"I can see why their shares are falling"
"Don’t go here to work"
"Love this Dollar Tree, yeah yeah, yeah everyone's complaining about the boxes in the way but this store is my favorite out of all the Dollar Trees because of its variety of stuff and the staff is sweet"
"This place is very messy and there’s always boxes of items up and down all the aisles"
"Storefront signs all say open"
I can see why their shares are falling. Unmarked things are supposed to be $1.50. Get to the cash register and they are more. One item marked on the shelf at one price was more other receipt. Not worth the trip. Very few things are cheaper than superstore and of lesser quality. Bad business practice, unclear pricing, and costly.
Don’t go here to work. They don’t value their staff at all. Someone who put all their blood, sweat, and tears into this company only to be fired for the dumbest reason. Alex is a horrible district manager. Don’t support this store. Dollar tree head office should be ashamed of themselves. Taking this matter to the labour board.
Love this Dollar Tree, yeah yeah, yeah everyone's complaining about the boxes in the way but this store is my favorite out of all the Dollar Trees because of its variety of stuff and the staff is sweet. Yeah the rest of the stores are "neat" with no boxes in the way but thus store is the best because of the variety & staff :)
This place is very messy and there’s always boxes of items up and down all the aisles. There was one time where the boxes were stacked up high on a cart that I could see it tipping a bit. Size of the store is nice, but 17th street and Sherwood park remains my favourite. And I’m excited for the south commons one to open!
Storefront signs all say open. Says open till 9pm. 7days a week which is why I walked to Dollar Tree today but doors locked. I see the sign everyday I leave the gym beside it. I decided to google search Dollar Tree to see if it says different online and to my surprise the Google site says closed. …
The store was crammed with boxes and mess. There is no way a wheelchair, stroller or shopping cart could get through. The teller was the friendliest and efficient worker of all the stores. But they need to close for a good cleaning. That back room looks like a serious fire hassard.
Only reason it isnt a 1 star is because is friendly. The store is the messiest store i have ever seen though. Still found a couple things but it needs some serious organization. Whoever is in charge needs to spend some time making sure the store looks okay.
This dollar tree was kind of small (I have been to quite a few different ones in different provinces) it also had poor lighting and things were kind of disorganized. The staff did appear to be very friendly. There was a good selection of food items.
This dollar tree store is disgusting. It was completely disorganized with opened boxes of products all over the store. It was difficult to navigate amongst all the clutter. I couldn't tell if the store is in a state of closing down or maybe
Has one of the best selections between the stores in Edmonton. Carries a wide variety of items. The staff are nice, store can be a little difficult to traverse as they are always putting away stock and at times very large volumes that block
It’s very messy compared to other dollar tree stores I’ve been in. There are so many boxes on carts that cover a lot of the products I was trying to get to. After going there once, I’ve avoided it since then. I would recommend them getting
This review is for Joan at Store #40082. The holiday season is often filled with anxiety and stress. I can only imagine the level of stress my fellow customer service reps go through. This evening Joan went above and beyond to make sure my
Very messy place, this location is never neat, you always have to move boxes around to be able to see the items, the shelves are not replenished regularly,, you’ll always feel that the store is empty ,,, that’s because everything is in the
This store should absolutely not be open! Safety violations as far as the eye can see. Not only is it super messy and unkept, not only are there carts with towering leaning boxes down every asile, but there are also products scattered all
Experienced very poor customer service at this site. I bought two helium filled balloons and hang onto the strings when I left the store; one balloon flew away when I got out of the store though I still had both strings in my hands. I put
Had a great experience today. Was in a few days ago and the till force just as the transaction completed so the cashier couldn't give me the receipt, just the pin pad slip. Had to go back today as I need the receipt to claim the items for
Location doesn’t take tap, is extremely cluttered and dirty and all three of the small wheeled carts I tried were broken and didn’t wheel around. Fix your tap machine instead of putting ten “no tap” signs around your register (I literally
Very bad customer service.... Store manager is very rude and they will never help u out for anything if needed. My exp was with wrapper paper. They dint had that and they told me to wrap up my stuffs by my own with the bubble wrap that I
That's the worst Dollar tree that I have been to!! Messy and very unprofessional staff working there! I don't know if the management cares to read these reviews here, but I wish that there could be something done about it!!! I have known
Witnessed something pretty horrible here today. A native couple came into the store. The cashier asked them to leave their bag at the til (understandable, lots of stores do this) but then she went to the other cashier and said “I’ll be
Been here twice. Both times there were a lot of boxes of stock stacked up in front of displays so some items we were interested in we unavailable. The store is clean and employees are polite and professional. The store stocks the usual
March 17- evening around 7pm This young girl working needs some serious training in customer service and above all she needs some basic manners. Why is she walking around and making rude and bad faces? I wanted to pay and she was just
Love this store. This is really a dollar store. You find in this store all kind of things from cookies, bread, pasta, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, greeting cards, socks, etc. All for a dollar not like Dollarama . People need to be
dont leave the cash light on of your not going to serve the customer. was made to move my stuff to another till while with a stroller .the cashier should have taken me 1st instwad she served another before me. not very professional
While it is a big Dollar Tree, the store arrangement makes it a bit challenging to navigate through. Still a store for cheap and bargain items. Lots of parking spaces available and all items goes for $1.25.
Avoid the Spa Soap refills. They were tampered with and watered down to the point of useless. This is not okay as a cost saving measure if they are watering soap down, what's next?!?!?!
First time going to a dollar tree and I loved this location, it was really clean and organized. Found what I was looking for and more. This is way better than dollarama!
Sadly, this is a 1-star Dollar Tree. I echo many of the other reviewers’ main concerns/criticisms:
Inventory was good and better than alot of other dollar stores. That is why they have 2 stars.
The black woman is rude, the Asian guy is ok. There are no price tags.
