I wish I could provide star (in minus)but there's no option. Worst Domino's Branch ever. The restaurant should be shut permanently. This particular branch is a fraud: No. 65, Upper & Ground, Narayan Plaza, Lucknow - Sitapur Rd, SBI Colony, Sector E, Aliganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226018. Don't order online. I ordered food items from Domino's via Zomato App and the restaurant accepted the order. However, when I tried reaching their phone after 1 hour, no one answered the calls. There was no update on the delivery, no update on the order. I waited for 2 hours but no response from the restaurant regarding the food, the delivery person and lastly no refund options. When asked Zomato for support, apparently Domino's has everything of its own such as their own delivery executive, or if one wants to cancel the order that too can only be done through Domino's and not through Zomato. So at this point, there was no option but to wait for the order. Request you to please close this branch of Domino's so that they can't cheat people like that and make fool of them. And lastly, the staff should be re-evaluated for this job role. They are not professional at all. After 17-18 pending calls and more than 2 hours , I received the order. Disappointing!!

Domino's Pizza

I love domino’s pizza and their stuffed garlic bread. I’ve been eating from their outlets for years they have best base, also if you are vegetarian and love cheese try their 4 cheese pizza. They don’t have any halal outlets in Lucknow though so you have to ask first before ordering non-veg for Muslims. Overall they have so many options and I love almost every pizza from their menu It was so packed due to Christmas it was so cozy that forgot to film their interior do check out there pizza

Just awesome. Domino's is making world's best pizza. Main point is of consistency of taste. You will find same taste from any outlet in whole India. Garlic bread and stuffed garlic breads with jalapeno cheese was everyone favourite side most of time. In pizza mania, veg loaded and cheeseburst was favourite for our gang. It was awesome moments in those college moment like conference, birthday party - treat, exam result moments are enjoyed with pizzamania & its subsidiaries. Dominos is one of the most popular pizza serving and delivering website or app not only all over in India but in foreign countries too. There is a huge demand and selling of the pizza in the dominos which keep it up growing and getting their services better every year. I just love eating dominos pizza.There are other pizza delivering website or app too but there is a clear difference in the taste of pizza at the dominos website. You can find a clear difference in the taste itself. The 30 mins policy attracts the customers to place an order here, which means that if the order isn’t delivered to you within 30 mins during a normal weather, they issue the refund for the same upto maximum of 300rs

It is located in Aliganj. Besides Burger King and La Pino's. The service was fine amidst covid-19 restrictions. I ordered Non veg Loaded pizza, Veg Taco, Pepsi and Cheesy jalapeno Pasta. Pizza and Taco was good, Pasta was really creamy. I don't remember if non veg loaded contained baked beans or not, but I was expecting that. I also ordered Chicken Wings and they took my order too, but while ordering they informed it went out of stock. I was really disheartened and wanted to cancel my order. However I couldn't cancel, because they told me payment through card doesn't get return immediately. Hence I request Domino's franchise to look into the matter and be helpful.

They deserve zero stars for their worst services. After waiting 30 minutes, they called our order number 2 times but after reaching the counter they said sorry it's not your order. They cleaned the table after saying several times. Dear Domino's People are not fools. They deserve the best services after paying hard earned money. You must dictate your staff to facilitate the convenience.

Of course Dominoz is great in taste everyone knows it, but the aliganj store staff's are too busy in managing online orders , so there may be you see the store in rush , otherwise, It's good , they are supporting, Area is clean, well furnished, and Peace we all LOVE Dominos ✨❤️

I ordered a farm house pizza. The quality and food standard gets degraded as compared to the past experience with the Domino's. They reduced the quality. This is a congested place. The sitting capacity is low as compared to the brand name. People have to wait for their number.

Dominos name is enough to describe it’s mouth watering pizza . This place is lil small for seating but it’s Okay when it comes to Pizza . Place is very neat n clean .Their staff is also very helpful,Service is fast . Pizza is always good . So no more about it . Best time to visit here in Afternoon as this time it is less crowded .

Pizzas of Domino's has always been best. The hygiene you get along with the name of brand is just awesome. Other than that what to say about the thirty minutes delivery you get. The main difference between Domino's and other similar restaurants is that the Domino's provide guaranteed quality.
