WOW! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! It is clear how much Veronica cares about her business and her clients in everything that she does. The salon itself is SO cute and comfortable, it’s like an adult playground where you get cute hair!! Veronica takes the time for a full consultation before your appointment AND at your appointment time, she is so considerate and caring with this. She has such a talent for coloring and cutting and takes her time making everything exactly as you’d like it. While you wait, you get to explore the ins and outs of the space and enjoy a multitude of snacks and drinks! So hospitable. Not to mention, Veronica is truly one of the kindest humans I’ve met! So friendly and thoughtful, which makes the experience as a client so comfortable. Her sweet pup Jasper is also an excellent companion during your appointment. :) I could go on about how amazing this place is, but I’ll end with saying that I have never received so many compliments on my hair, and I can’t say I have ever been this satisfied with coloring. It’s been years since I went to get a haircut. This was partly due to liking my hair long (not being able to justify a trim to myself) but mostly due to the uncertainty of meeting a new stylist. When I decided to donate a large portion of my hair to Wigs for Kids, I was pleasantly surprised that she was the one closest to me. Veronica is everything I hoped she’d be and more. Not only was she kind and made me feel comfortable but she’s a very skilled and professional stylist. Her space is limited but very cute and her dog Jasper is a sweetheart. (My sister has a fear of dogs and I’d trust that she’d eventually feel at ease around him, too) Separate from review, but the GPS app Waze kept telling me I had arrived when I was on the opposite side of the street I needed to be on. Be sure to add a few minutes of drive time in case the same happens. Entrance to salon is a glass door labeled “My Salon” on side of building which opens to stairway / elevator. If you’re looking to donate your hair and/or looking for a pro stylist, I highly recommend!

AMAZING! I hope I caught your attention because you need to book your next appointment with Veronica. Veronica is absolutely amazing at what she does. She pays attention to what you want and brings it to life but better! She also cares more than i feel like most would when it comes to a brand new appointment (or in general). I was able to snag a spot that became available on my birthday and towards the end of the appointment, her husband Adrian brought out 3 cookies stacked with a star sparkler to say happy birthday. To simply acknowledge is one thing, but to take the time and make me feel absolutely special is another. Veronica now has another life long client. The entire appointment from the awesome environment to the girl talk was everything. Plus, who could pass up a salon with a cute fluff-ball like Jasper keeping you company .

Hair queens UNITE!! I came to Veronica with a blonding crisis after having been dried out and dead from the last salon I visited. She hooked me up with a fresh cut, K18 treatment, olaplex, and fresh toner. My hair is finally feeling its best again. Not only is V the most down to earth, cosmic soul, her salon is a place of magic and wonder. I’m opposed to the traditional stuffy Dallas Salon. Dolls and Beaus is the furthest from stuffy. From salon mascot (her dog Jasper) greeting you at the door, refreshments, help yourself coffee bar, a SWING, and snacks, I can’t recommend it enough…. You must book your next hair appointment at this incredible salon. Veronica is not only an outstanding owner of Dolls and Beaus Salon but a highly talented hairstylist. But her talents don’t stop there, she is also certified as an instructor to help teach others. Upon arriving to the salon I was greeted by her manager of client hospitality, her pup Mr. Jasper. He made sure to give me the best welcome full of woos & happy tails. While Veronica did her magic with my hair, Jasper stayed near by supervising and checking in to make sure I was having a wonderful visit. By the end my hair came out incredible!! Veronica did an amazing job bringing to life the new look I wanted. I cannot be more thrilled with the results and highly recommend coming by her unique salon and experiencing her top notch services.

Veronica is absolutely AMAZING! All of her info and help before my appointment was very much appreciated coming from someone who very rarely gets their hair done. From the moment she opened the door she was welcoming and made it feel as though I was walking into a friends home, even though I was meeting her for the first time. I can't say enough great things about Veronica! I went to her to donate my hair to the Wigs4Kids foundation. Dolls and Beaus is one of the few Salons I could found that offers such a service. It means a lot to me, since I have had multiple family members who have suffered from cancer. She is very kind and gives a personal touch to the salon experience, even letting me bring my infant daughter along for the appointment! After meeting with Veronica and seeing the service she provides I could not be more happy, I will be a client for life! After one meeting with her I could tell she was kind compassionate person with good character. I think Dolls and Beaus is a business worth supporting.

If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! Veronica is the platinum blonde guru! I came in on July and asked for to have my naturally brunette hair dyed to platinum blonde. I had done my research on Dallas hair stylists and I knew that I was going to need Olaplex to keep my hair strong and healthy throughout the process. Veronica was the girl for me. She uses all of the Olaplex products and the Olaplex comes included with the every bleaching appointment. She uses only healthy products and is very careful with hair. Use everything she recommends! She even sells it in her boutique! My hair is strong, blonde, and beautiful thanks to Veronica. I really couldn't recommend her enough!

Veronica is amazing! I was so nervous due to a bad experience at another salon to have someone new touch my already fragile hair, but she made me feel comfortable and that she definitely knew what she was doing. After a few visits with her and me constantly asking about getting extensions I did it. She took what already amazing work she did to my regular hair and added some beautiful length to it! I love love everything she has done and now fully trust another stylist after having the same one for 10+ years and moving to Texas. She also is super sweet, makes you feel like family, and my personal hairapist! Plus Jasper is so lovable and the salon is so freaking cute!

This review is pretty late because I don't usually write reviews but I am really glad I chose Veronica to do my hair. I was extremely worried because this was my first time doing anything exciting to my hair but Veronica helped talk me through different decisions about style and color and the risks to each thing (I ended up doing a blue peekaboo style). She made me feel welcome and didn't rush me at all. I love how my hair turned out and I love it even more now that it has faded a bit. Not to mention, my hair is still soft and healthy which I wasn't expecting. I have been recommending her to everyone I know and I don't think I could trust anyone else with my hair.

Veronica is amazing! My hair looks great. I ended up chopping off a lot of hair and I was able to donate my hair to Wigs for Kids with her which was such a great experience. Her salon suite is clean, adorable, and I love the precautions she is taking during all the COVID-19 craziness. Although this was my first cut with her I think she is the only one I’ll trust with my hair in the future. Everything was great about this experience. It began with a virtual consultation where Veronica went over a game plan with me and pricing which was super transparent and I love that! All the information on her website made finding her salon and parking super easy. The atmosphere of the salon was super relaxing. I felt pampered the entire time. Jasper was the goodest boy. Veronica is a treasure and conversion was so easy. I had a blast and as far as the results go I couldn’t be happier with my hair. My inspiration pic come to life. I already booked my next appointment and am so looking forward to becoming a regular at Dolls and Beaus!

Veronica is the best stylist a girl could ask for! She has turned my hair BLUE gone brunette and then back to blonde. I've been a challenge and Veronica has ALWAYS been so positive/upbeat and eager to work her magic! Her space is always clean, put together and absolutely gorgeous. I have also seen her work with several different clients from different backgrounds and lifestyles and handles each with a can-do positive attitude. She goes above and beyond to ensure each individual that walks into her space feels comfortable and like a friend. I do not know how she does it but she balances everything with grace and a wolf dog!

I knew from the moment I had my virtual consultation with Veronica that I had found my new spot to get my hair done. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by her adorable fur baby Jasper. Veronica takes her time and makes sure that you are both on the same page regarding your hair goals and educates you in the process. I try to make a point to visit Veronica frequently! She's the only hairstylist I've had that knows so much about hair coloring and extensions! Would definitely recommend paying her a visit if you're in the area. She's also super sweet and easy to talk to, and if you're lucky you can meet her service dog, Jasper. All in all, she's the best stylist I've ever had, and this is coming from someone who has had extensions for over a decade. I have had the hardest time finding the right hairdresser & colorist for my hair. I have dark brown hair and like to lighten up my hair for the summer time. Loads of previous hairdressers have highlighted my hair but it is not noticeable or orange. I gave up and started to just box dye ,y hair a deep burgundy. My daughter found this place and I decided to give it a try. SHE IS THE BEST!!! I left feeling like she listened to my wants & needs and I now have blonde highlighted hair that is noticeable and not orange! Veronica knows what she is doing people, trust in her!!

Each time has been amazing. Veronica is not only is good at styling but she really knows the science behind coloring or lighting hair. Veronica was super sweet and professional!! I got bangs for the first time in over a decade and I loved how she started it with a thin, not too short cut and allowed me to choose how thick and short I wanted them. She also did a scalp treatment and I can still feel the effect of it the next day. FABULOUS ‍♀️Her salon is so cozy and cute, just like her, I had to ask if she could color my hair ASAP (I’ll see her in a week ) I will definitely be keeping up with my trims with her and can’t wait for my next visit with her.

Veronica did an AMAZING job with my hair. She took her time to make sure my color was exactly the way I wanted it and her service was fantastic. It was my first time getting extensions and she walked me through the process and gave such good instructions on how to care for them at home. Veronica is fantastic! I've been donating my hair for over 20 years and she gave me one of my best cuts yet. Plus she's certified in hair donation, knows exactly how to cut and hold the hair for donation, and she even sends it for you. Veronica is also very personable and professional. I love veronica! She is amazing. Ive had purple hair for almost 4 months ( July 16th will be 4 months) and my hair didn't start to fade until the 3rd month and just near the roots my hair is still extremely purple and beautiful. WOW! First this studio is beautiful with all the snacks, coffee and natural light. The shampoo room is my favorite. You a literally lifted into space. VERONICA did my color and it's was quick, easy, full coverage and great dimension. The care and service is superior. Amazing vibes. I loved the experience! Veronica is such a sweet person, and made it super comfy. at the end of my cut, i wanted something a little different so i asked her to cut it more and it didn’t feel awkward at all. the environment was so nice, her dog was sweet and overall a relaxing time. even took a coffee to go! will definitely be back <3

OMG IM INLOVE WITH MY HAIR. The grey is exactly what I’ve been asking for from all salons and even tried one but D&B did SOOOO much better. Customer service is 10/10 very talkative and definatly builds relationships with clients. No yellows and my hair isn’t fried at all it’s actually softer than it was! Absolutely love this place.

I’ve been growing my hair out for a long time to donate it. FINALLY I found someone in my area that was an affiliate with wigs for kids. From the jump Veronica was so nice and professional! You can really tell she loves what she does. I donated 12 inches, and left with an amazing haircut she styled my hair so beautifully!
