1st visit Was told of a two-hour waiting duration during lunch time. Fine, but management could look into ways of speeding up the process. 2nd visit Wife bought lunch on 8 Dec @ 2pm. Order taken. Wife had to dash back to car in fear of getting a summon (as always, no parking), but not before requesting for the crew to deliver her order to the car once complete. Car was parked nearby anyhow. 2.30pm. Order had yet to be delivered! Wife re-entered premise only to discover her meal was just sitting on the counter the whole time, and not inside a plastic bag at that! Raised the issue with present staff and was told that a staff named 'Piqa' was in charge of delivering it, but had GONE HOME. Terbaik boh! This is terrible. The least that could have been done was to deliver it to wife's car before leaving. Much more to improve, Domino's KJ.

Ridiculous and Rubbish Service from Dominos. Have ordered multiple times from this dominos via GrabFood and can say TWICE they have not able to deliver waiting more than 2 hours WITHOUT them CONTACTING me AT ALL BOTH TIMES. Contacted their rubbish HOTLINE and both times wasted an hour WITHOUT anyone picking up. You can't even compete with volume of orders on GrabFood and yet Grab Support just needs 10 minutes, Grab will be better off delisting Grab from their app.Last month I ordered via Grab as well and they delivered pepsi BBQwing and pizza WITHOUT a plastic bag, when rider was asked , he simply said theres a charge for plastic. Excuse me , I order via Grab , do you expect me to receive the delivery and ask for plastic , Does this establishment have any common sense?

I frequently ordered delivery pizza with chilli cheese burst crust here and usually it’s really good as compared to other branches. I was quite excited to order again but this time I ordered for take away. I ordered two pizza (one cheese crust and the other one chilli cheese burst crust). I am super dissapointed that for whatever reason the cheese in one of the pizza is very little and the chilli in the other was too much. It didnt seems like an accident. I called and requested refund or a new pizza. I received new pizza but this time they put very little cheese and they delivered also after more than half an hour.

i placed an order at 5:50 and i waited till 7:20 and it still hasn't arrived. i have no way to contact them bc the customer service line isn't working and i placed the order through grab, so tracking it on the website did not work. the estimated time stayed at 6:22 with no further updates, i cant even cancel the order because its in the kitchen. overall, a terrible experience. if you're going to be late, THE LEAST you could do is to inform your customers and not leave them hanging, wondering when their meal will arrive.

Quiet environment, AC leaking, Staff find it hard to tolerate with us due to simple english conversation. I refrain from speaking malay to forsee their reaction, cashier that handles first take order, also appears to be the pizza maker. Somehow, no gloves were used, then another staff came to help finish taking order. But still orders taken wrong. Ordered 2 pizza, 2 lipton tea and 1 awesome 4 Only 1 pizza came with awesome 4. They tend more to their phones than the environment.

Terrible service and late delivery from the kelana jaya outlet. Called a few times no pick up. Call was routed to an answering machine. Doubt they ever checked any voice recording. Placed order online in the morning at 10plus am for delivery for 1215.1pm also not delivered yet. Called a few times when to the voice mail. What is the purpose of ordering online? If you have issues with delivery say so on your website. Be transparent and set expectations.

Staff at counter very bad attitude. Asking us pay rxtra RM 0.20 for take away plastics. Wanted to pay by touch and go. But staff commented what kind of customer, plastic also want to pay by touch and go. Isnt touch and go one of the acceptable payment at domino? Further the staff told me very loudly i agould inprove my attitude. I will never come back to this outlet. Suggest you to sack the staff immediately. Very rude to customer.

Placed order at 11am Tracker shown it has been prepared at 11.37am but NOT DELIVER AS OF 1PM!!!!! Everyone waited. Called Customer Service general line, after long steps finally connecting to Domino's Kelana Jaya BUT THE LINE IS UNREACHABLE!!!!! Then I choose to write in an enquiry then finally recv a call asking whether want to cancel???!!! TOTALLY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!! Such a BAD EXPERIENCE

twice i ordered online to pickup in past 3months. both times not ready when i got there with extra time given. the last time last week i waited 1/2hr while regularly checking on my order ('belum lagi tunggu sekejap') then someone finally decided to check on my order & they found totally forgot to make. finally got it after standing in front of counter for 45mins (!!!). never again

Pizza taste good for cheese lover especially on double cheese. Sweet banana Kaya pizza my family favorite. Cheesy four overall ok, only the chicken nuggets a bit dry and tasteless. Chasier service good, polite and know how to recommend customer for good selection.

Terrible service. The front office staff "Diana" was so unfriendly like she couldn't care if someone walked in and wanted to place an order. We still did and she messed up our order. What's with the "cash only" policy? Domino's, international brand only takes cash at the store! Can't frickin believe it in 2018.

Order 9.20pm dapat almost 11.30pm??? Dah la tak boleh track order on your website tahpape. Kalau takde orang atleast inform or anything so i can cancel my order earlier. Not gonna order from here anymore

Ordered online and went by to pick up. Staffs was friendly and assistive, I wasn't required to wait too long to receive my order. They were attentive enough to notice that I had ordered online and was there for pick up, thus had not needed to wait in line with others who walked in to order.

Quick and fast pizza, the pizza taste ok but the toppings a bit less, domino having a promotion for those that got vaccinated. Just show your mysejahtera with vaccination done and get 2 piece of regular for RM19 …

Goes there every 2 - 3 days. Their promotional 'Mini side order' is always confusing it's either RM3.00 or RM4.20 (normal w/o pizza). COUNTLESS of times indicating to their cashiers there are 2 prices.

First time going here. Ordered classified chicken but the sauce was really sour and tangy. But we finished it anyways lol. Lucky we didn't get tummy ache or anything after that.
