older woman, not a teenager you would expect this behavior from. I was respectful and addressed her as ma'am. Maybe that was the issue but I will never shop at this location if this is what you can expect from an employee. Just plain disrespect and an unprofessional attitude!

This is a new store. The place is clean. They also have refrigerated foods and frozen foods. They had very mid quality items. They had some national brands too, a few but they were there. The Halloween decorations were only a dollar. It's good for school projects,plastic conyainers etc. They also have off brand products which I've never tried. I which they keep the store as clean as it looked today. They were busy but three registers were working and the line moves quickly.

Dollar tree needs a better business plan at this location...I have come on a few occasions for a stop and go and the parking lot and garbage all meld together...and it's always one person running the whole storehow do they get to go to the restroom or break...much less keep up with merchandise stocking or inventory. The actually ran out of bags and the poor cashier had to use garbage bags from the storeto bag items. Corporate please help this store

The store is horrible! The staff is unprofessional and rude. The managers have bad attitude as well. I went to buy some football cards from this location and the cashier wouldn't sell them to me because they was only one cent. When I've went to others Dollar Trees store this week no other store stop me from buying the cards because they are 1 cent. The dollar tree at 1605 E. Hillsborough needs some serious customers service training.

This is my go-to Dollar Tree for the foam boards that I use for building drones and other aerial devices. This place allows me to maximize my purchase power compare to other store that sell (essentially) the same foam board for twice as much or more. The quality of the boards are great and the sales associates are always smiling and eager to assist. Keep on the great work and, please stay safe!

This is the filthiest dollar tree that I've ever been too. The garbage in the front of the store is always overflowing with trash, the parking lot is always filled with litter.The store is always covered with boxes that need to be unpacked.Absolutely disgusting. The store was big and has a lot to choose from. It has a ramp but the door is not handicap accessible. It was hard for me to get inside unless someone was there to assist me. I usually shop alone so I like to go to stores that I can enter and exit without help. Other than that the service was great.

Absolutely disgusting !! Parking lot filthy and inside the store is even worse !! The manager Jonathan is HORRIBLE the poor cashier paged for help as the line was super long and he came up there and told her to speed it up and walked away !! He needs to be fired immediately!

Let's just say some parents need to discipline and teach their children manners. I didn't know whether I was in Dollar Tree or an amusement park. There were young children yelling, screaming, bumping into.customers and opening items.. Sadly, the parent did not utter a word.

I originally went there to load a prepaid card I would have actually given them 5 stars because it was seamless easy and quick had they had an ATM however they give cash back up to $50 for just $1 charge which is much better than paying two or three dollars at an ATM

Bought. Hallmark Mother's Day cards for my daughter's and other cards of encouragement. Hallmark prices stamped on the back but Dollar Tree prices prevail at the register. 2 for $1!!

Went there, but I didn't go inside. My wife loves this store. One of the reasons is the dog treats that our finicky dogs love. It seems that dollar tree has what they like best.

I think it's a better good place to go if you don't want to spend a lot on items also they almost have everything you need as if you were shopping from Dollar general

This place has all types of items you may need or dont need but they have a wide variety. The only down side is the lines can get long at times maybe need more staff.
