I was just there... the young male cashier is extremely miserable. He asked me for a bag, and I said yes 1 bag please.. while cashing me out he asked me if I wanted a receipt and I replied with yes in the bag please. His response was " I thought you said you didn't want a bag?" In an extremely miserable and disrespectful manner. I told him I did say I wanted one. He continued to throw everything in the bag and hand it to me with force. I simply said if you want 5 cents then ill give it to you... he said no and continued with next please. I've been working customer service for 15 years plus, maybe he's young and doesn't get it yet but you are suppose to respond with " oh I'm sorry I thought you said no, here you go" or " I'm sorry 5 cents please" but with everyone wearing masks sometimes you don't hear what others are saying. Just say sorry and move on. I guess he will learn one day or maybe this field is just not for him.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store on New Year’s Eve. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled closing time, only to be denied entry by the manager, Nicole. While I appreciate the importance of adhering to closing hours, I believe that customers should be allowed entry until the specified closing time. In this instance, I was denied access even though it was before 6:00 PM as indicated by the store’s closing hours. I recommend providing additional training for Nicole and her staff to ensure a more customer-centric approach and to enhance the overall customer experience at this location. I trust that addressing this matter will contribute to the improvement of service standards. Thank you for your attention to this concern.

The manager at this location has ZERO business or communication skills. After waiting in line, the manager told me I was cut off. She said I can get what I need at Walmart next door, she than told me the people outside were waiting longer than myself. When I arrived there was no manager or security outside the store. There were 5 people waiting before me, it was 6:40pm when I arrived. Get it together. I definitely won’t be spending here. The store is as good as its manager and Kelly, Kerry, Kerney whatever her name is has a nasty attitude. This happened Sunday when they close at 7pm

This store is understaffed. There is not a lot of people working at the cashier. This store has nice stuff at the store. Where is the manager in charge of this place. If you guys can't hire some Adult people at your store by the cashier then just close the store. Some of the people at the cashier doesn't care if a person wants to buy something. It would be nice if this store has self checkout machines near the cashier. The only time you guys is very busy is in the day and on the weekend.

Excellent place to buy cheaper things , the attention to the public is remarkable and the different type of options make this place a good idea to buy something when it's an emergency . Sometimes the quality of the products it's different, but in general are excellent. If you are looking for Art stuff, this is the right place ; they have a serie of too much things to choose and the price are the best part. The parking is free and the location it's so accesible to other stores.

Pricey items. No longer a dollar store, rather 4 dollars and up for lots of products. Best to stay loyal to Walmart, here you can return items no longer needed. Dollarama stores are ruthless and disregard the Canadian consumer standards. In North America, the return of merchandise is cultural. They are here to make themselves billionaires out of purchasing all their products from China, whom pay their workers pennies a day, and make every worker work harder than slaves.

Dropped in to get birthday card and some blue gel pen. Just like many other location they carry many kind birthday cards so allot to chose from. At 9 am parking is not an issue but mid-day it is. So like other comments, parking could be bigger. One time I went there and the parking was very full because across the street there is a funeral home and many people were park here. Overall they have what I need. Halloween stuff already out

Not enough parking for all stores in this lot. Dollorama front area was full on an early Saturday visit. The store itself was not very busy , they had well stocked shelves and many Valentines and St Patricks Day decorations and gift ideas. My favorite aisle is the last one where kitchen variety of Utensils, mops, paper and food bagging and storage items are fully stocked. Worth a visit once the mountains of snow in the parking lot are gone.

I love Dollarama because it's always great for a quick find or necessities when in a rush. I love that they are mostly on the cheaper side, but I am fairly disappointed with their recent price increases. While it's understandable with the increased inflation rates everywhere else, it's difficult to comprehend that a dollar store no longer has items for a dollar. However, it's still pretty affordable and still has great items.

Had a good experience every time I have been here. Decent distance from a bus stop, and I have always had multiple options for parking right by the store. The store is well lit and clean throughout. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The items for sale are good; my mother found some bracelets she liked here that we could not find anywhere else. Would recommend if you need to visit a dollar store.

Lots of people working... Including 3 behind the cash. 2 were busy talking to each other and doing nothing else for like 5 minutes while only 1 person dealing with a line if about 8 customers. Don't know where the manager was but they definately weren't managing the store .. maybe managing their social life, but not the store. 3pm Fri Dec 20. I won't be returning here.

horrible management. left wallet by cash came back to get it, cashier was gone and wallet was no where to be found. called and asked to view camera , manager said would have to go thru head office. called days later and was told wallet was found by the back room on a shelf with no money.... lol why couldn’t management just check the camera?? handled poorly.

Dropped in quickly, did not find anything I was looking for or expected to be stocked. Other locations I have visited, multiple locations have the products I was looking for. The store smelled of cheap plastic,. Store was clean neat,. Security guard seemed to be overly aggressive, but maybe that's indicative of that store's experience with shoppers.

This Dollarama is convenient because it is just beside the wallmart and that's why you can shop grocery and your doller things too. The kitchen related things are available at the very right of entrance. There are Halloween special right now. The stationary section is in the left. However the location of stuff might change per time.

Every time I go to this dollarma, the manager Kelly always greets me with a smile. She makes my experience pleasent and she helps me find my items quickly and easy. Whenever she’s at the cash, she clears the line efficiently. I enjoy going to this dollarma because I know the manager Kelly is always ready to help out.

Everything was going great, until I witnessed a manager (I assume) reprimanding two young male employees (they looked so young, like they were in high school or something), blatantly scolding them near the cashiers, in front of all customers.... I and other customers felt so bad for them, it was so sad honestly.

This store is medium sized. Lots of parking space in front of the building. They stock the typical Dolarama inventory. Staff are helpful. Customers lines at the cashers is short most of the time. Today is 35 degrees people are lining up with mask we can hardly breathe so I figured the store was ready busy inside was waiting almost 10 minutes I only had like 8 people in front of me we go in I counted about 15 people inside the store what an I said idea I will never go back to this F*** store

It's a (2) Dollar Store. While "quality" (I will use the word euphemistically) has improved over the past few years, very little is still a dollar, so I philosophically object to the title of the place. If you need quick crap, it's fine - you know what to expect from the dollar store by now.

Its ok, Organized items, clean environment, friendly staff, only complaint is theres mostly only one cashier and they add up when they see the line long which is understandable but still, u need to wait more than 5 mins atleast based on my experience. Overall these guys deserve a 5 star

Although actually products are in a range from one up to 3 dollars each they have normally acceptable quality, and even if you don’t need anything you will buy something for sure, since most of them are useful for basic daily routine.

Good place, you can find a lot of things for low prices, of course not the best quality but help anyway. They have some kitchen ware to decor...tools... candies..etc...a lot of diferents things. The employees are usually nice.

Google says 10pm for closing. So does the sign on the door. At 9:25, the little woman inside is waving her arms saying they are closed at 9:30. Disgraceful, especially right before Christmas with extended hours advertised!!!

If you are on a budget it is a good place ro shop. You can get can goods at a reasonable price. I shop for bath soaps, baby oil skin creams. You can get cutlery dishes glasses electrical items all sorts of goods.

Its well stocked and full of cheap items. Buy it from here only if you expect it to break in a few days or so. The people however are another thing. They seem to have no idea what social distancing is all about.

First Dollarama I've been to that has Security. Definitely a bad area if a dollar store needs security in it. The Salvation army next door had a break in too. Someone smashed the window and stole from it.

What can be said its cookie cutter franchise You can find a Ron of stuff that are well worth it and some that are not strictly from a quality standpoint. Always check the expiration dates where applicable

Lots of stuff for gardening, kitchen, and books/school supplies. A bit lacking in toys and cleaning compared to other Dollaramas. Some of the stuff is a bit overpriced, but mostly good deals.

The store needs a self checkout. Most people shouldn't wait long for a person at the cashier to serve them. The store needs a revocation. The aisles near the cashier needs to be arranged.

Security guard harassing me about my bike in the store. Not a single location to lock it up. I just watched someone steal a bike with bolt cutters from walmart 2 min before entering.

Only one cashier at the registers, 20 people in line on a Sunday morning. It's usually pretty bad on any day of the week but this is unacceptable.

This is your average Dollarama. Cheap and low quality items. Easy to find things and ok cashiers. Has a bit of a weird smell though.

My experience going to DOLLARAMA at Keele & Finch is that I started going there, since last year in 2022.

I got two light lamps and one does not work at all and one won't shut off both runs by battery. Not happy
